Platinum Awards
The easiest way to check which awards you have is to go to the Rockstar Social Club webpage, IMO. When logged in there via your PSN credentials, select your online character which should be the far right. Then click awards across the banner right above the pictures of the 4 characters.
The default award group that then shows up is Victory.
-------------------------Victory Awards---------------------------------------
GROUP 1 BEGIN - All these should be setup to work towards at once. Look at Penetrate from Behind for settings and be sure to do first 5 race wins with custom vehicle from Class of your Own instructions. Be sure to take care of Road Rage in one race for each driver too.
The Champion (row 1, column 4) - 2p needed - You need to win 50 races. The best thing to do after getting one of each race win is to play GTA races with a partner over and over. This is because it will be like double dipping for...
Cruisin' for a Bruisin' (row 2, column 2) - 2p needed - You need to win 50 GTA races. If you are swapping GTA race wins for above then you will be working on 2 at one time.
Road Rage (row 2, column 3) - 2p needed - Win a single GTA race after killing 3 opponents. You can do this with one partner, just kill them 3 times in a row and cross the finish line first.
In a Class of Your Own (row 3 column 2) - 2p needed - For this you need to win a race in your own vehicle. There is a trick to getting your own vehicle even above and beyond setting the race to allow them. You also have to set the class of car to be the one that has your custom vehicle. For example, if your custome vehicle is a super car set the type to that, if it is a sedan set it to that.
Penetrate from Behind (row 3 column 3) - 2p needed - According to the guide I linked this one only works if you are in second at the end of a lap and then win. So the best setup is to do a 2 lap race. Whoever is not winning needs to win first lap then let the other player overtake. If you do this with your GTA wins then you will be working toward both at once.
The Record Holder (row 3 column 4) - 2p needed - This seems like a freebie. You should get this one automatically in your first few races. It seems like it always gives it to you.
Dust Make (row 3 column 5) - 2p needed - If you do the Penetrate from Behind method above, it seems like you almost always get this one when winning. You shouldn't have an issue getting it.
GROUP 1 END
Every Race (row 4 column 1) - You need this for a trophy anyway, not going into detail here but youll get it if going for other trophies.
Survivor - row 4 column 2) - We should all have this already since I think we have all done at least one wave of Survival with others in the group.
Over the Top (Row 4 column 3) - 2p needed - Win 25 arm wrestling matches - Wren and I realized this is just 25 times you pin the other player. You do not need to do a round and exit and restart. Just keep hitting the button to do another round. Once the score hits 25 to 25 quit playing and you should both get the bronze, silver, gold, and plat awards in one go.
GROUP 2 BEGIN - Do both of these by starting a 5 set match with a partner and have them win in the first 3 sets. It is also best if you let the one winning serve every time without trying to return. There is another award for serving aces that you will be working toward if you do.
Out of Five (row 5 column 2) - 2p needed
Straight Sets (row 5 column 3) - 2p needed
GROUP 2 END
Granny (row 6 column 1) - 2p needed - Go to one of the AmmoNation stores that has a gun range. You can start a game of granny there. Just let the person winning shoot all the targets to their color one time and you get the plat award. Alternate for other player. Note: If you shoot your own color it wont flip so it is REALLY quick to win.
Every Mode Winner (row 6 column 3) - You will get this if you get the trophy for winning all matches. I am pretty sure all of us except maybe Derek and Velo should have the 4 player ones.
---------------------- General Awards ---------------------------
Veteran Racer (row 1 column 2) - 2p needed - If you do the above Group 1 stuff with a partner you get this one as a freebie. It is for finishing 25 races. You do not have to actually win, just finish.
Nick of Time (row 1 column 3) - Solo - 25x opening a parachute within 40 meters of the ground and living. Best method is to get to the Vinewood sign. On top of the D there is a respawning parachute. Get the parachute at the top of the D, jump off, immediately open the chute, land. Lather, rinse, repeat. If you veer to the left or right after opening the chute it is easier to climb back up to the top of the D. You may have to wait a few seconds for the chute to respawn.
GROUP 3 START - SOLO PARACHUTING
Point Break (row 1, column 4) - 25x Stay in the air for over 3 minutes in a parachute. Use the up in the clouds mission. Pull back on the stick as soon as you jump. To maximize RP as well as grinding this if you go through the first gate after a minute has ran off the clock you should land around 3 minutes. I kind of did a big circle while decending to try and line up the first gate at around a minute.
Stayed on Target (row 1 column 5) - 25x hit the target on a parachute mission. While griding out the last one just make sure to hit the target and youll get 2 awards for your grinding.
GROUP 3 End
Clear Out (row 2 column 1) - Solo or Group - Clear out 5 gang attacks in a 24 hour in game period (about 45 minutes real time). This is really easy to do even solo. There are maps of where the gang attacks are ont he internet. Just finish 5 and youll get this. Just as soon as you finish one go looking for another and you should be fine.
Checking Out (row 2 column 2) - Solo or 2p - You have to have a steady hand for this and it can be frustratingly difficult. I managed to get it done. The link from x360a I sent had the numbers you have to go for to clear the dart game in the limited # of shots. There was a comment that had a method if you

ed up going for the initial method that helped me.
Ace (row 2 column 4) - 2p needed -if you do GROUP 2 above as mentioned, youll get 25 aces and this plat award .
Lapping it up (row 3 column 2) - solo - This one just takes cash a very short amount of time. Go to the strip club start a lap dance. You can immediately end it and start another without even leaving the room. Do this 25 times and you will get this award.
Snappy Dresser (row 3 column 5) - solo - You need to buy 25 different items of clothing. The T-shirts and tanks tops from the discount stores seem to be the least amount of money. You can just keep clicking on items to buy and it will count without exiting the buying interface. I think you have to exit the buying for the award to pop though.
Hairy Encounters (row 4 column 1) - solo - go to the barber. Alternate between the 2 cheapest haircuts you can 25 times and you will get this. You dont have to get out of the chair. Pick one then pick the other over and over.
The Human Canvas (row 4 column 3) - solo - get tatoos on every part of your body. I did not do this one, but it should be easy once you have unlocked enough tattoos to be able to do it.
----------------- Crimes --------------------------------------
Vehicle Thief (row 1, column 5) - solo - This one is really

ing tedious, but easy as hell. You have to steal 500 cars. Look at the x360a guide for a setup to do it solo as quickly as possible with no worry about cops chasing you. Once again, it is a boring grind.
Armed Robber (row 2, column 2) - solo - you will get this if you get the trophy for holding up all the stores.
---------------- Vehicles ---------------------------------
Sky High (row 1, column 1) - solo - Once again, this is tedious as hell, but easy. You have to blow up 500 cars. There is an easy way where you dont have to pay for ammo. Check out the x360a guide for setup.
No Claims Bonus (row 1, column 3) - solo - Boring as hell but easy. Get a car into the airport and drive around the wide open space for 30 minutes straight without hitting anything to get this one.
Mile High Club (row 1 column 5) - solo - Easy and can be gotten afk. Steal a helicopter and rubber band your R2 button. I rubber banded the R stick too. I plugged in the controller and left it running for 4 hours. That will get you the award.
Airborne (row 2 column 2) - solo or 2p - 25 jumps in a car over 300 feet. This is easy to get if you follow his guide. You could work this into doing your GTA races, but the map where it is easy is about 3 times as long as the one you could use for that.
Flippin' Hell AND Spinderella (row 2 column 3 and 4) - 2p needed to make it easy - I am grouping these together for the easy method. If you happen to have a cargobob helicopter spawn near one of the airstrips when playing, stop whatever you are doing and go for this. Have one player pick up the other player while in a car with the helicopter. Fly as high as you can and then drop them. Person in the car hold the left stick to the southeast position and you will likely get at least one if not both of these after landing on the ground.
Unirider (row 2 column 5) - solo - Do a wheelie of some obnoxious distance. Get the crotch rocket motorcyle that can pull off the really long wheelies. Go to the airport and do one for pretty much the entire length of the runway to get this award.
------------------- Combat ------------------------
Killstreaker (row 2 column 3) 2p needed - Have your partner let you kill them 10x in a row in a deathmatch session for this awrd.
Smoke Em Out (row 2 column 4) 2p needed - Trigger a gang attack with a friend and get the most kills. This could come naturally if you are doing the 5 gang attacks in a day with a friend.
Looking Down the Barrel (row 3 column 5) This one should really not have popped for me, but it appears that the game counts kills in a Survival job towards this one. I thought it had to be other actual players. Use an Assault Rifle in Survival and you will get this after 500 kills. Maybe in general they do count killing NPCs, but I would have thought my other numbers would be way higher.
