Anyone use the Amazon card? The Rewards seem decent, at least equal to Chase Freedom which is what I use now. Freedom has gone WAY downhill over the last year with all the changes they've made. Maybe I'll just start using the Amazon one and close the Freedom account.

I have the Amazon Visa card. It's good, but was better when I didn't have to pay tax at Amazon...
 
I went to that Distant Worlds concert a couple years ago. It was actually pretty cool. A bunch of nerds though that scream and hollar whenever they mention something like a chocobo or a mog or something stupid from the games.

Good call, when we went last year it was totally worth it. Is Uematsu scheduled to be at your showing? He was supposed to be at ours but didn't make it. I was pretty bummed; we had front row seats and I was looking forward to trying for an autograph after the show. Dancing Mad as one of the encores helped to make up for it at least. :D

Completely counter to everything said so far, but here's my advice: Don't start running. Not unless you've been walking consistently for months and are walking a few miles at a time. I tried starting to run several times using the couch to 5k type programs and it always started well but partway in I'd always begin having leg pains and the like. Eventually I gave up on that and would just walk at the park. I'd go 3-4 times a week and just walk for an hour or two. Doing that for a few months got me in great shape for running--with that lead-in I was easily able to transition into comfortable 5ks without any problem at all.

I dunno how long you've been walking, or how far you're going on your walks, but just wanted to throw that out there. Don't rush yourself and you'll do a lot better with it.

No, he won't be there, we get Naoshi Mizuta. I think I read somewhere that Uematsu isn't doing the shows anymore. I'm not sure how good my seats are, they were in a cheaper range. All the more expensive seats were sold out already. A friend that's also going said the hall isn't that large, so it should be good all around. All that matters to me is hearing the music, and I'm sure it's going to start me on a final fantasy binge after.

It started as a PSP game so I'm expecting a PS3ish looking game, like the God of War Origins ports. My Walmart order is still open, for now.
 
Crisis averted as I've set the high distance on three different billboards without de-friending anyone.

I'm dicking around in NFS:MW multi unlocking mods if anyone's bored.
 
Ok I got all the shit pharm recommended for MP. Track tires, reinflating tires, and long gears, along with some other shit. Let me know when yall wanna knock that out.

I'm already doing that. The difficult part comes from timing things so she doesn't get grabbed by the shadows, specifically in the graveyard and sewer sections. If I didn't have the second controller option, I'd probably be tearing my hair out.

Just read on GAF that the Playstation Store is running much faster now, at least the website version.  Seems true to me when going through my downloads right now.

My son's laptop is a core i3. I think it was a $400 laptop. Something like that. The Elgato works fine for him with that.
