Amazon Trade-Inner's, what do you guys select on the "Return the item" option? I assume that just means that if it doesn't qualify as "Good" they will re-evaluate it at the lower grade/TIV, and then if it doesn't meet that then they'll still send it back to you?

Additionally, if anyone is play 'n trading Saints Row IV like I am, the TIV actually went up a few cents over the weekend. Means I can keep the game for like 3 days longer now!
I've only done it once, but from what I I've read on that thread most people put do not return so they will grade it as an A , otherwise I think they just return it and some people have had bad luck with this from either getting damaged items to wrong items

I'm glad to see everyone is enjoying Don't Die, Mr. Robot and Aqua Kitty.  $3 is definitely the right price for them.  I'm interested to see how far people can get in both of them, as the difficulty ramps up quick in both.  Though I see Tyler already has three more trophies I couldn't manage in Mr. Robot (asshole).

I equally interested to hear what y'all have to say about Futuridium EP.

So KFC created a limited time all America food. Didnt see it posted, so:

I always select "Do Not Return" unless the lower values are much lower compared to "Good" (e.g., DVDs, Blu-rays, phones). If what you send in doesn't match "Good" but it does match "Acceptable", you'll get the value for that condition instead. They may reject the item outright if you select "Return" and it doesn't match "Good" or they don't like your trade for whatever reason (this is only really a concern for flips, so you have nothing to worry about).

Since I assume SR IV doesn't come with an instruction manual on PS4, you might want to include a Post-It inside the box where you would normally find a manual, stating that no physical manual was ever made for the game. In the past, Amazon trade-ins would be downgraded for missing elements such as the manual, so it would benefit you to ensure that you aren't downgraded for missing something that never existed.

Vita easily outsells everything in Japan but New 3DS LL:

http://www.vitaplayer.co.uk/ps-vita-continues-to-out-sell-ps4-in-japan/

XB1 sold 531 systems. Hah.
Looks like I may need to start learning Japanese, since they'll probably get better support than us. Funny how the first couple comments in every vita article is about memory cards. I think even if Sony packed in 32gb cards, it wouldn't make a difference. I think the biggest problem for vita is there's almost no physical presence anywhere. My best buy is down to 6-7 games on the shelf, 2 memory card sizes, a case, a charger, and the vita itself. My walmart has nothing besides tv. target has tv, and 3 different games. I really wish I could take over their vita department for a little while.

So for those that have played Danganronpa, is it really 5 playthroughs and 40 hours?

As it stands I would probably get that next from Gamefly.  I want to play it still, but after the GTA grind, I am not sure I want to start something that clocks in at 40 hours.  I am debating if I should move it lower in my Q.

I think the handicaps on Attack From Mars will help since the normal game scores are in the billions, but I guess we'll see if anyone can catch crunchewy.

And I actually prefer PA too by a mile, so if no one actually wants to play Zen let's skip it.  If there's people would that would play or would even like a parallel Zen tourney speak up.  I'm thinking we could go for 4-6 weeks on PA and maybe do it again in April or May if anyone wants to.

If I can concoct a prize I certainly will, but like I said before all I have is an Ultra Street Fighter IV code which I don't think too many people would be interested in.  So don't expect nothin you jerks.

Thanks man.

Saint's Row IV came with some vouchers so I'm just going to leave them in there in guise of a manual.

Man, I love CD Projekt Red: http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/01/26/the-witcher-3-dev-on-making-a-stand-against-paid-dlc

“Because people just paid full price for our game,” Iwiński responded when we asked why the developer is releasing its next 16 DLC packs for free. “We owe them.
“Yeah, we are making a statement,” he added. “We, as gamers, would like to be treated this way, 'Hey, give me free DLC.' It doesn't have to be something huge. And I'm saying we aren't giving out huge stuff, we aren't giving tens of hours of storyline here, we are giving small bits of pieces that don't cost a lot. And I think people would feel better about our game, and so, they will enjoy the adventure even more.

“And maybe the ones who thought about pirating would not pirate it,” Iwiński added. “Maybe the ones who wanted to trade it back and get something else will keep it on the shelf. That'd be great, I would like this to happen and if not that's fine as well. I hope they'll have fun.”

...

"DLC, it’s small content," said head of marketing and PR Michal Platkow-Gilewski back in September. "Like one-thousandth of the whole game. Why should you charge for that? If it’s small, give it for free. I know it’s not always possible or easy but this is what we want to give gamers; a little bit of love, which we’d like to get from other developers as gamers ourselves."

Chicken and hot dogs don't really seem to go together to me, but I anxiously await your reviews….
So much this. If it had been more of an inverse type hot dog setup where the middle was a pretzel stick instead of a hot dog and the outside was still the chicken I would be intrigued.

EDIT: A waffle type stick with syrup on it would go over well in the south too. Granted, I would not really be interested in that personally.

That looks good. I expect you to provide daily updates on the handicapped scores, because, math! Also when does this start? Now?

Maybe, though I think I took closer to 30 hours to plat Danganronpa. It's not five playthroughs at 8 hours each or anything like that--the main game is 15-20 hours and there's a shorter bonus mode that requires multiple plays to finish everything (4 at the minimum).

Nicely done.

One question....how do you figure out the % of the top score for the handicap ranges? My calculations have me and mitch in that 1.4 tier instead of the 1.2 one.
Just forgot to change it after dicking with it for the past hour. It's about as fair as I could come up with, but it's sadly not as complicated as I wanted it to be.

I'd like to find a better boost for the bottom tier, but I can't figure out how to do it.

I'm down for PA or Zen. Obviously the physics and nature of the designs is way different between them so it could be a good equalizer. I don't have any Zen tables besides the South Park ones, PvZ, and 6 of the Star Wars ones. But I'm not opposed to popping down $3 for a good Marvel or other one. I played four of the original Marvel ones and some of their other early ones on their 3DS releases.

As far as the prize goes, this is why you shouldn't have sold that 20th Anniversary PS4....

Literally less than a minute after tweeting out a link about that Double Down Dog thing, I get a follow from @cansomeonehelp

Is this a sign?

My wife is coming back from MA on a train today, leaving in the early afternoon. Hmm…. I hope she stays ahead of the heavy snow. It will be cutting it close.

Yeah, go go go. Attack From Mars, I expect to see double digit billions. I picked this one so I would have an excuse to work on the wizard goals.
I emphatically approve of this method, as you are picking tables I need to wrap up the wizard goals on as well.

On a related note, fuck that max bonus goal on Pin*Bot.

Who else is gearing up for Snowpocalypse (as my wife called it)? Went it to work but getting out at 1 at least. Glad I don't have to burn a day.

Yeah, that one is tough. I haven't gotten it on Vita yet. Not sure but I might have gotten it on PS4. Can't remember now. I did come close in one of my games last week, but not close enough….

Ah, no snow here! Mid 60s all week! fuck yeah!

No Pharm...you suck it. Upper 30's/lower 40s all week. No snow in sight (for the work week at least). Though I imagine broomball will be cancelled, so that's a bummer.

Yeah it's the only one I have left on Vita. I came very close many times, only so see that asshole left drain lane be an asshole.

Also, Aqua Kitty does get tough. One thing that helps is to realize there is a (limited) turbo fire! I either missed the mention of it, or it's not mentioned in-game except for the control map screen. Circle (or Hoop for heathens). I believe it refills by destroying enemies.

I still haven't managed to get the sun. The bonus one didn't seem hard at first glance, but it must be rough. Fortunately I get to abandon it now and go to mars.

We are getting light snow here at work, but it's above freezing so not sticking to roads. Tonight it will drop below freezing and we'll get some accumulation, but we're looking at 2 to 4 inches or something like that for the whole thing, probably less on the roads. Not exactly a snowpocalypse. At home it is below freezing, though, so I assume the roads are getting covered. I hope I get off tomorrow. I have to play Attack From Mars!

I've only made it to the sun once on either platform, and that was on my high score run in the tourney. The bonus one you have to hit visor lights, and other targets 99 times in one ball, plus hit the ramp four times to get the multiplier to 5x.

Snow is awesome. I'd hate to live somewhere that didn't get snow at all. I just wish it was below freezing and they let us have the day off today. Above freezing snow is less fun.

Wow, I forgot how many of Singularity's trophies were for the MP. Maybe I should switch out Alpha Protocol for that from the 3-game set I bought yesterday so I can help with them (and test out my Golds in the process)...? :whistle2:k
You definitely should. Alpha Protocol is a poorly done game (so many glitches). While Singularity, multiplayer aside, is a great one.

I got to try one. I texted my friend who manages a chain and he's saving me one.

No most of the playthroughs is that mini endgame. I plat the game in 3 days without a guide. If you are focused like you are in GTA, then you should knock it out in about 25 hours.
