Anyone played Sonic & All-Star Racing Transformed on the VIta (it's a PS+ game)? Thinking about making it one of my Motor MAYhem games, but all I have is the PSTV so if it has a lot of touch screen or rear touch controls I probably wouldn't bother, can't find a listing of the controls anywhere.
You guys voting for things that aren't Star Wars puns disappoint me.

In fairness, I didn't count the 45 minutes or so it took me to navigate that section in the first place before I realized you had to hit the button to race the scroll. So I was good and practiced by the time I came back for the scroll.
I probably worked on that for even longer and there is proof from a twitch stream archive, lol.

I just beat the final boss. It would be pretty easy if not for the scissor like things on the ground in the 2nd and 3rd parts. I'm sure you'll beat it pretty easily.

It wouldn't be my exact list at all, but it is a pretty damn good list if you only are looking at breweries. Is it bizarre that I have been at more in the Midwest than I have in the Southeast? :)

Southeast: Sweetwater and Cigar City

Midwest: Surly, Bell's, New Glarus, Three Floyd's, Founder's

Maybe I get a half a point for Sierra Nevada? I have only been to the new one in North Carolina.

No touch screen controls. Good game. Foes require a lot of first place finishes to unlock stuff

How bad is the Über difficulty in Wolfenstein New Order? Thinking g about if I should try the glitch for that or just get it legit. Trophy guide says it's not that bad, but I never really trust those. Plying on PS3 obviously, so not sure if that makes a difference.
It's not bad and actually is pretty fun. Although I did have the game glitch on me at one point, unbeknownst to me, and no guns or ammo spawned. It was a room that was tight quarters with tons of enemies, and I kept running out of ammo and getting creamed. After screaming at the TV and wondering how the fuck everyone kept saying Uber wasn't bad when it was clearly impossible, I reloaded, saw the tons of ammo that actually spawned, and easily beat the sequence.

Stupid glitch.

American McGee's Alice down, 1 of 4 for #AA. Think I'll swap out Deadpool for Madness Returns to finish it off.

Story is nothing really special it basically can be summarized in a few sentences
Alice likes to daydream. During one of her daydreams she accidentally sets fire to the house. She barely escapes, but her parents die, this causes a mental breakdown on the outside world as well as within. Her fantasy world is twisted and contorted and the only way for her to regain her sanity is to violently kill (almost) EVERYONE in her fantasy.

There is a mixture of ranged combat, platforming and simple puzzle solving but when you get to about the 4/5ths mark they stop trying to do puzzles and its just a long, linear path in which they toss progressively larger groups of enemies to attack you. It holds up OK, but I'd just play it on easy (I played on medium) to minimize the amount of times you have to hit the enemy to kill them. The last boss fight is jumping from platform to platform arranged in a circle around the boss collecting enough mana to fire your Blunderbuss (BFG) it felt like 8-9 times to kill it which is a bit excessive.

it has to be one of the dumbest things ever that Comcast wont authenticate HBO GO for the PS4. Good thing I still have my 360 hooked up
Nice, I forgot GoT is on tonight. And I just read some asshat pirated the first four episodes from a screener? Right after HBO finally relented into offering a stand-alone service? This is why we can't have nice things.

Just got home after a long, happy, emotional day. My sister was so shocked when she came home and we were all there for the surprise engagement party. She was frozen. Then she started crying and we all hugged her and cried along with her. Then she surprised us and we found out she is pregnant. They found out last week. She wanted all of us to visit her for Mother's Day next month to tell us but since we were all there they dropped the news early.

They made a sign like Wheel of Fortune and said they wanted to play a game with all of us. As soon as they spaced the letters I knew what it was then tapped my other sister's shoulder and she figured it out. They asked my Nana to guess a letter and she said B. That confirmed it for me. A minute later my mom suddenly started yelling. She just kept making this weird noise over and over lol. We knew she realized the phrase. Everyone else was wondering what the fuck was going on. She started crying. Finally everyone else was told what was happening and we all started crying again and congratulating them. The sign said "WE'RE HAVING A BABY". So double surprise lol.

Yeah of course that crossed the mind. It doesn't really matter. She said the found out last week.

ok I really have to put freedom wars away now, I can't remember the last time I rage quit a game. Look me up when you guys pass code 7 (or if you want help with it) and we'll have a rockin time in coop.

I should have the Type-0 plat within the next few days. Getting the airship and visiting every town in Ch. 7 (I can do that without finishing every Expert Trial, right?) are the only "difficult" trophies remaining.

Castle of Illusion remake was quite enjoyable.  Have to do cleanup on collectibles for 100% but that's one down at least.

I've now beat more games in three and a half months than I did all last year.

Finished watching Daredevil earlier tonight. Good shit. Show wrapped up nicely and didn't end on any cliffhangers or anything. There's still A.K.A. Jessica Jones coming out this year and the Luke Cage and Iron Fist shows out next year, so we'll see if Daredevil appears in any of those before the Defenders show that's supposed to air after all that is done.

R6: Siege, The Division and MGS5 were all day one buys for me, but I think I'll end up getting Mad Max as well because of the $10 promo. Hopefully they add Black Ops 3 to the promo like they usually do with CoD, but I'm guessing they're waiting on a formal announcement of the game.

I only wish affa was here to tell me I don't know how to play Souls-style games.

Clearly you don't. These games were made solely for pvp. I bet you even leveled past the meta like a scrub. You're terrible. And casual. Git gud.

That pretty much sums up everything I see on every Bloodborne forum ad nauseam.

I don't know what any of these words mean. Clearly I play all these games wrong.

Yup, even if you skip the trial that unlocks a city, the city unlocks the next chapter automatically.

I just noticed simmias has 100% completion.  That really makes me want to take my backlog to his house and play each game for one trophy while he's sleeping.

So I started Jurassic Park.  It's neat so far and shows how far they've come (even if their games haven't changed that much) but the QTE stuff is definitely way too fast and the icons for everything too small.  If not for the PS button quit and reload when you're about to die I probably wouldn't get the no death trophy (though the slow exiting and reloading is getting annoying already).

Thanks. I just looked at the list of cities and I'm surprised that there are only eight cities total, two of which I haven't visited yet. I might have the plat sooner than I thought.

IGN posted their Titan Souls review: http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/04/13/titan-souls-review

Titan Souls’ sparse world and lore is merely the delivery device for its creative fights that hinge on your perception and skillful mastery of its simple, yet fluid and responsive controls. Though the experience is short, it’s potent, as weathering every titan’s impossibly lethal storm and finding that one true strike is an excellent and intoxicating retelling of David versus Goliath each time. And should you survive the punishing menagerie of monsters, having mastered each bout, Titan Souls raises the stakes and the difficulty, daring you to shoot to kill and do it better.
Destructoid, too: http://www.destructoid.com/review-titan-souls-290383.phtml

My normal difficulty run through, save for some exasperation at the final two titans, did make for good pacing. Death or victory come quickly because, for the most part, the titans are designed to leave you few opportunities to win. Running around and staying alive isn't an impressive feat because you're no closer to winning. The moments of opportunity are designed to put you in harms way -- surely killing you should you miss the shot -- doubling down on an intense thrill. The quickness with which these things kill you makes you always feel perpetually. That you often have to stare down these charging killers, like drawing an arrow against an oncoming train with a baseball-sized weak point, is exhilarating.

Hate all you want, but this trailer makes the movie look worlds better than the original trailer.  I kinda wanna see it now.
