Okay so Shovel Knight is really the bees knees right?  I want to buy it, but I am so spoiled by all the sales I am still not sure I should pay more than $10 for it.  It has a trophy for beating the game in an hour and a half ?  So is it really short?

Hitman: Blood Money is also a worthy pick-up if you didn't get it from PS+. I played it on PC again a couple of years ago and it still holds up. It's mostly about sneaking around in public places to assassinate targets in a variety of direct (strangle, poison, shoot, etc.) or indirect (swap out a prop gun at an opera, sabotage their barbecue grill to explode, sabotage pyrotechnics display, etc.) ways, player's choice. The disguise system is more forgiving than Absolution.

Completionist time on howlongtobeat.com says 13 hours. Obviously that trophy is a tough speed-run thing.

I'm jumping on it because I'm a sucker for pixel art and chiptunes, especially pixel art and chiptunes done well. I'm happy to show them that we want more of this shit for $13.49.

My first playthrough (Hard Mode 100%) for Axiom Verge took about 16 hours, while my Speedrun playthrough took about 3. I know they're different games, but I presume a similar argument could be made for Shovel Knight--you could speedrun the game in 1.5 hours but it might take 10+ hours to do a 100% playthrough.

And now thanks to Zimm reminding us about the $13.49 price when I wasn't sure if it was that or $17.99, I might be getting it tomorrow. :wall:

Wow PSNP added a new feature to deter bots.  You have to do the typical "type the letters you see below" thing but then you have to select matching pictures.  Select the hamburgers!

What would a bot do for anyone on PSN Profiles?

I just went there and all I had to do was click a checkbox saying I wasn't a bot. I didn't have to select matching pictures.

(and for some dumb reason it decided to move Zen Pinball up and Jamestown+ down when nothing has changed since my last update)

I don't know why you guys didn't like the Batman V Superman trailer.  This looks awesome!

(This is the right one, right?)

The poster said it was the bottom center. That's the charging port. I think that guy's reaching calling it a HDMI port.
You are right, that diagram makes it look like the charging port on the bottom went back to the proprietary one. However, there is also a port on the top that looks like it could be HDMI. It could also be a Micro USB connector since I would be seriously surprised if after going to micro USB they went back to the proprietary one alone for the 2000. Having 2 charging options seems crazy and costly for no reason though.

I don't know, the top looks exactly like the OLEDs as well, minus the power and volume buttons. So, unless they put a HDMI port in where the unused port on the OLEDs is, I think people are mistaken.

I was thinking maybe one of the rectangles on the bottom might be a new memory card slot but, looking at the bottom of an OLED, it's where the serial number and bar code data were.

Edit - Wait, on the left side view, there's something new. Looks more like the size of a new memory card slot, maybe what Crunchy was talking about.

Edit 2 - I guess the alleged HDMI port could be a HDMI Micro port

If there was a new slim vita in awesome colors with HDMI, and micro SD I'd buy another one. I've currently been thinking of importing a white slim since I only have a black OLED currently. Maybe they pull a Nintendo and make it more powerful too.  :hot:

You shouldn't be comparing it to an OLED. You should be comparing it to a 2000. With that said, I am not certain there is an HDMI port there either.

All I got from the sale was Pac Man and R&C.

I'd like to get the first Castlevania Lord of Shadows game but no dice. The other Castlevania ones seemed to small to fit up on the big screen. Shame they're not for the Vita.

Would've grabbed one of those Warriors games had then  just been $5 cheaper.

The first LoS is disc only.

Ben & Jerry's is doing that ice cream burrito thing and McDonalds is serving breakfast all day.
Everywhere or select markets? Breakfast all day at McDonalds is genius and should be permanent.

San Diego only. They better buy a shit ton of breakfast down there, because this needs to be everywhere.
