That one's not that bad. Death threat, revenge, know their weakness. Copy your save to the cloud so you don't have to do it all over again if you get an epic. Don't bother with exploiting a weakness unless it falls in your lap. It's too much of a pain to set up, because a lot of the time you don't get credit for it unless it's a certain type of weakness.

Apparently letting branded bodyguards make the kill increases your chances of getting the level 25 instead of the epic, so make sure you brand all his bodyguards.
This, Gator, especially the part about using the bodyguards to deliver the killing blow.

True Trophies shows 2 people now. The other is not registered (I guess someone else scanned them) so they are not on the leaderboard. Munky still has a ton of points from that game with it being a game that is only worth 300 PSN points.
You do know how hard munky worked to get that 100% right? ;)

Dang, too bad I didn't think to try ordering those amiibo figures last night. I didn't think they would work with the b2g1 so I didn't bother.

In more amiibo news it looks like Nintendo may be discontinuing Marth, Wii Fit Trainer, and Villager already. No official word from Nintendo, but some retailers are saying that's what Nintendo told them. Guess I need to go Wii Fit Trainer hunting

It doesnt surprise me that it is the main trick. It was the other War Chiefs I had branded who killed my nemesis at end game that got me the level 24 rune. So close. I guess I should have let that asshat kill me again before the end of the game I guess.

ETA: I guess I should have read the hunting challenge guide before playing the story. I hope I dont have issues finding another White Graug. I got pretty lucky finding the Dire Caragor post game I think. I had not randomly ran across bats in the game so that was where I was when I finished the story.

Suikoden coming out reminds me how it was releaed with only one disc in one of those box set cases. Tricking you into thinking the game came on more than one disc and had extra content; quite a few PS  RPGs got me to fall for that.

When I saw the b2g1 ad I knew it was gonna probly include skylanders, as it has before. Usually they even let it slide and work the whole week instore, so last night i was doing the cod clan war and not even worried bout rushing in my order. I then went and split them all up in groups of 3 same prices and when I was at the cart checkout it went dead at like 3:34 am. Doh! oh well, they usually have b2g1f on skylanders etc anyway, but damn. I at least wanted all the extra traps for my kids, oh wells.

I remember Wild Arms doing the same thing.

That's really good to know. I'll keep it mind in the future. Thanks Velo

If we don't get Flawless this week, I'm gonna start unfriending people, and if we keep fucking up on the jumping puzzle because certain people didn't want to take two minutes to learn the pattern, I'm gonna start punching people in the throat.

If I don't try to make vanquish plat number 40 I am a humongous pussy.

Challenge 6 - round 5 really is a lot easier using the cover method, I don't know why everyone advocates the "dodge like crazy" method as all it takes is one bad dodge and you're screwed.

They spawn right next to one of the fast travel towers (The first one in the 2nd area on the bottom right) so you can just instantly fast travel back there to reset the spawn. Also if you do the shadow mount to kill it, make sure you don't kill it right away. First time I did it, it glitched and the graug just disappeared while I was riding it. The Dire Caragor spawns everywhere, though. I'm pretty sure any time you see a group of 3, one will be of the dire variety.

I went to the TellTale Games panel and someone spoiled the end of The Walking Dead season 1. Sucks for anyone who didn't play it yet. A few people cried out about the spoiler but it was too late.
In fairness [customspoiler='TWD S1 finale spoiler']It was pretty much spoiled as soon as the promotional images and box art for S2 started coming out as the main character you play from the first game isn't featured in any of it, from which I correctly inferred that he died in the first season as I didn't finish it until after S2 came out.[/customspoiler]

The Graug also spawns in the area where you fought him in the story.

Ran into some guys in line that had a list of all those PS cards. Running through a bunch of demos. They're cool cards. Apparently that No Man's Sky concert was the only place to get the card so it's super rare.

I picked up NES Remix for 3DS today for $5 after GCU, $15 cert and $5 BBY Nintendo promo. The Nintendo rep was talking to me about the Amiibos and mentioned the Samus variant that sold for $2500. She then mentioned she owns a Fox Mccloud Amiibo that only has 1 arm and she'd never sell it or trade it. I wonder how many fuck ups Nintendo released with the Amiibos.

I did get a bunch of free Nintendo Swag so that was pretty sweet.

If i found one i would sell it for sure. People pay huge amounts for factory defects. Cool that you got free swag. You will have to let me know what you think of that nes remix game.

I read that expert is easier on a good playthrough in Second Son because if certain powers. What do you guys think? I may start over if so.

True story: my wife picked up a fake Christmas tree off the curb that someone was throwing out and we're using that instead of a real tree this year.

Managed to get all PS cards except Battlefield Hardline which is all four 10s. Apparently they just left the cards at the end of the booth and people snatched a ton. That sucks. Just waiting in line to play the new exclusive strike on Destiny because they have all the 7s. They better not run out. Gonna try to trade for the 10s. It's been fun having incentive to try all these games.

The Tomorrow Children kind of sucked. It was like a Russian themed resource collection game and wasn't very fun. The initial load screen took forever too.

The new PS4 controls on Tearaway Unfolded were pretty easy to use. I loved the Vita version. Looking forward to that when it's cheap. And possibly LBP3. They had a cool pinball themed level. Then I played the PlayStation Experience challenge which was also fun.

Battlefield Hardline was surprisingly fun. There were marked vehicles and you had to drive them to add points to your team's score. I carried them by riding fast and hard on a motorcycle. I finally died and spawned into a teammate's bike. We did a drive by and killed the driver then I hopped in the ride and ran over an enemy.

Shovel Knight was also really fun. I asked the dev if it'll be CrossBuy and he basically said no. I think he said it'll be CrossSave, but obviously you'll have to buy multiple copies.

Grim Fandango Remastered reminded me how I love those style of adventure games. I never played the original, but I liked the humor. Plus I'm Mexican and it seems like Grim is so I'm biased.

Non-trophy expert speaking here, but as Pharm said the game is easy regardless of how you play it. My suggestion (as with any Infamous) is to do your evil playthrough on expert so you don't have to worry about subduing enemies and collateral damage.

On my evil/second run I focused on maxing the third power (don't want to spoil). Then neon. Didn't even touch smoke. I saved a few shards for the boss battle so I could upgrade the last power.. Made it go a lot faster. Lol this is all vague since I don't know where you are in the story but it should make sense eventually.

I know you guys love my CoD clanwar updates. I'm gonna stream the rest of my night playing cod aw on ps4 til maybe a late night cb show.

but yeah, kicking ass as usual. This CoD got nothing on my clan. TGBG wootwoot.

This says we have all nodes, platinum division and about 300 point lead from 2nd place :)

yeah im totally blaming the popularity of amiibos for killing my skylanders deal last night. cuz i totally need to spend more money on crap.
its easy either way dont start over
I meant start over to play expert and get it out of the way. I started this playthrough on normal.

This was my original plan, and the reason why reading that the good powers made it easier confused me. Went against everything I knew about inFamous.

Cleaner, did you see Book of Life? It was pretty good and very Mexican.
No, I didn't, but I want to. Actually, I wanted to take my nephew during the week of Halloween but I think I was still feeling like a zombie back then like a week before the blood transfusion. I'll have to rent it once it comes out.

So we played the Destiny strike and I led my team to victory on that too lol. My teammates all died surrounded by enemies so I was trying to get some kills before rushing in like an idiot. My random teammate got impatient and was like "Uh, can you revive me?" I was like "Let me avenge your death before I join you, noob!" Just kidding. I told him I would after I cleared out the enemies first. It was pretty fun.

We have less than an hour left before having to leave for our dinner reservations and burlesque show. I'm excited! It's been a good day.

3 maps left on Natural Doctrine. Looks like I should be able to knock it out tonight. I've gotten pretty overpowered and am crushing all enemies in my way now, which is nice.

I started Infamous Second Son last weekend and did easy first playthrough. I plan on evil expert run this week. I think it was mrninjasquirrel that told me to run it this way, but I take full responsibility for any difficulty I experience. The game was super quick on my first playthrough, so hopefully expert makes it seem a bit more lengthy.

To enjoy it? What a Scrooge.

I was going to use this run to get all the shards, but it seems it may be better to do that on expert since I'd probably need more shards to try and get all the upgrades. I guess I'll know more when I get a little further.

Also, I was surprised by the graphical difference in Second Son versus PS3 games. I didn't think it'd be that much of a step up, but it definitely is in my opinion.
