What are the Braves doing Pitfall? About to sign some dude from Cuba who apparently hasn't played since 2012 and now nearing a deal with Alberto Callaspo, probably to be the starting 2b. I'm so confused.

I'm going to spoiler this because it ran kind of long and I know not everyone wants to read baseball shit.

I don't know. Not a whole lot is known about the Cuban, other than that he's good at getting on base but has little to no power.

They keep saying that they're not dying to trade Gattis, but they might as well because this might be the highest anyone is buying him. Reportedly, KC asked about him and the Braves said they wanted Yordano Ventura in return, which would be awesome but there's no way the Royals make that trade. Texas is supposedly interested in Justin and Gattis. It would be nice if the Rangers threw in Joey Gallo in that deal. He's the best power hitting prospect in the minors right now, which the Braves could use with their light-hitting lineup.

I get that they're trying to put a respectable team on the field for next season, but I think they could do that from within rather than spending money on guys that aren't Markakis. Todd Cunningham deserves a real shot with the numbers he's put up at Gwinnett the last couple years, and God knows he couldn't be any worse than BJ. Phil Gosselin would be better at 2B than whoever else they sign, Callaspo or otherwise. I can't wait until they call Jose Peraza up. Hopefully he'll be as good as he's looked in the minors.

Hopefully they can work out a deal to bring back Medlen. I wouldn't pay him a ton up front, but I'd load his contract with incentives.

Games can be published by different companies on different consoles. I don't see how MS publishing changes anything. It was already confirmed as a timed-exclusive by Phil Spencer. Only thing that matters how long that exclusivity window is. If it's a year than SE can put out a PS4 GOTY edition if they think the demand is still there. If it's shorter than that SE can just put it out whenever that window is over. If it's longer than a year than there may be less of a chance of the game ever coming to PS4 as the demand for newer games might already be there.

I agree with pretty much all of this, though I say keep Gattis as J-Up is good as gone and he provides insurance in case the Cuban signing doesn't work out or Bethancourt doesn't work out behind the dish.

The Callaspo one is definitely a head-scratcher since Gosselin should be able to handle it better with no added cost to the team. I just hope John Hart has a bigger plan that I'm not seeing yet. He's a smart dude, so I'm sure it'll all turn out fine in the end.

 
All this KH2.5 talk is making me want to play KH1.5 soon.

Can't tell if I'm looking forward to the HD of BBS. I played BBS on my PSP years back and only finished the first character's story. Got halfway through the 2nd and didn't like him near as much. Wonder if the remix stuff adds anything to make the game feel less repetitive.

If you traded them in to Best Buy at $19 each, that would make the third copy cost you ~$27 after GCU and (estimated) tax, so I'd sell them if you decide to go that route.

Same. I thought about buying KH2.5HD too but I haven't even started 1.5HD. By the time I get there the collection will probably hit $20.

Doesn't seem like that great a deal TBH. Not unless you plan to play it immediately and then flip it within a couple of weeks, anyway.

While I do not care at all about baseball, I hear a lot about them than I want to. From that, it really seems like their goal is to shuffle enough stuff around to be sure to have a competitive team when the new ball park opens. I am not sure they really give much of a shit between now and then except making progress towards that.

It seems like Gattis is up for trade but only if it includes the shitty Upton brother with the huge contract.

Even though you don't care at all, you are much more on point about what is going on with the Braves than most "fans" are. The comments I've heard lately are... laughable, to say the least.

What's the sale price? I have it on XBone because it was free. Played for about a half hour but it didn't hold my interest. It's.. competent. Doesn't really strive to be more than that (though what the fuck do I know, I only played a half hour). Given that it's already been a freebie on one system, I'd say wait for a dirt cheap price, unless you're dying to play a game of that type (which are honestly few and far between anymore).

In a year how many of us just aren't going to give a fuck? Sure some will. But how many great games will come out between then and now? I was a bit bummed that we didn't get TitanFail. At this point I don't care. Maybe I would pick up Titanfall 2 if/when it comes out for PS4 after a few price drops. I seriously doubt it would be a day one purchase for me at this point unless it had some decent pre order perks/prices. I can't see getting all upset over a single game. I think most of us here have double or triple digits backlogs.

didn't realize it was free on the one. i'll just skip it for now. it's 50% off, 9.99. looked pretty cool to me, but i probably wouldn't play it right away.

TT leaderboard is set to TT ratio now. This is the last one. I'll let this one sit for a few days before changing it back to TT score.

Like I said, there's also a weekly period and monthly period if you want to see the strides people have been making more recently. Just let me know if you all want to see anything different, if you want me to just periodically shake things up, or if you want me to just leave it the fuck alone.

I have shadowfall and the season pass on a uk account, was able to get shadowfall when the uk store had the glitch for $1.50 or so.

I still have my 360 as a media box and just rather buy TR for that used than rather support the XBONE
