Before the black car moved:

Back out to the left about halfway out of the parking space, straighten out the wheels, start to go forward a little then stop and crank full to the left and finish going forward so that you have reparked one space-ish over so you have a 1 car buffer on both sides. With the ample room you can now fully crank the wheel to the right as you back up without the front of your car clipping the black car or the back of your car clipping the red car as you turn.

Ending up deciding to return Watch Dogs. I was gonna keep it and play it, but it has a nasty looking chip and I don't really need it right now. I'll probably re-buy at $10.
