BBY wasn't open yet so I took it upon myself to call customer service. Big mistake, especially considering that there wasn't anything they could likely do for me in the first place. Ahh... hindsight.
I get a woman with a heavy middle eastern accent. She tells me her name is "Wendy". Whatever.
I tell her everything I've told you guys.
She asks for the order number. SHE can't understand ME and has to have the number read to her 3 times.
I'm put on hold for 10 minutes because it takes that long to look up my order.
She comes back on the line and says "sir, your order is showing it's ready for pick up".
