A friend just told me there is new DLC coming out for Rock Band.  It has only been 21 months since the last DLC came out apparently.  That has to be a record of some kind.

EDIT: Ninja'd by Pete.

I challenge you to find one instance of me crying about anything. I was happy to let our argument go after your meltdown but you just can't seem to help yourself. Speaking of which, how did that diet go you talked about all that time ago. You bought a PS4 so I have to assume you lost a ton of weight, right?

Making fun of wrestling and fat jokes are definitely two of your hot buttons. I'm gonna stick with those until I figure out a few more.
Yeah I actually went from 245 to 205ish, which five more than my goal. And I've been there since the end of September. Because I'm awesome and I do shit I say I'm going to do.

But hey, if you can't handle someone turning your bad jokes around on you, maybe you need some thicker skin.

Man, that's pretty good. The weight loss I mean, not the petty bickering. Good job out of you.

Someone pooped in the juror bathroom. It was only a matter of time I guess.

Edit - make that two people. This is like being on an overseas flight!

Edit 2 - if you're wondering how I know, you can hear it .

Pretty much the only time a laugh track can enhance the experience is when it is a live audience and the performer is allowed to comment on the audience reaction (such as in variety and talk shows) so that it is more like a give and take with the audience instead of the performer pretending there isn't an audience there.
No one ever said laugh tracks enhance anything. But apparently somehow Therm and Chewy hate TV shows JUST BECAUSE OF THE LAUGH TRACK.

"Man, I love this show but the laugh track ruins it. I will no longer watch Seinfeld."

-Chewy and Therm

Tell me that doesnt sound retarded. Look Tyler, more hate not towards you! Good times.

You really like to put words in people's mouths, don't you? Neither I nor Chewy said we don't watch shows because of the laugh track. We just said we hate laugh tracks. I'm not sure why that's something you feel the need to obsess about.

None of the shows I watch have a laugh track, granted, but that's not why I don't watch them. I'm just not generally into sitcoms. The only I watch that might be classified as such are Brooklyn 99, Archer, and The League. None of them have a laugh track.

Live audience/Laugh tracks can be obnoxious, but they definitely don't ruin a show if it's actually a funny show.  Fraiser and That 70's Show both have laugh tracks but I still really like both of them.  That 70s Show was going for a Married With Children style hooting-and-wooing laugh track in the first season though, that was really bad.  So glad they toned it down for later seasons.

I have never thought to myself. Wow, this show is great, but the laugh track just ruins it. Yes it would be weird to have a laugh track in a movie. But it would automatically make the movie bad?
You said yes to my question so I took that to mean you wont like a movie or TV show if it had a laugh track.

Granted there may be a correlation between laugh tracks and bad shows.

Macaroni Grill near us closed and it was in a prime location. Thats how bad it was.

Tyler, please tell us how great the P'Zone used to be after having a Calzone from shitty Mac Grill.
P'zone was better.

Macaroni Grill was as expected. Decent but their flavor is just kinda blah. Only difference this time is that I walked out of there paying $13.48 after tax and tip. Much more tolerable than the $25-$40 bill I've always had to pay in the past.

I know I used a coupon, but even $7 per lunch really wouldn't have been that bad. They should be applauded for realizing that their food sucks and that they shouldn't charge as much as they do for it.

Alright, alright. For the sake of the thread and the fact that mpaullin has pretty thin skin and can't handle me continuing to make him look dumb, I'll quit ragging on him for this subject.

It sucks that the Ravens couldn't put the Patriots away. They played pretty well, though. I was rooting for Denver (though I didn't get to see the game), which obviously is not the favored team here. Mostly just because I've got a brother-in-law from there and we visited once, and they had the absolutely most cleanly gas station bathrooms anywhere in the world (I think), and you've got to commend them for that.

The Stotch/Mpaullin feud is like the least interesting one we've ever had.  Gator/Jay was way better.  The Tyler/Everyone feud is also pretty good.

I have been wondering all day if my "feud" with Jay had you guys feeling like you were watching a train wreck like I have been feeling watching this one. I am definitely going to try to avoid continuing that if Jay gets to come back now that snakey is no longer here to rat him out.

I can see how these suck when you like the people on both sides of the feud. The Tyler/everyone feud probably does not bother people much. It is easy to pick sides on that one :)

So it looks like SJD, mpaullin, therm, and Equistina can now fight it out over who's at the bottom of the thread?
I'll be at the bottom I don't care

Just one question, what problem do you have wih me? I've never talked bad to you. The only thing I can think of is I must remind you of someone that annoys you or something. Again no whoop, but maybe you could at least just ignore me instead of the occasional bad mouth/insult you throw my way. You don't knw my situation, for all you know I could be depressed, suicidal, etc. and that one comment could throw me off the edge.

This might have been posted before, but on what day last year did the 14 for '14 sale start? If it was on the 14th, then Thursday might be interesting.

The best way to deal with Stotch is to apply a cobra clutch bulldog or a sitout side powerslam

oh my god someone pooped again on our break. what is happening???
Just do not do what I did when I was on a jury last time. There was a line of people wanting to use the juror bathroom so the bailiff let us go out to the bathrooms in the hall. There was one of the witnesses in there that I heard say, "I was not going to tell them the truth and lose my job" to one of the other witnesses.

Another time I almost got a trial cancelled because I used the word brandishing in a question to the judge. Apparently that specific word is in case law and they thought I had been reading the law at night to figure out what to decide.

Just for reference the 13 for '13 sale started on the 22nd. So don't expect it on the 15th, but rather on some other Tuesday this month. Hopefully tomorrow.

I think I'm just the only person here who doesn't give you special treatment because you're a chick, and you're not used to that. My rule is that if someone says dumb stuff, I'm going to call them out on it. That's the general rule of everyone else, except when it comes to you. If other people like pharm, myself, tyler, gator, etc said half the things you say, we would never hear the end of it.

But I don't treat you any differently than I do anyone else here.

I generally don't like to argue with people so that doesn't work with me

But if this would have been a couple of years ago, I was extremely depressed.
Whenever Stotch is being mean, just picture this guy on the other side typing at you:

But they use the word "brandish" on all cop TV shows and during news casts a lot. That doesnt sound right.

Better not go in there playing Brandish on a PSP/Vita, then. That'll get you in serious trouble.

I know. Somehow though that word was taboo in the bank robbery case I was a juror for. I readily admit to not having as large of a vocabulary as I would like to have. I spend too much time playing games instead of reading. I was shocked when it caused all that trouble when asking the judge, "Is claiming to have a gun equivalent to brandishing a gun when it comes to robbery with a deadly weapon?" That was just one of the charges we were deciding on and we honestly did not know if you could find him guilty of it without proof there was a weapon.

Why? I'm not saying we shouldn't all pick on equistina all the time, but I've genuinely never understood this mentality. It's like the 'I'm going to be brutally honest with everyone all the time and tell it how it is' people who don't take normal social things like tact or the other person's feelings/situation into account. I just don't understand the advantages versus weighing out whether or not the other person can handle it/deserves it/whatever.

I also don't get it when women proudly proclaim what a bitch they are, like bragging about it like it's a badge of honor.

I don't understand a lot about people I guess. I'd better go, someone is pooping again.
