Yeah, at the end of the day this is going to be their job. So they will have to appease whomever is paying them. We all appease our bosses to a certain extent to get what we want. Money/Sex/Power. Everyone likes to complain when other people do it and get that money/sex/power instead of them. Its life.

 
Wren, what time do you think youll be on tonight?  I know it seems like Pancakes and Avenged are on by the time I get started playing most nights and you are a bit later.  Based on that, I am just going to assume we will be waiting for you.

Avenged and Pancakes, I will likely be grinding out some more RP in Survival or we can run some missions before he is ready if you guys want to do that as well.  I'm usually on by about 7pm Eastern or shortly after.  Send me a PSN message and let me know if you guys want to play before we get a full group of 4.

Is this the right order and complete? Were there in between revisions? I know the DS and 3DS are different consoles, I'm just trying to remember, not trying to prove anything.

When the kid goes to bed I can get on.  Otherwise she will constantly want to watch GTA 5 and the wife will be pissed.  Also, she will want to play it herself and constantly be up my ass.  I love her, but dammit I aint no Velo.  I cant play games while the kid is talking to me every 5 seconds.

The little bitch (I say that lovingly) needs to be in bed by 8 but she sometimes calls for me several times before she falls asleep.

Yeah, these guys were probably the people that got all pissy when Sony did away with full backward compatibility. They think they are going to go back to games 10 years later. They save every game they think they will play then complain when they run out of room. Even though they havent touched and wont touch 100s of games ever again.

i'm not one of those guys, but i like to have a lot of stuff available to me. sometimes hearing a song, or some other random trigger, gets me in the mood to play a certain game. it'll bug me to no end if i can't play it for a few minutes at least. it's cool to have all that stuff to show off too. i was showing off my vita on my lunch break yesterday, and played several games to show what they looked like. also to be ready for multiplayer action whenever, like our random need for speed sessions coming up, and my friend wanting to play soul sacrifice again. i don't have to worry about shuffling anything, it's all still here.

My wife and I watch and enjoy Big Bang Theory. #suckitnerds

After I started playing online with some of you guys a while back she asked me when I was going to say AFK. Sheldon said it one time while playing WoW (I think) on the show. She kept laughing to herself while she kept quoting "Sheldor AFK." I just stared at her and shook my head slowly.

Moral of the story. After this post I will never say or type AFK again. Thankfully I never said it out loud before and wont start.

you will want to wait if you ever want to get the level 100 trophies on ps3 and then auto popping them on ps4. I didn't care so I just did it with my level 66 dude. After you do it, I would turn off the game and restart it, as only 2 trophies auto popped for me and it then actually locked me out of trophies (killed a mugger and no trophy) I turned off game and restarted and all online trophies I already had auto popped. I still had to redo the kill a mugger full refund trophy, but it was all good.

It's funny because when new limited consoles get announced I go:

"I’ll admit, the new designs, especially the Majora’s Mask one, look damn pretty."

Then I actually look at the thing and I realize how silly ugly those things are. It's a shame the majora's faceplates look better than the actual limited console.

The only thing they changed is the processor and that little fucking nub. Why not sell those in a box for $50 and an instruction manual on how to upgrade it yourself.

Ya know, because Nintendo cares about consumers and doesn't want them to have to re-buy things!

Gator and others, I'm just hopping on to GTA Online now. May have to go out for a bit later but should otherwise be on till 10-10:30 EST. You guys will be my first time using the Golds in a while so I apologize in advance for any poor communication issues on my part.

I'm the exact same way. If it's not in front of me on the device, I may forget about it. Or need to play a moments notice because of random things.

They also improved the 3D. Not the screens themselves, just the 3D. So when you take it out of the box, the 3D will look really cool as you reach for the slider to turn that shit off.

Seriously. I tried the 3D for maybe 4-5 seconds when I first got the 3DS, went "that's kind of cool but whatever", then turned it off because it kind of hurt my eyes and used up more battery life.

But seriously, actually thank you.  I do think it looks cool, even better than the Triforce one I could never get my hands on.  And if it goes uber rare, it's better to have and not want then want and not have.  I can always sell it or return it if I change my mind.

 
PS: When you put that New 3DS on a cradle and the mask is upside down you're going to feel mighty foolish.

PPS: If there was any kind of regular size New 3DS in this country I would be trading in my old 3DS XL this week.

I love Nintendo and my 3DS XL (have around 40 physical games) but I'll wait years to upgrade to the next system then they'll announce another reincarnation of the 3DS.
 
I know we are making fun, but Best Buy has the Majoras Mask New 3DS available to preorder as of this posting. Can probably sell it for a profit even if you aren't actually interested in the system.

I don't think he knows any Vita games besides the ones I submitted for GOTY. And even those may have slipped his mind.
 
I preordered one as well.  I doubt I'll keep it (got it on a $60 3DS XL from the Sears glitch a while back) but it will easily sell for a profit at somepoint...

 
That New 3DS thread is moving too fast, so I'll see if any of you guys know: Does Best Buy let you return online orders in store? If they do I would want to return the MM 3DS and rebuy with store credit and/or certificates. Anyone know if that sounds feasible?
