It's not just that. The big difference for me and why all Nintendo games are starting to feel stale is that Uncharted 4 will be a sequel in the sense that there is a story. Love it or hate it, it progresses the characters and makes it feel like a true sequel. Every Nintendo game has the same basic gameplay with nothing else (no story) to set it apart from the last iteration. There are obvious gameplay standouts that turn the games on their heads like Super Mario Galaxy but after playing Nintendo games since the NES days even this is starting to lose it's appeal. I'm not immediately saying these games are bad, it's just over time they are holding less and less weight for me personally.
I really think once I played The Last Of Us, there was a serious turning point for me where I am now expecting a little bit more from my games. I really like Zelda but the formula is starting to feel dated as well. I know they are focusing on an open world but the lack of voice acting and a true story other than Hyrule and the princess need help feels like I'm constantly playing the same game. Again it doesn't mean I think they are bad games it just means over time it's gotten watered down for me. With all that said, I only ever played some of Majora's Mask on an emulator a long time ago and I do want to play through it on the 3DS. I like the way it mixed things up with masks and characters changing etc.
I realize it could be just my prerogative but all this shit is opinion anyway. I'm not saying any of these games are bad, and if you enjoy them by all means play them.
