Sold Xillia for $23 shipped, not bad. I'd likely never have time for it, especially with me working as much as I will be for a while. The guy that bought it lives on Harvest Moon lane, lol.

Price match, then the Cartwheel discount. I argued at the register but the cs lady said it must be because of the price match. Almost asked for a manager to clarify but it was getting late and I was in a bit of a hurry. Then I had an issue with my Redcard not working (2nd time thats happened at this store recently) but luckily they did a manual override for the 5%. Just not my week there apparently...

yeah, it shouldn't take that long. not sure if it varies by car, but it usually took 5-10 seconds on the cars i used.

Hmmm. That's the way to do it. Weird. Sorry man. I haven't heard anything different about price matches, so they should still be good.

Yeah my kid has gone nuts over Skylanders, so I went back and grabbed the discs for the first two for him. Expect to see some form of Skylanders on my card for a while. I'm actually beginning to like this stuff myself. Once you get past how much of a money pit it can be, it's kinda cool, especially since it's something we can enjoy together. I'll admit it's put a good dent in the gaming fund I had saved up, but I've been able to find good deals on new figures with messed up packaging and used ones on eBay. Definitely recommend this stuff to the ones in here with kids who like games.

No way I could afford to give my kid both Skylanders AND Disney Infinity. One of his friends has Skylanders and he seemed a little intrigued. I told him I was sorry but he'd have to pick one or the other and he chose Infinity. Dat Marvel license... and he knows Star Wars Infinity is right around the corner.

Yeah if it weren't for the Wal-Mart gift card I bought Infinity with, I highly doubt he'd have both. I got the Amazon bundle for Swap Force that Zimm recommended though, and that saved me a good bit of money. It cost like $58, but the 7 extra characters it came with retail for more than that. Pretty good value.

Trap team on the other hand, I'm pretty sure I won't be buying. They went a little overboard with having to buy the traps and all that stuff. We were able to see most of the game with Swap Force just using what was in the bundle along with 2 more swappable characters I grabbed on the cheap.

From an enjoyment perspective you shoud check out Disney Infinity. From your wallets perspective you really shouldn't.

More than I'll ever get. My first words to my buddy upon learning of this bundle was "Sucks it doesn't include BL1, but I'm buying it anyway."

 
Only reason I have both Skylanders & both Infinitys was because I got them on super cheap sales. Didn't pay more than $30 for any of the starter packs. Found some figure on the cheap too for both. Kid just bought Hawkeye with a Xmas gift card so that was nice.

I was going to say this too. Tyler and I were in a stream where he was actively trying to get people on board with the idea of using some Steam chat room or something to talk to each other. He definitely wouldn't want to do that if he hated the people here. And Ninja was a nice guy, but he was also capable of giving it back to people when they came at him and deserved it.

Cool. I have the original one and hadn't seen the new model yet. looks like the new one has a taller screen but the original screen was wider. least that's what I got from that pic...

 
Played a couple of hours of Far Cry 4 tonight.  Played 2 or 3 on Sunday.  Just not getting it.  I loved FC3.  Felt it was slow to get going and almost bailed on it but once it got rolling I really liked the game a lot.  4 or 5 hours in and I am just not in love with this game.  Half the time I don't even know what I am supposed to be doing.  I think I have completed 10 campaign missions at this point and never really know where to go for the next mission.  I guess I am supposed to go to the way points on the map marked by Letters?  At one point they were marked with yellow marks on the map.  Among some the annoyances is weapon selection.  I equip a weapon that has ammo.  Get in or out of a vehicle and it picks a weapon with no ammo.  I guess it always picks the primary but that is just stupid.

Will give it another couple of hours but I think I am going to trade this one next week weather I finish the campaign or not.

Maybe I am just not in the mood for this type of game now but I was really looking forward to it.  Just seems so disjointed.  I am not even sure I care about the story at all.  

 
Knocked out Good mode on Infamous: SS. What a dud ending. No solution for the problem Augustine had and the side characters aren't shown at all. 

Accidentally spoiled myself on the Evil ending, too. Dammit. That's some downer shit right there.

I'm not particularly looking forward to the Evil runthrough, even though I'll be speeding through it. Anybody got an idea how long it takes? I've already got every non-Evil trophy in the game.

I'm quite enjoying it

I never used to be much of a pink person, but the last couple of years I've really been loving hot pink. My favorite color is still green though :3
