So much for Twitter knowledge. That guy was wrong about Pure mode in Don't Die being permanently gone once you've bought power ups. On the contrary they work exactly as you'd expect. They last one game and then on your next if you don't buy any it's Pure mode again. I just got a new Pure high score.

About as much fun as any twin stick shooter. Its not going to change your mind on them if they aren't your thing, but it kept hooking me with that one more try aspect while playing. The perks system from leveling is pretty novel with its mix of randomness/choice/and use as an oh shit button.

wren, is there a spot in Most Wanted where you can see the number of races you have won?  Were you just manually counting when you thought you were glitched at 60?

I got pretty bored with it after the maybe the second chapter or so. All you seemed to do was press square as fast as possible in order to cut/attack. The platforming was simple and there wasn't much need for the switching heads mechanic.

 
Just started up smart as, according to this game based on the daily challenges for today it's figured this : 41% logic, 47% language, 79% arithmetic, and observation 71%

Not really sure what to make of it..but I got 99 more days for the trophy so I guess I'll see

Near is shutting down. You need to earn I think 100 stars in the weekly challenge thing. I recommend firing that up and making sure you do that every week. Also if possible take your Vita to work or friend's house and get on their wifi and get the weekly challenges for those areas.

I liked the art style and game even though I only played a few chapters but, you know, if you swapped out the main character with Sackboy, it does feel like a giant game someone put together in LBP

Well, yeah, if they managed to hit them with the one bullet, not to mention the time it would take to reload. Otherwise, the birds would circle and dive bomb them and claw their faces off. :lol:

 
So I've got the Majoras Mask collectors edition and New 3DS XL preordered at Best Buy. Up until a few minutes ago whole I had every intention of keeping them. $400+ for the system and $140+ for the game on eBay. I suppose i might be happier with regular edition of each and a wad of cash.
 
I asked Tyler to check out some flv files I found online of my cam shows to see if they had audio or not, cuz I couldn't figure out how to get audio working with them. That was a month ago and he never reported back :)

Haha oh yeah.

I was going to check some out, but they're all hosted on those download sites which throttle your download speed and only let you download like one video every 12 hours unless you pay them for a membership. I started one download and it was going to take forever so I just stopped.

$400 on ebay is only $350 before shipping, so maybe $330 total. After paying $220 for it from Best Buy, it would be about $110 profit for me. Indeed a nice wad of cash, but I'm not sure the $110 would be worth the mental dissonance I would have about possibly getting scammed and ripped off.

So I'm still debating what I'll be doing with mine. More thank likely just keep it. Maybe you have a higher tolerance to not worry about shit like getting scammed, but I know I will worry a lot.

Well when you put it like that, i guess I don't know. I intended to have them pay shipping on top of the price. I've sold a good amount on Amazon and just a little on eBay. As long as you get the priority shipping with delivery confirmation or whatever, how could they scam you? I haven't been worried about being scammed in the past because I've been selling for a few years now without any issues. This is a good deal more money than usual, though.
 
What has happened to me in the past is that I ship the item and they claim they never receive it. Despite delivery confirmation showing the item was delivered, PP still sided with the buyer and I was out the $$$ and the item.

I also once had someone say that they received a package, but it only had rocks or some shit inside, thus negating even the DC showing delivered. I lost that case too.

It sucks, but it can happen. I don't sell on eBay anymore and keep it to reputable people at places I frequent. It can still happen, but at least I have a fighting chance. Who knows, maybe there is more seller protection now than there used to be too.

 
I haven't had any issues in the 500ish sales I've done on ebay in the past several years, but I'm still keeping my 3DS. I've kept all of my Zelda handhelds so this is a must for me. 

Though if the price keeps going up for the LE game after release, that things outta here.

I just recently sold my Destiny Ghost Edition, minus the game and season pass for a little over 150 without any incident.

Considering I paid $120 at BBY without any tax and I traded the game in separately and sold the season pass I was pretty stoked about that.

The needle point speed run in Most Wanted can go fuck itself.  I guess I am going to have to wait until I unlock the #1 car to see if I have a better chance with it than the one I am using now.

Shit, I should do that with mine too. Didn't realize it still had any value without the game or season pass included...
 
I never have had any big problems with eBay. Just the one time that I sent somebody New Super Mario Bros U and they said it didn't work. I'm pretty sure he was trying to play it on a Wii, but I let him return it. But he didn't really scam me. He was just dumb.
 
Thankfully I had no problems with what little I sold. I forgot to use tracking so thankfully I haven't had any troubles with that.

Also anyone down to try some coop in a little bit as ill be gone for the rest of the weekend.
