Also, when the hell did amazon change the times on its upcoming lightning deals from always being in PST to being in local time?  I looked at the PS TV deal when I got into work this morning, saw noon and thought "ok, 3pm, got it."  Good thing I wasn't dying for one anyway.

Can you still get the trophy for sharing an item? I think it went away for a while on the 360 version at least.

You bet I did! It was good, but they still don't have margaritas. I made up for it with good beer while providing incoherent play-by-play coverage of league night.

I was able to redeem the "online pass" a few months back...but maybe I should bump the game up my backlog a bit.

Hey Zimm.  When the cartwheel coupon says it expires 2/14/2015 does that mean it is good through tomorrow or only till close tonight?

Want to grab Monopoly for PS4 not sure I can make it to Target tonight.

 
Neither Darksiders 2 nor Arcania need ultimate versions on new gen consoles.  These companies (Deep Silver first now Nordic Games) are sure digging deep in their catalog for dreck they can spit-shine and make a few more bucks on.

How are we getting a Darksiders 2 remaster but we don't have Bioshock, Mass Effect, or Batman remasters yet?!?

I would guess the BioShock remasters are en route since most of these things seem to just be PC ports with the upres'd assets and dlc included. Batman maybe too since they're obviously not shy about rereleasing, but I don't know if mass effect had a PC port. It's definitely a weird thing to do for stuff that didn't even sell that well.

Also keep in mind a lot of remasters had their ps3 versions free on plus.

The deal expires at the close of business on Saturday night. The expiration date listed on offers is always the last day that offer is available to be redeemed.

It did. And the PC version got a number of changes such as a replaced inventory system. If you're curious this page talks about that stuff:

If they did a real remaster, one with all of the texture upgrades across the series, all DLC included, and all the mechanic updates through 3 applied to the entire series I would grab that. Probably even at $60 just to have it all in one place and complete.

It's a shame most "remasters" are nothing more than a port with a resolution bump.

 
I just got my first paycheck for the new cycle.  I miscalculated something somewhere.  $50 more every two weeks than I thought.

I am going to celebrate by buying some more expensive snob beer that Gator might like!

They did the same for me when I pre-ordered the Survival Edition of The Last Of Us. I really should just start pre-ordering everything from Best Buy in the hopes that they cancel it and give me a huge gift card or just give it to me for free.

I might would play a Darksiders remaster, but I am not sure I would bother playing 2 again.  I just did not find the sequel to be nearly as fun as the first.

Same here. That's the best deal I've ever gotten from Best Buy.

 
Whenever I get something canceled or an order problem with best buy I just get a hearty 'suck it' and an hour of my life trying to get my gift card refunded I am nOT LYING PAULA GOD JUST GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY

Oh yeah Darksiders 1 remaster I'd play. Dual pack would be sweet if they remastered both of them, but I get the feeling they'll only remaster 2.
