It looked like Kick & Fennick hadn't saved after 3:4 but now I see that it did. The problem is with the Continue option - that put me back at 3:4. I went back to the menu and instead chose Levels and there it showed 3:4 done and let me choose 3:5.

don't feel bad, here's how mine came. look at that crease...

Skip to 10:30. The kid thought he was letting someone glitch him to level 30.
so what I got out of that is that the douche deleted some kids character in destiny? I skipped through most of it even after 1030 so I am not 100% sure.

Destiny players are terrible people. Confirmed.

Sony might need to squash share play eventually because of dicks like that. But at least the kid learned a lesson. Dont trust anyone. Ever.

This kid met two guys who "earned his trust" while playing the game. One guy said he could instantly glitch his characters to 30 and being the immoral idiot this kid was, he agreed and handed over his controller via Share Play. The kid went away for a moment which is when the guy deleted two of his three characters. He was able to sign back in to the other character before the kid came back and deleted one of his exotic weapons in front of him. The kid quickly reset the console to regain control, went back into the party chat to try and act as though the weapon getting deleted didn't bother him. He went back to Destiny and loaded in, started crying while it was loading, and then got hit with the screen that only showed his one character.

I wish all people who tried to glitch their way through a game got the same punishment.

I remember back in the late 90s when there was a rumor about a hidden cow level in Diablo 1. Tons of methods flew back and forth about how to get to it. I had a few people convinced that there was a way to do it, and gave them some steps that included rebooting and formatting their machine. Two came back saying it didn't work--clearly they didn't follow the instructions correctly. Never did see the 3rd guy again.  :whistle2:k

They did put a cow level in Diablo 2.

I'm enjoying Brothers so far. I haven't looked at the trophy list so I can concentrate on just playing the story the first time through, but I've already gotten two trophies just doing random stuff.

All the trophies are random stuff. It isnt unusual for people to play through that and not get a single trophy.

I Am Alive is technically done, though I'm going to try to finish a second playthrough ASAP for the last trophy. Cleaner, could you update the 4-for-Feb sheet?

I'm not a fan of that ending, though.

More like I Am Dead lololol

Of any game out there, Destiny pretty much owes players a leveling glitch. The tedium and monotony they try to pass for well crafted content is insulting.

Agreed. I haven't played a single raid yet because I've never bothered to do any of the shit necessary to level up high enough. Not that I was really hurting to play it. I've spent 90% of my play time in the crucible because i found the PVP to be much more enjoyable.

I actually did all of it before the first expansion. Had hard mode raid on farm pretty early. Every raid weapon, including the Mythoclast. Only missing 2 exotics I believe. I was super hyped before the release, and tried to make the most of it after refusing to admit it was all a terrible disappointment. Once the xpac hit I dropped it like a rock. Running the same chores, same missions, and the gear you maxed was obsolete. No thanks. It'd be different if there were new and engaging content to support that style of repetitious structure. But its literally just everything you've already been doing for months with a couple extra maps.

I did enjoy the pvp though. That was my respite after doing the 3 raids a weeks, daily chores, and mind numbing farming. I'd wished I could just max level and obtain the best gear through the crucible.

I'm just happy I was able to sell my Ghost edition, minus the disc and season pass for $150 (only paid 120 for it with GCU) and trade the disc away on top of it. My only regret was redeeming the season pass which I literally never played.

I'm guessing he wanted a Ghost Edition? Never saw that if so. There was quite a while that I wasn't following the thread more than reading a couple posts once a week or two. Been more active again recently since my time has become less constricted after the holidays.

Edit: Whats funny is I'm wearing the Destiny preorder shirt as I've been typing all of this.

Nah, it was a reference to the time I said Destiny was boring after the expansion and that I was only going to play a couple days a week, and he got all pissy at me and told me I hate the game.

Should've been more clearer on that, my bad.

Good stuff. My friend did the same thing. I think he sold it for a bit more, but yeah he got to keep the disc and season pass.

My husband has somehow convinced me to negotiate a deal to order him a STI

I don't know how the fuck this happened

(I already know someone is going to edit that to say STD too lol)

Ah, gotcha. I don't hate Destiny. I wouldn't have played it as much as I had if I did (I'm not that stubborn), it is a decent game. What I hate is that it wasn't what I was led to believe it would be, or wanted it to be. Its simply not structured or filled with enough distinct content to even come close to warranting the kind of longevity they're insisting the game is designed for.

I was a huge Destiny fanboy before playing it. Actually experiencing it was incredibly sobering. I'm hoping The Division is closer to what I'm looking for, but my hopes are tempered to skeptical optimism this time around.

The only time glitching bothers me is when it's over something competitive. If I'm going up against someone and they somehow have an unfair advantage over me because they cheated then I'm going to understandably be a little pissed, but sp/co-op.... who gives a shit?

And it's not like that guy was on some holy crusade to teach a cheater a lesson... he was just plain being an asshole. I have a bigger issue with pricks like him than I do with any cheaters. fuck that guy.

Yeah I lowballed it a little at the time of listing because I wanted the money asap to put toward another gaming purchase that I don't recall at the moment. It was probably for my WiiU or its games.
