Dear Diary,

We are getting to leave work early today at 1pm. There is some supposedly nasty weather coming. This is great news as I can leave work and go pick up The Order to maybe start playing if my child will take a nap since I am going to pick her up from daycare early.

I hope that trade value holds or stays near that 40 until monday when I plan to hopefully have the plat on the order done.

Trade it in. My trade-in arrived at amazon today. Not yet evaluated, though.
Yeah I should have done so last week when it was $15.xx. I got in at $12.45 just now so having paid $12.83 it only cost me $0.38 to figure out I wasn't a fan. Not too bad. I usually go the ebay route but the take away would have probably only been a few extra bucks after fees and shipping.

What are these glitches in the first game?
There are three parts in the game you can glitch through environments which gets you parts of a level you shouldn't skipping parts of the game or even skipping chapters. Two of the hardest parts have glitches. Chapter 4 where you investigate the crash scene, there is a way to glitch around a wall that explodes after you kill a ton of guys. once you get around the wall no more enemies spawn for the chapter.

Chapter 5's hardest part is called the blue room/flood room, you can get the guys to appear without falling into the room and then pick them off from above.

Then you can skip chapters 13, 14, and 15 by glitching through a wall to an area you can't get to until later bypassing those chapters. Overall it is almost an hour worth of gameplay that can be skipped. Last night I went from chapter 4 all the way to 11. Then I have just been using a video guide on where to stand and where each guy goes. been speeding through.

Stotch did remote play in Destiny with me during a Raid. He didn't delete my shit. Then again I wouldn't walk away from my PS4 if I was share playing. I think the guy who did that is POS but it is just a game he can level back up.

One is way worse than the other, but like I said it's funny watching bullies calling out other bullies for bullying.

Dude who did it is definitely a piece of shit, I'm not trying to defend him at all. But it's also not the end of the world. Except for maybe it is because apparently Destiny is serious business. GAF thread about it is over 1000 posts now.

Order CE didnt ship yet. Maybe Ill just go pick up a copy and flip it back to best buy instead. Was hoping to play it this weekend.

From the CE thread:

I just opened my Order CE and the statue is pretty nice, detail is great and has a lil heft to it. Galahad is giving me Rick from The Walking Dead vibes though lol The steelbook could be better and it doesn't have the name of the game on the spine which is odd. Overall Im happy with the $50 I spent on it.

Man, if I had a nickle for everytime tyler told someone not to be a baby and then cried himself when someone made fun of him, I could quit my job and farm Ogres in Destiny all day.

So I guess I could've had the infamous plat yesterday. I let the credits run when I finished and had to go fix my shower. I figured those two trophies for finishing it would pop, but they didn't because you have to push X to continue the game after the credits. Booted it up this morning, got those two trophies, and settled in for some evil karma killing. I killed one dude on the street and that maxed my karma. Easy squeezy.

Anyone played the Muramasa DLC? Price is sweet but it basically means I'm replaying through the game 5 more times, right?
i was thinking about getting it, but the trophy guides say that all combined dlc add another 50+ hours to an already 50+ hour main game(plat). not sure if i could handle that much of the game.

Apparently we have a Which Wich here.  I've never heard of it before.  But they have philly cheesesteaks for a limited time.  I think I'll go there today.

Is Which Wich pricy?

Pretty sure each DLC is just a new character with new moves and new bosses, but it all takes place in the same world. So replaying all the same areas over and over does not really sound appealing, though the new boss fights would be fun.

Why's that? I thought it was just their own stories added to the game.

Well, shit, had I known this, I probably wouldn't have bought it, oh well.

The small 7" sandwich is $6, with the medium 10.5" at $7 I think. The one I got (the wicked) is extra because it's got 5 meats and 3 cheeses.

I love that place because I don't like much on my sandwiches and people screw them up a lot, but here you indicate exactly what you want on a bag. Can pick whatever sauces or veggies or dressings or whatever else. It's a pretty cool concept.

PRO TIP: Make sure you draw something on the bag of your order bag (like a corndog or penis) so you can track it through the prep line!

PRO TIP 2: Add the house chips to your sandwich for a crunchy surprise in each bite!

PRO TIP 3: The Oreo shakes are fucking good.

Thanks.

And what is with you and Oreo shakes? There's not really much to Oreo shakes, it's basically crumbled oreos and ice cream mixed together. I got one at Potbelly based on your recommendation and it tasted normal. Like, why do you consider oreo shakes special at these different places?

Thanks.

Because Oreos?

I don't know really. I've always like Oreo flavored ice cream things. Like 96% of the Blizzards I've ever gotten from Dairy Queen have been Oreo or Mint Oreo. It's nice to have it in drinkable form. ITS JUST GOOD I LIKE IT OK DAD WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS BOTHERING ME

There is one here too and I never realized it.

Are you going to go with Provolone or Cheez Wiz?

I like the idea of the lettuce wrap sandwich since I am not really a fan of all the bread on most subs. Interesting that they also will scoop out the inside of the bread if you ask for it as well to keep the bread but have less of it. Toppings like hummus, caramelized onions, pesto, and many others are definitely not the norm for a sandwich shop. I might have to check this place out sometime.

Crap, this sounds delicious and amazing. I wish there was one in my area. :wall:

The bread is pretty good there. Not super huge like JJs or The Sub Shop That Shall Not Be Named. Crispy outter part and not much in the way of the meat. Most reminds me of Potbelly's bread.

They had to teach me how to order when I went cause it's a little weird. Basically you grab a paper bag for the sandwich type you want (Italian, Turkey, Ham, Veggie, special, etc.), then grab a red sharpie and mark off all the shit you want on it. Then bring it to the cash register to order, then wait. The back of the bag faces out towards you so you're encourage to draw pictures on it so you know where yours is in the line and to entertain the masses. I always just write a big Z because i suck at the art.

I recommend the Wicked, Grinder, & Meatball.

Well I be damned.  There is a Which wich here in Tampa too!  Kind of in the ghetto near USF, but I'll try it!

I could not do the Wicked. As I mentioned when Jimmy John's was discussed, I just can not stand roast beef mixed with anything else. Alone, fine but it overpowers any of the other stuff.

The Grinder is intriguing and would probably be one of the few that could hold up to the onslaught of extras I would want to put on. I still cant believe all the topping options.

Some of them are just crazy sandwiches that I bet have a cult following like the Elvis Wich with PB, Bacon, Honey, and Bananas.

Really cool sounding place.

Gonna start playing Vanquish today.

I've been to Which Wich before, it was eh.
If Vanquish were on PS4 I would share play with you and not delete your character.

I just like trying new places. I will try most things that people recommend at least once. Everything sounds good with a buzz.

Looks like there's a couple Which Witch in Washington D.C. Don't think I'll drive that far to try it, but maybe if I'm in the area some day and remember it….

Roast beef wasn't too overpowering today (and usually when I get it). I mostly got the ham/turkey/crushed red pepper taste with my bites. And this is with only lettuce, chips, and the red pepper added besides the meat and cheese.

But yeah the Grinder is what I get 75% of the time there. So good.

I can see how someone that likes lots of toppings would fall in love because the possibilities are very large marge in charge of charles.

One other awesome thing about Which Wich (that I'm pretty sure someone in here mentioned earlier in the week) is they have a punch card where you get a free sandwich after you buy 10 of them.  And usually you're first one they give you double stamps on and Wednesday is always double stamp today.
