if they announce a time table, pass it on. My Area, Raleigh-Durham, has been announced for years. Google recently set up an office in Durham but have not released an eta. I know that some cities, based on the current infrastructure, will be take longer than others. It would be nice to have some idea. Kinda frustrating to have that carrot just out of reach-- -ready to make the switch!
Indeed they do. The only difference would be the type of HDD in use, like an SSD one instead of the regular HDD.
If you observe after inserting the disc, you will see a small progress bar. The more GBs, the longer it takes. I guess Type-O was ready to launch due to it being a smaller size. The longest wait I've seen personally was with 2K14.
When they started digging here one of the local cable companies dug to my neighborhood first and offered everyone internet 100mbps fttp + cable tv for about $60/month.

It will most likely be about 6 months to get the infrastructure, and they usually start in one location of the city and slowly move out from there. But your other cable companies will begin to drop prices soon trying to lock you up before it gets to you.
If its really cheap I would buy and play that just to see how bad I am compared to you all.
Its funny because every time I get the text I think someone is using my card since it is two days after the fact. I have to keep remembering that its target, and they are slow. I got the debit card for some reason before the credit card and canceled it because they also took 2 days to post to my checking account. Any time polotics get involved, Google will back off and go elsewhere. Denver was going to be choosen over KC for the very first city, but Comcast lobbied and got a law passed that required a full fledged city vote to allow companies to use Denver's Fiber... so Google left and went elsewhere. It cost Comcast around $100 mil.

I was thinking of the pole rider game, but we played JS Joust too. It didn't work that way for us. Don't forget it is less sensitive when the music speeds up.
