And who exactly is that Sizzlers promo for?  I guess perspective franchise owners?

And why is that chick trying to make out with her uninterested boyfriend in the middle of the restaurant?

What does that crappy baseball player have to do with anything?

Will we ever see that girl on the boat being longingly looked at by the old haggard sea captain again?

Why are they showing full burgers as a hot appetizer?

So many questions!

And yes, I realize this is 2 or 3 Inverted Access topics ago, but if you have a Sony preference own it. If you try and act like you don't have a Sony bias then you just come off as disingenuous like the CAGCast and their obvious, unspoken xbox bias (at least in the previous gen).

Damnit. My TrueTrophies score is going to drop!

(Upcoming Helldivers 1.04 patch, among other things, will give you guys your trophies for the last war):

http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/HELLDIVERS/Patch-highlights-for-upcoming-Patch-1-04/td-p/45106772

Current list is not complete, but it includes:

Highlights:

DLC Packs (entitlements) can now be shared with local users.
Further improved cross-friends discoverability.
Fix for receiving missing trophies from participating in the last war.
People you have played with will show up in ‘recent players met’.
Improved colourblind support.
A multitude of fixes for community reported bugs.

Balancing:

Rebalanced Illuminate.
Rebalanced several stratagems.
Increased available number of Commends and Reports.
I assume that "Further improved cross-friends discoverability" has to do with cross-play with friends, but "further improved" seems to imply that they'd improved it before, which I don't think the had!

To continue the cheesy commercial trend...

This one was actually made very recently by a new company here in Minnesota.  And goddamn if I don't want to try each and every one of these strange creations.

I'm curious if you could elaborate on this bias you're referring to. We've already talked about and owned up to the fact that we have no means of reviewing games in anything other than Sony platforms. So for the time being, reviews and gameplay impressions will be solely done on PS4/PS3/Vita (but if someone wants to buy me an Xbone, I'll gladly use it!)

Our news and opinion articles are hardly ever biased toward Sony, and like we've said, we've written more Nintendo news at this point than anything else. I just took a quick scan, and other than a post about firmware update 2.50 and the April PS Plus games, I'm not seeing any Sony exlcusive news.

I appreciate the feedback, but I'm just not sure exactly what you're referring to beyond the already talked about gameplay impression and review posts.

I've made the Spaghetti meatballs and mac before but not the Alfredo. I'll have to make me one of those next time.

The Spaghetti and meatballs works the best as you just line the noodles under the cheese before you cook them.

Like you made them yourself yourself? Nice. I may try to see if I can do that with my limited culinary skills.

The mac and cheese one looks good. I'd try that. For some reason, though, when I first saw it I thought it was some pizza hut pizza. Disappointed that these are frozen pizzas. Not saying I wouldn't try them, though.

The first thing, In terms of preferring to play games on the Sony platform. There was talk that you "had" to branch out and review xbox and other things because that's what most other sites do, catering equally to all platforms. But if you lack enthusiasm for certain other platforms and are merely branching out because you feel "obligated" to include it because that's what other sites do then that lack of passion is likely going to come across in reviews, even if it is unintentional.

Any of you fancy peeps play the Hearthstone?

It just got released on phones and I'm downloading it now.  Anything I should know or any tips?

I think that's awesome looking. I'd be willing to buy it if I had space for a vinyl collection. But I also just really like album art in the first place. Love to have that displayed, and I still haven't even finished the first hotline miami. #hipster

Hm...still not 100% sure I'm understanding your logic here. None of us have said we "prefer" Sony platforms, except maybe Tyler since we all know his history with Microsoft. Sony platforms are our only option. Believe it or not, we don't make money off a site that generates 50-100 views a day. None of us have the additional funds to just go and spend the $800-1000 to be able to review Microsoft and Nintendo games.

We don't make our posts based on "what other sites do." I'm not sure if you've taken the time to visit the site or if you went in a couple times and formed these opinions. As of right now, I'm the primary news poster, and to tell me I'm posting stories only because I feel "obligated" since that's a conclusion you've just randomly jumped to is a little weird to me. I post about things that interest me. That's really all there is to it. It doesn't matter if it's Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, or ColecoVision...if it's intersting to me, I'm going to write about it.

So you are saying if we were to attempt to branch out it would be biased because none of us really want to play on other platforms? If that is what you are trying to say, since I am admittedly confused unless you are trying to comment on the earlier topic now, then there is no issue. If the site were ever to do non-Sony platform reviews and such it would not likely be the 3 of us doing those. We aren't getting anything from the site except the occasional indie game to play and review. The time we spend is a lot more massive than I think anyone here realizes. That is already a large enough drain that I do not see any of the 3 of us spending even more money on other platforms just to widen the coverage.

I am the only one with non-Sony consoles, and if I saw a Nintendo exclusive indie game I wanted to play, I would ask for a code. I won't say there will be no bias at all, but I doubt there would be much. That is because I would only play something I was interested in playing on those platforms.

Don't play it, it's really addictive.

As for strategy, I'm not sure what the current meta is as I haven't played it in awhile. I used to main this really awesome druid deck that was pretty overpowered.

This is so impossibly boring I can't bring myself to do it. I keep trying but I can't. I can't!
You know of all people, I'd thought you could do it. If you can't then I should stop cause it's a lost cause.

I agree with owl's basic point, though don't really understand what he's getting at with branching out and the "feeling obligated" about stuff.

But when 9 of our 12 reviews are on Sony consoles and not on their biggest competitor then it's hard to deny that there's going to at least be some subconscious bias there. We're discussing it now.

It's been out on tablets and phablets for about a month now. Just got released for android phones a few days ago. I downloaded it today but haven't started it up yet.

Great La-Mulana impressions article on IA Tyler.  I liked the angle you took with the piece.  You're a braver soul than I.  And the bosses will get tougher.  Oh man will they get tougher.

Nice shout out from the dev on Twitter too.

Also if you don't consider vague hints from friends to be "guides", I can try to give any pointers from what I remember before you go full walkthrough.

Is that one below normal? If so I can do that.

It's hilarious to see people who aren't aware of the changes yesterday's patch brought to Destiny. People still running around with their shotgun out, trying to pick up ammo that isn't there. One dude on my team was yelling because he had everyone else pick up heavy ammo and he was going to come back for it, but they basically eliminated that because it's stupid as shit and a total dick move to your teammates.

I got tax day half of Sonic cheeseburgers for lunch. They had signs all over the restaurant and in the drive through about it but then wanted to fight me when they didn't ring up half off. Then my car overheated while I was sitting in line not moving and voided all of its fluids.

A few price-drops at Gamestop for those interested:

The Wolf Among Us - $14.99 (new) / $12.99 (used)

:ps4: http://www.gamestop.com/ps4/games/the-wolf-among-us/115214
Grabbed this on my lunch used. $11.69 with PUR Pro. No tax since it was trade credit. I can return it within a week if I don't like it. Return Fraud or no?

Thanks for posting this. I don't look at the GS thread too often and might have missed it.

Had more credit on my card then I thought too so win win.

I guess the few XBox One/360 owners here in this thread can't write at a HS level? I know I felt smarter when I traded my 360.

Seriously though there are quite a few people in this thread who have 360s and/or One. Maybe one of them will want to step up and write some MS reviews?
