Anyone try out The Undergarden for PS3?  (I'm assuming Gator probably has).  Is it worth the $2.99 buy?

Also bought that new Runner game Infinity Runner.  I'll stream that a bit in the morning and hopefully don't regret the purchase 15 minutes later.

EDIT: Ok current impressions of Infinity Runner are really good.   I'm a fan of runner games so this 3D runner game does not disappoint.

Late to the party on this, but Dying Light is really awesome. I held off for awhile because Dead Island was just okay to me. I didn't realize that the parkour was such a big part of it. Feels like Mirrors Edge meets Dead Island.

Yeah that one was fairly difficult to three star by yourself. I think I was barely under three stars on that one (without dying) but once I got my old roommate to play with me I got it first try. I would try asking your wife (does she game?) to help you out and make sure that you don't die.

Wait until you hit the boss. That one it literally feels like you don't have enough fire power to kill the boss.
Not sure how any of the levels are possible solo, except for the pacifism one. Munky and I did them all via share play. We got three stars on all levels on my game, and started working on his.

Finished Batman Arkham DLC Harley Quinn’s Revenge my last game for April Adaptation.

Good chance I will power through the Wolf Among Us for Vita for the easy plat but otherwise I am done with Adaption April I think.  I want to trade it Game Stop before the TIV tanks.

Fatality,

Brewers lost again, but hopefully that 10 run game sparks our offense back up. Good to see some big plays off the bench while our team works on getting healthy again...and oh! Looks like I'm making arrangements to go to the first Packer game of the season in Chicago!!hyped.

Anything that's timed you can cheat a little by setting up the second player and then turning off the 2p controller in a level (or something like that). All levels after that for some reason the 2nd player will be an invincible, immobile geom collecting machine. Only makes maybe half the levels easier solo. I still don't believe the boss is possible solo, but maybe youtube can prove me wrong.

Yeah I saw that happen after munky's share play got cut off, but I still wasn't getting anywhere near enough points to get three stars. I didn't think share play was that bad, but that level 9 is such a bitch. You have to be absolutely perfect or else you're screwed.

Nope. Until IA started I never paid attention to new digital games. Since I never did the gamesharing thing, I knew I would not buy things at launch. I always waited for sales and then checked games out to see if I was interested. I had never heard of that one.

I absolutely do not understand what I just watched. Is that a video game or a screensaver?
It was kind of hard to see what exactly was the point of the game. Then again, I guess you could say the same of a lot of puzzle platformers since it is generally just find a way to get from A to B.

I think the game came out in 2011.

About to hop on Shovel Knight so I can see for myself. I liked what little I saw last night on Tyler's stream.

Oh and streaming some Infinity Runner while I wait for the download to finish.

I only played some of Shovel Knight on 3DS but it did feel a little strange in the beginning because it is very old school in it's approach. It is however pretty damn fantastic. Kind of felt like a time warp. I guess if you didn't grow up on NES games it would be akward.

That was my third console and last console till I picked up a PS3. I had a 2600 and Colecovision before that.

I am 70/30 on this game on getting this game. Watched some game play video and was impressed. I usually don't care for retro games especially platformers.

I walked into work today to a $25 Visa GC on my desk  :D/ It's admin day or some shit today, but I'm not an admin.  :whistle2::whistle2:  :D/ Now what to buy what to buy :)

Any of you metal heads listen to Meshuggah?  They've been my goto internet radio seed for the last couple weeks.  Heavy Fire was made so much more fun with that blasting away.

Some PS4 game named Ziggurat that released on PSN yesterday apparently has a plat: http://psnprofiles.com/trophies/3518-Ziggurat
So based off the trailer, it's a procedurally generated, arena, FPS since all the spells they showed were just replacements for bullets, shotgun shells, grenades, rockets, etc.. Nothing even close to inventive application of magic. Meh.

My kid has been sick and now I have it. I always get her colds. Sore throats are the worst.

t least it gave me an excuse to stay home and play games. Heavy fire is done.

We just had free lunch for admin day. Catered stuff, legit. Eggplant Rolantini, Rigatoni Vodka, Chicken and Artichokes, Some other chicken, Some kind of Fish, Salads, Bruschetta, all kinds of desert. I'm stuffed. Liking admin day. :)

Remember when I mentioned I wanted to get rid of a few of my physical games? Well I ended up parting with 18 of them..so yea..that's where I'm at in life.

So there's this mobile phone app game called Star Wars: Force Collection that's basically a deck building/card collectiong/strategy something game.

The important part of this, is that it now has a Star Wars themed Contra minigame.

Star Wars Contra!!!!!!!!!!1!1!!!!!one!

I demand this become a full fledged PSN release on my Vita (just the Contra part).

I dont listen to metal much anymore except stuff from my past like metallica, megadeth, maiden, manson, sod and such. I'm really feeling this non-metal song right now though! He screams a lot in it so that's close right!

Edit: video not showing up..stand by

Great non-video!

Yeah I normally only listened to those standbys you mentioned, but I've been branching out to more angrier newer stuff to fit my general mood lately. So stuff like Meshuggah, Gojira, and Lamb of God have been staples lately.

This is one of the good Meshuggah ones that I go back to a lot:
