Tyler hated it, but vig velo and I liked it a lot. If you decide to get it, keep this in mind: it takes 3 or 4 chapters to really get going and be prepared to get trolled by the game's traps numerous times. If you're willing to laugh off some cheap as shit deaths and you like silly horror stories, it is a definite buy for at least one play through.
 
Hey Packers fans, the Dolphins just signed Greg Jennings. I don't know too much about him, so I was wondering if you guys had anything good to say about him?

I know he won't be a pro-bowler like he was a few years ago, but does he bring the intangibles (work ethic, leadership, etc.) to the table?

He did. But his recent stint in MN brought that into question. Especially when he shat all over Rodgers and the Packers in the radio soon after he left.

But he does have a ring and had shitty quarterbacks in MN. He can probably be somewhat productive. He's just not the same as he was five years ago.

Exactly. He seemed to have those good qualities while he was here, but then basically told off the Packers organization after he left. So I guess he's a good faker. Not sure how good a deep threat he is anymore, but probably doesn't matter because Tannehill doesn't know how to throw more than 20 yds anywho

Yeah. I think Jennings' was at his best getting the ball in the open field and making people miss. He was a wizard in racking up YAC. But he might not have as many of those moves anymore.

I'm really just looking for him to be a good mentor for the young receivers on the team, it will be a bonus, if he gives us decent production too. As for Tannehill, his main issue was the inconsistency of the receivers. Wallace and Hartline dropped a lot of passes last year.

I'm hoping with new receivers, and the offseason work, he will be able to throw a halfway decent deep ball. I won't be surprised either way though.

Short swipes and do them over and over multiple times to get them to take. That tip was the only thing that got me through it since I knew I was doing the move but it wasnt taking it.

Stop when you see it go green of course.

I've made it to the end twice now and keep fucking up the damn double direction swipe. fuck.
 
So all of my old stuff at my parents' house was thrown into boxes and put in the garage so I'm looking through it all to see if any of it is worth keeping. First thing I notice is that apparently my old bedroom closet became a dumping ground for everyone else's stuff in the past decade. The second is that anything fragile was put in the bottom of the box.

At first but it gets easier, especially Ninja Gaiden 2 thanks to the shadow clones.

The first game is easy except for the last three levels and the final boss. I haven't beaten NG3 because they only give you a few continues whereas 1 and 2 have unlimited continues.

Maybe, but I bet many here haven't played Soul Blazer or Illusion of Gaia.

Gaia, btw, was streaming on Twitch the same night ... in German.

 
I voted TB over the homophobe religious nut.  That and there is no Chickfila anywhere near me and I have never eaten there.

I voted Arby's over Jimmy John's.  I have had both neither is near me really. There was an Arby's not too far from here but they closed a year or two ago.  Then was Arthur Treatures and now is a Dunkin Donuts.  Plenty of places around here to get a good deli sandwich.  My favorite was a real Italian Deli/Market but he closed up this winter.  Still plenty of good delis around here.

and it looks great on the vita, or at least my OLED. And be ready to buy it a 4th time when it comes out on the PS4. Because I know I will.

 
I made it to what I think is the last area in shovel knight. I'll finish it up tomorrow. I have all the side areas done too, but didn't find kratos so I'll work on that too. The game itself isn't hard, but that's going to be a tough plat. There's going to be a lot of backing up save files.

I totally should've streamed mkx boosting. It's the nyquil of video games. At least it has to be done in public matches so every time someone leaves you have the riveting excitement of not knowing if someone who wants to play for real is going to drop in and annihilate everyone.

still can't figure out why I'm doing this.

I compliment you on making it a week. I am stunned it lasted that long. I guess your vast responsibilities as Senior Editor make it mandatory to treat people as a unit of measure for your own gain. I remember when you could be an instant credible source of gaming knowledge. I guess you still are as long as the knowledge has something in it for you. Amazing that some one would have to leave a gaming thread to read an opinion on an game--
