I beat Kratos on Shovel Knight. Stotch wasn't joking on how easy it was to find and defeat him. I'm rocking my new armor.

I just beat the ice world boss and got the trophy for killing 3 enemies with an anchor. There's a spot where you're climbing up a bunch of ladders and 3 dudes are close to each other. It took me a few tries since you have to be basically at the edge next to the first guy to arch it correctly.

I'm trying to find some spots for the coin and dash one. I probably should have gotten the dash one in its specific treasure room but think I fucked up and missed the opportunity. Maybe I'll get it in NG+.

The game is really fun. It'll take some effort to get all the trophies. Especially that no death/falls by abusing saves and the speed run.

That reminds me that I need to go back to Rogue Legacy but those remix bosses can fuck off. I wish I could play Axiom Verge on Vita too. The PS4 version will have to wait.
 
Bloodborne beat. Loved it. The final boss gave me a lot less trouble than Ebrietas Gonna have to start reading up on the lore. Haven't done anything Chalice Dungeon related. Not sure if i want to after hearing some of you guys talk about it. I will, however, get ready to start up Dark Souls 2. Might take a week or so break and play something not so stressful, though.

I'm really enjoying Daredevil. Just finished episode 4. Glad they already greenlit a 2nd season. They start filming later this year and we'll see it around this time next year. I'm taking my time lol. Not sure what I'll start after I finish this show.

Dash one is the punch dash, right? You can definitely get it in the fire level in the room where you originally unlocked it. Just go back there. That's what I did.

Super easy coin bounce place at the beginning of the dark level, don't remember what it's called but it's dark and castlevania/ninja gaiden style I think. Anyway there's some bushes you can dig right at the beginning. I think it's the very first one you just bounce it off the bush and it bounces right back to you and you just hit it 5 times.

Sorry those descriptions suck but it's the best i can do off of memory.

I also saw a PS4 kiosk which had demos of Shovel Knight (the hype is real; buy this game), Axiom Verge (I really suck at Metroid), and Dragonball Xenoverse (will my dragonball collection ever stop growing?)

I wish they could make the Dualshock 4 battery last even half as long as the DS3's. I've been playing God of War off and on all week and haven't had to charge my controller once.

Isn't that one of the ones I suggested to you since Founder's was in TN during March Madness? Yes, it is an awesome beer. They occasionally do Curmudgeon's Better Half that is a barrel aged version of it too.

Almost everything Founder's makes is awesome. Of course, certain ones would either be too hoppy or too sweet for some in the thread that only like one or the other.

 
Cleaner, for the coin bounce trophy you can also do it against any of those shielded knight enemies. Just get far enough away that they don't charge you and keep bouncing the coin off them.

Thats the one I was going to have at Dunderbaks last week but I couldnt even get in the place cause there was no parking. I tried to go on a Friday night. Forgot it was Friday night.

 
Considering it's a site dedicated to people obsessed with trophies, the ps3t mkx guys sure are unmotivated fuckwits. Who also don't read the guides. This is awful.
 
Just watched The Babadook on Netflix after hearing lots of good things about it (98% on Rotten Tomatoes). Pretty underwhelmed. It turned about to be some sort of hipster horror movie where everything that happened is just a metaphor for something else (not really a spoiler since this is never revealed, I had to Google around to get a sense of what the fuck I just watched).
 
All of Castle of Illusion's trophies are done, and with that, my #aa list is complete. I'll try to get the Ratchet & Clank HD and Bloodborne plats before going for #100 (Shadow of the Colossus HD).

I started The Evil Within tonight and so far, not a huge fan of it.  Debating if I want to stay with my no upgrade plan or say fuck it and make things easier.

I did get the stealth trophy for chapter 2 though, so that helped make things more worthwhile.

Remember, give it 4 or 5 chapters! I don't know if upgrades make things any easier, but I don't think you'll ever feel like you have the upper hand regardless.

How long did that take you? Any tips? I started poking at that game and it seemed like the quadrillion collectibles would be obnoxious.

5-ish hours; I'm pretty good at finding collectibles in platformers, so I didn't have to spend too much longer using Youtube videos to find things I missed. The levels themselves (only 10 in all aside from the boss fights) are pretty short, and there aren't really that many types of collectibles.

I was at Target just a little while ago and their PS4 didn't have Shovel Knight. I think I am going to probably grab it tomorrow though anyway.

Just snagged a copy for $15 at Target as well. Not sure if I will start it up tomorrow or later in the week. Will defiantly try to give it 5 chapters to see if it clicks with me or not since everyone seems to say it is slow to get going.

 
I was going to get to get that chickstar thing from Taco Bell they've been showing on TV, but it was like $4. That's way more than I want to pay for any one thing there.

 
Not like the tinker knight's first form is really hard or anything, but I thought it was funny when I used to mobile gear on his ass and he got KO'd instantly. No death run is going pretty well. Doubt my life will ever get fully depleted from taking hits, but I've been abusing the fuck out of the phase locket. Getting knocked back into a hole really sucks.

Almost done, I'll be done with the respect tonight if I can stand being up much longer and then an hour of xp grind or so. It's a stupid easy plat and fortunately I had the entire series of house of cards to watch during the grinding (which requires zero attention).

 
what in the hell the little thing that shows up when you hover over a person's title says I've been a member of cag for 9.8 years.    I guess I have a lot more to question about my life than mortal kombat boosting.
