Assuming I don't get stuck on poison ivy like the last time I played arkham asylum on hard, I may actually get one April game finished after all. Although I will probably sub in mkx since it's an adaptation of the beloved children's fable Hansel and Gretel probably.

The PS4-exclusive physical version of Mighty No. 9 will be $29.99:

Eh, I'll wait for a sale or for my library to carry it.

Apotheon is a fun little game with nice art, decent story and really good voice acting.  No review link (your welcome ltrain).  Glad I went back to it.  Hope to finish it tonight.

There is no way pharm is wrong, mighty no 9 is going to be a raging disappointment. I don't even have high expectations and at this point I doubt it'll even meet those.

Glad you took off your mighty mega man colored glasses. The game looks so plain and stupid. But at the very least with low expectations you can now play it and maybe even enjoy it without being too disappoint.

The funny thing is I don't really like mega man all that much either. I just liked the project as a weird middle finger towards capcom. That's the entire reason I funded it.

You should win just because of the MKX grind.

Ah, so if the game is as terrible as it looks will Capcom give him and all those that funded the game the middle finger?
It was smart of them to leave it alone. If it's somehow awesome and sells a boatload of copies they can either try to buy the IP or get litigious. If it tanks or is even mediocre then they look pretty sharp for not milking a series which clearly had nothing left to give.

Spite kickstarter backing.

Love it.

This is why the Mets pitcher wears that stupid hat.

"Where does it hurt?"

He may have escaped serious injuries.

http://m.mlb.com/news/article/121102170/d-backs-right-hander-archie-bradley-was-removed-after-being-struck-by-a-line-drive

Preliminary tests did not show a concussion, and Bradley was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital for a CT scan.

"There were some small changes in the sinus cavity," D-backs head athletic trainer Ken Crenshaw said. "We did another follow up with our facial specialist Dr. [Jeffrey] Edelstein. He thought it was really favorable from what he saw on the CT scan. He kind of wants to wait until tomorrow -- inflammation goes down -- and get a little better look at it, and we'll follow up with our ear, nose and throat specialist as well."

Pretty ugly huh? In all Seriousness tho thanks for the text, tweets and prayers! Could have been a lot worse! #lucky pic.twitter.com/NasQBYWqkz

- Archie Bradley (@ArchieBradley7) April 29, 2015
Until the swelling goes down the D-backs won't know for sure the extent of the damage, but at least for now it appears that this was a best-case scenario.

"His jaw looks great," Crenshaw said. "His orbit looks great. Vision is fine. All of those things look really well. It looks favorable. They just want to have a final read [Wednesday]."

Played a couple of levels of shinobi versus bon appetit and I'm kind of disappointed that there is no actual music but just generic beats. The whole taking the clothes off after beating them each section is so innovative though. So that's why it gets my highest review score of 3/3 boobs. Monster monpiece is the only other game to receive the prestigious score so you know you are getting you're boobs worth.

Just so I don't show any bias, our other writer Derek will chime in on his thoughts on the game.

Also @ltrain no links, just like you like it.

Also sorry for links this time but please join us on invertedboobs.com, where I review inverted access reviews.

Yesterday I reviewed Tyler's latest review of titans souls a piss poor half a boob. Qoute "the lack of boobs mentioned in the review clearly showed that Tyler had no fucking clue what he was talking about."

Playing through The new Super Mario 2 on 3ds. Fun game but man do I suck at it. Finally finished world 5. Last part of the world in the castle. Had no idea how to proceed. Watch a video showing some jump off a wall I knew I would never make. Wasted all my lives trying. Reloaded a few time and maybe got close once. Figured I was done for. Rewatched that video he had 199 lives. So Googled unlimited lives. Found a video showing you how to unlock a hidden world and then how to get like 50 lives or something by glitching it. I could never even get the secret world to unlock. Finally found another video of where I was stuck and the guy moved the fence thing you are hanging from. Again no idea how. Thought maybe you had to push up at the right time. Finally figured out you have to press x.

Hopefully finish it later today and trade it to GS for close what it cost me. Fun but it reaffirms I suck at most platformers.

Yo Chewy,

Looks like the pinball league I'm joining uses pinportal.org to track their leagues and players and tables and everything.  Looks pretty basic but pretty cool.

Best part is the tips for all the tables on how to get the highest score.  Good reading.

Dang. The UFC stripped the title from Jon Jones and suspended him indefinitely. What a moron.
Doing a little of the drinking and the driving.

I will never understand how you can have a few million dollars and get a freaking DUI (he got one in ny a few years back, ran his bently into a telephone pole, and pretty sure he was intoxicated this time too, otherwise why flee?)

Hire you a buddy whose only job is to drive your ass around or something. Jeez.

Yeah, I am sure Turtle needs a job.

pinportal.org is locked behind a login. Lame.

oh yeah. that is lame.

I also like they have past leagues hi schore and the average info for the tables so you know if you're doing good or not.

Should have your league runner check it out.

Boring pinball league rules incoming:
Rules:

  • 5 games per week
  • 1st Week is played at random groups
  • Weeks 2-4 are groups by your Played Weekly Point Average. (This is so you play with your level.)
  • Weeks 5-6 are played based on Point Total.
  • We drop your lowest week and will display totals Week 4.
Points:
1st Place: 5 Points
2nd Place: 3 Points
3rd Place: 2 Points
4th Place: 1 Point
We try to group everyone in groups of 4 however sometimes that is not possible. Should there be a group lower than 4, you will play against the league average per game calculated that night.

.5 points assigned to the top 4 scores on each game for the evening.

We already have extensive stats that cover nearly every season we've played. Win/Loss records, average machine scores, etc, etc. http://fspa.league.papa.org/#league7

Though that doesn't include all leagues we've run. The other historical ones you can find at the bottom of the page here: http://www.fspazone.org/current_standings.html

The first few depths of chalices are laughably easy. Its not until depth 3 that a noticeable change happens and 4/5 when it becomes a challenge.

What level are you currently?
31 or 32, I think (23 VIT, 15 STR, 15 END). I'll consider tackling that first Chalice Dungeon, then.

Goes well with the 1.09 credit I've been sitting on. I really should get around to listing the hundreds of cards and get those steam nickles for them.

Okay. In my cart so far:

Metal Gear Rising

Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God

Guided Fate Paradox.

There's alot more I'm torn on but the  >$10 price is a stopping me.

Class of Heroes 2?

Senran Kagura game (the cooking one. although judging from the early description it seems pretty juvenile/adolescent)

Conception?

Redemption of Fate ($9 for such an old game?)

Battle Princesses?

Yakuza Dead Souls?
