Gamestop has a B3G1 Free on all preowned items (consoles included, apparently) that starts today for PUR members (I don't think it matters if you're a paid member) and tomorrow for everyone else. It lasts through Monday, 5/4.

Need to find some flips from GS to BB. I will have $41 when trade in New Super Mario Land 2 today. Rather have that a BB to pick up Batman Arkham Knight or anything new really.

These might help, then (I know the game links don't work--not my problem):

Alright Guys here are some flips from GS to BB, with the 4 for $10 ($9 with PUR) sale going on. https://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/345037-gamestop-used-pre-owned-sale-4-games-for-10-427-517/

The Biggest Loser: Ultimate Workout $5

Your Shape: Fitness Evolved $3

WWE Legends of Wrestlemania (360 Only) $2

Sonic Free Riders $2

I found 3 Biggest Losers at a store and a Your Shape so that's $18 at Best Buy or $19.80 with GCU, maybe more if I wait for a bonus.
Darksiders ps3 $3

UFC Personal Trainer ps3 $3

Just noticed that Raiden IV has a 2-player mode trophy that says:

"In Double play, Clear first stage using only the 2P ship without shooting from 1P aircraft.(All game modes/Difficulty NORMAL or higher)"

One player, two player mode trophy.

Nah - he's right. The 2nd gen is better. After you get use to it, which doesn't take that long, the screen still looks good and everything else is better.
I think the brighter screen might win me over. The OLED is nice but too dim under flourecent ligts. Plus my battery I think isn't as good as it once was. Not horrible but wish the life was better. If/when there is a decent promo trade in I could see switching. I did see in another thread a link to a replacement battery which is also an option for me at some point. I would just worry I would get some crappy battery that is no better then what I have now (or worse).

Yeah, naming your computer. It's an inordinately complex convention they've concocted, but I'm not sure I have a better idea.
We have some real complex products and procedures in my operation and very few of them are close to 40 pages. We might have 100 different SOPs yet only 2 or 3 are near that long.

You may have noticed it, but there's a mode that lets you control both ships with one controller--the left stick + L1 (I think) controls the 1P ship while the right stick + R1 (maybe) controls the 2P ship.

Actually no, I hadn't. But how do you shoot? The bumpers/triggers? Trying to play like that would be kind of crazy. Maybe that's so two people could play with one controller.

I think I'm ready for Pinball League to start since I played one game of Cueball Wizard this morning on my Vita and beat the high score in the league last season.

But I am scared to actually touch a real table again.  It's been so long.

#promnight ?

Hey chewy,

If a table is listed as "Pro", does that make it any different than the regular ol' table, or is that just some fancy marketing babble.

Pinball Arcade plays much easier than real machines. You really can't compare the scores.

You mean a real pinball machine? Like Star Trek Pro or Metallica Pro? That's Stern's moniker for the less expensive model, actually. They usually have Pro, Premium and sometimes LE models, increasing in price. I think it's always the case the the LE and Premium have game features that are not on the Pro model. For example AC/DC Premium and LE models have a lower mini-play field that is not in the Pro. And other stuff.

Don't bring me down gramps!
You're going to have fun. There's nothing like the real machines. But you will probably suck the first season, so don't sweat it. Playing multiplayer games is harder than playing solo and takes some getting use to, because there's down time. You play a ball and then you have to wait for you next turn, and the better your opponents play the longer your wait - breaks up your rhythm.

Yeah the real tables. There were three in the list that had PRO after them. Walking Dead, Star Trek and Mustang. I thought maybe the outlanes or flipper gap was wider or something.

Thats how everyone in this thread would try and earn it anyway

Y'all remember those NFL helmets made for Star Wars things?

Now here's one using Marvel shit.

Some of them are pretty cool. Some of them are pretty lame.

Just doesn't have some of the features in the Premium/LE. Like Star Trek Premium has an up kicker on the left most shot that feeds to the left inline, whereas the Pro just has a pothole that kicks the ball back the way it came from. And the Premium has, for some reason I don't understand, a disco ball-like effect during multi ball. LOL. It's kind of cool even if I'm not sure it make any sense for the theme. Maybe the ST geeks would know what that was about. There might be some other diffs.

The Escapists will launch on PS4 June 2nd for $19.99. Too bad they listed a price or it likely would have been part of the Plus lineup for that month.

Announcing price doesn't necessarily mean it won't be part of Plus. I actually bet it is (firm release date over a month away, cheap additional DLC, already out on other platforms).

Bad news is that the game looks super super boring.
