As much as I'd enjoy seeing that, it's not gonna happen.
I want to see Pacquiao win (knocking Mayweather out would be the best ever) but as long as there's no bullshit scoring controversy if it goes the distance or some fucked up "judgement" call from the ref, I'll live with it if Mayweather wins.

When it comes to boxing, the more obscene the better for me. If fanman comes in and saves Pacquio seconds before Floyd delivers the final blow, that would be awesome with me. Or if the Stone Cold comes in and delivers a Stunner to Mayweather that would be sweet.

A clear cut UD for Mayweather would be the worst possible result for me.

The PS3 store is so slow and clunky (and crashed so many times) that it turned me off the idea of picking up any games. I do want to try one of the Atelier games but I'll either wait for another Vita sale or a cheap physical copy. Guided Fate Paradox looks like it could be fun, as well.

None of the Vita titles are jumping out at me other than Curse of the Great Curry God.

It's like I'm in the mood to spend money but I'm leaning towards disconnecting the PS3 again.

I wasn't denouncing your decision to wait, FYI. I totally respect skipping movies at the theater and both my dad and I have our share of back problems.
I saw movies a lot more in college as the local theater had a good student rate, but now adays it's so expensive by the time you buy two tickets you're practically to the point where you can just purchase the blu-ray in a few months for the same cost.

Yep, enemies vs. can't die trophy is draining some of the fun out of Act 3. On the third level specifically 90% of the level there is an enemy chasing you so it's like having to finish the level within a time limit, and I hate time limits. Though having to exit the game and reload the backup autosave from a flash drive is what's the biggest drag. If I could just reload from a manual save within the game it wouldn't be such a big deal.

Regretting my purchase of Shovel Knight. I knew it was a platformer and I knew I wasn't very good at them. Can't even complete the third chapter. Even if I get to the finial boss I seriously doubt I would beat him anyway. I got to either the last check point or second to last check point and accidentally destroyed the check point. So now when I die I go much further back. Doubt I will both messing with this much more.

I let the hype cloud my judgement on this one. I normally will not pay over $10 for a digital game I am not sure about.

Cool game for those who like are good at platforms but I am just not any good at them. I guess it is good they are cheap with the trophies since I don't have a single one it is like I never played it.

Going to start Evil Within or Tomb Raider next on my PS4 and probably God of War on Vita.

Yeah I pretty sure I gave up there on PS3. Figured I could maybe get passed that. Or have my nephew get me passed that. Or maybe just play second game. At least it is a physical game I can just trade away.

I was too lazy to get up and load the Evil Within disc so decided to finally check out Shadow Warrior.  Glad I bought that one.

3 chapters in and I really like it.  Also 5 trophies so I finally got the Monopoly trophy off my signature card.

I told you dammit. I am severely disappointed more peeps haven't checked out shadow warrior. Still the most fun ps4 game.
I bought it when it was $6 that one time. Not really sure why, based on what I saw Tyler stream and the fact that most people here love it, it's safe to assume it's going to be stupid as hell.

Sorry to hear that. I think it's an awesome game. But good job explaining why it's not for you. I wish the rest of the internet was like that instead of just calling a game "garbage" because they don't like it or the genre isn't for them.

I enjoyed Avengers 2 but think I liked the first overall better. It's been awhile since I've seen it but I remember coming out of the theater and not wanting to wait to see it again. For the sequel I'm in no rush. I think it was the pacing. I'd definitely watch a video montage of all the action over and over though.

The action was freaking awesome! It reminded me of the cool combos and team-ups in the Marvel Ultimate Alliance games. That shit was badass!
Seeing Thor and Captain America take down foes together and Black Widow using someone else's weapon or the big battles they showed in the trailers outside and against Ultron's machines. The Iron Man vs Hulk Buster battle was funny and awesome too! Plus seeing all those laser beams lol.
That stuff is exciting. I'll watch it again just for that.

General Comment on Phase 3:
The movie has a crazy amount of characters in it too. It'll be interesting to see Phase 3 unfold. The stakes are getting bigger with each phase so it makes sense that they'll need more help once they finally face the main baddie. I can't even imagine how big the end of phase 3 is gonna get.

I don't really care about the movie, but other people might not want to read that if they're still planning to see it.

Yeah it was $5.40 in January which is when I grabbed it. I figured I might like it and for $5 and change not a big deal if I didn't.

I thought about that too but decided I didn't go into any specific details that weren't already seen in trailers. If anyone has seen all the MCU movies they should know about the direction it's heading.

For anyone wondering, the comments below the spoiler tag are rather general, but I hid it due to sensitive people. Not you, Harry, but I'm sure someone who cares would probably complain even though none of its a secret or really spoilery.

I really liked what little I could finish. I just suck badly at platformers like this. Thought maybe I could chip away at it little by little and still might go back to it at some point. I thought the graphics were well done as was the music. It was retro but not lame retro if that makes any sense. I also liked it was cross save and cross buy. I started it on my Vita and got stuck. Thought maybe I would have a bit better luck using a DS4 controller but it didn't make much difference. I don't remember playing a ton of platformmers as a kid but do recall playing Donkey Kong in the arcade and on both the 2600 and Colecovision and don't remember having this much trouble.

I can certainly understand why people like this game even though chances are I will never finish it. .

Yeah, I just pointed it out because I know how touchy some movie nerds are about even the slightest bit of spoiled content.

That checkpoint thing happened to me too. It gets harder has you progress since the levels are longer and have more checkpoints the further you are. I'm towards the end of the game and wasn't paying attention and accidentally destroyed the last checkpoint in the level. I'd been stuck at that one part and was mad when it happened. I rage quit and closed the game. Haven't been back since.
I'll probably try to beat it this week though because I enjoy platformers and it was my fault for repeatedly, impatiently swinging my shovel between deaths and destroying the checkpoint.

I understand your stance and respect people giving a game a try even if it's in a genre they don't typically love. They have a ton of cheat codes if you want to just experience the game without the frustration. It disables trophies if you care about that.

Agent Carter! I didn't bother with Agents of Shield. The first episode was boring and I wasn't really interested in minor non-essential characters.

Yeah part of my problem is I start to spam the shovel button too. Which is what happened here. There was a ghost that was pissing me off and I wanted to stun him.

Thanks for the tip on cheat codes. Normally I wouldn't do that nor would I want to play a game and not get trophies but since I have none so far that might be an option for me. I almost wish I bought this on 3DS. Then I wouldn't have to worry about trophies either way. Plus I am traveling out of town for a few days at some point this month. I rather take the 2DS it is lighter/less bulky and if it went missing I wouldn't be totally heartbroken nor would I bother to replace it. Really don't want to lose my my Vita.

Anyway thanks again for the tip about the cheat codes might be the only way for me to play it.

I came across this shirt and went to buy it but it's not being sold right now. *cries*

Edit: I guess the image is transparent. It comes on a cream background and looks way better. You have to click the link to see since CAG's black bg is ruining it.

I thought Age of Ultron was pretty good but one thing really pissed me off. Massive spoilers below.

[spoilers]I guess the fact they killed off Bruce Banner definitely rules out another Hulk movie. Now it makes sense as to why there was no mention of one on the slate of release dats for phase 3. [/spoilers]

I just saw this online. Previously some guy did fanart about Spider-Man not being able to appear in the MCU called "Poor Spidey":

After the announcement of the Sony Marvel deal he created a new fanart called "Spidey Reunited":

Too cute!

You might want to work on those spoiler tags. Remove the s at the end of spoiler and it should be alright.

Bravo.

To everyone else, Stotch knows how to use spoiler tags...
