the excerpts from the dissenting opinions that i read we're cowardly fluff. one of them didnt even sound like a dissent. it just sounds like nothing.

n yeah those exerpts are babies crying that they lost. Scalia says how 320 million Americans are being rules by a majority of 9 lawyers, uh der, but if his team won it would be fine. hypocrisy at its best. I can't wait til Scalia is gone, he has been a great supervillain along the lines of Cheney/Rumsfeld/Ashcroft/Palpatine etc.

Scalia's language has changed over the years
CNN Senior Legal Analyst Jeff Toobin points out that Scalia's tone on homosexuality has changed in the ten years since he dissented in another opinion that Kennedy read - the case of Lawrence v. Texas in which the Court ruled that gay people could not be criminally prosecuted for having sex.

"Many Americans do not want persons who openly engage in homosexual conduct as partners in their business, as scoutmasters for their children, as teachers in their children's schools, or as boarders in their home," Scalia wrote in 2003. "They view this as protecting themselves and their families from a lifestyle that they believe to be immoral and destructive."

This time around, Scalia started his dissent by saying that he takes issue with the Democratic process, instead of focusing on homosexuality itself.

"[Scalia] cannot talk the way he used to talk about gay people," Toobin said, "because culturally, politically, even legally, it's simply not appropriate."

Almost every one of the Cream Ales they have made I have liked. I have not had that one. El Murcielago is the one that was awful. I think I have mentioned how I tend to hate Tequila barrel beers. That is one of the worst offenders.

Many of my friends are on Untapped, but I realized long ago I remember what I like and what I don't. I like to socialize when drinking instead of having my face glued to my phone. Plus, I am not sure I want an online record of what I drank. I am waiting for a big story about how it was used to convict someone of a DUI without any sort of breath or blood test.

 
Just met her. Came in after hooters but it was still lunch time. Crowded as a mofo. They have two bars. One was empty. The main one was crowded except this chick at the end of the bar with her purse on the seat next to her. I said fuck it. Let's do this. Walked up and asked if someone was sitting there. " no let me move that for you. I take up way too much space for a small girl."

It was on.
 
She worked at a bar in ft myers. She lives in ft myers. So that sucks. But she is a gator wet dream. She loves all these ipas and craft beers. She was trying to buy some to go from here. She wanted the rare ones though and they said no they can't sell those to go.

I suppose I should have realized there was an app for beers and stuff. I've just been writing it all down in google docs like a peasant.

Honestly. She lives in ft myers. That's two hours away. I didn't ask for her number cause she is only up here for the day. I am not going to ft myers just to see her and potentially not get any. When she is up here in Tampa since she says she has friends here I will hit her up.
 
Man there's a whole thread on Neogaf right now bashing on Shadow of Mordor. That game is sweet and everyone loved it 6 months ago. fuck I hate gamers so much.

Liked as I was literally just reading it.

Gotta admit, a lot of the criticism is pretty valid.

I still like it, need to finish up the main story still.

 
Never understood any hate for Mordor (other than the ending). Solid batman style combat + apparently? (still haven't really played AC games) better AC climbing stuff + new cool enemy system. What's there to hate? 

Idk where I'd rate it in terms of mordor v. arkham knight tho. Right now I'd probably still say I enjoyed the world in mordor more to be honest. It might have had some open areas not jam packed full of enemies, but I felt like I interacted with it more than in Arkham, where I'm usually just flying over everything (or poorly navigating in the batmobile) until I hit a checkpoint or some freaky music starts playing.

 
had no idea about untapped, in the last month we have been to 20+ breweries and tried tons of beer.  My wife and I have struggled to remember what we liked and what we didn't. Should have figured there was an app to track it!  We just found out about 5 breweries within a 5 mile radius of us.  Have been to three of them, excited to actually track it.

I didn't care for Mordor. I didn't care for the leveling of the characters. I would find someone I need to beat and get jumped by those several levels higher die and then the guy who killed me would level up. Or I would be chasing someone I needed to beat and he would get away. It just didn't click for me. I wanted to like it but well I didn't. I didn't think it had a batman style combat nor did I think it was very AC like either.

Perhaps if I had less games on my stack at the time I would have given it more time but it just didn't grab me.

I don't see the point in starting/joining a thread to trash it though. Plenty of games I don't like. Easy to move on to something I do like.
