In your time working for the railroad, how many times have you heard "all the live-long day" jokes?
Only from people who don't work here. I wish we could go back to the good ol days of railroad songs. Even though they were sung by enslaved workers that would drop dead on site from being pushed too hard.

I'm watching True Detective season 2 and just finished episode 2.
I wasn't expecting a main character death so soon unless it wasn't bullets and he survives. I'm enjoying the season so far.

Edit: Yup. He survived.

Damn. The Old Blood is only availae for shipping at best buy and wont grt here till the 29th. If my store doesnt have copies tomorrow I will just get it at gamestop.

I love Bayonetta, but it is so much more of a mess than DMC in terms of gameplay and combat. I'm dodging and maka kala parrying the entire time and hitting like mad, but it is just so much faster and more chaotic. I knew I had to get a high score for trophies in dmc so it was very controlled and I always knew what move I was doing from normal/angel/demon moves and air juggles. In Bayonetta I'm just trying to get a charged up pillowtalk laser sword or my durga/kilgore rocket kick.

This is mainly for guardian_owl going for the Bayonetta plat. Anyone else going for the Bayonetta plat?

Yo Gator

How familiar are you with the local craft breweries up in Minnesota? I know you can't be expected to know about every small brewery across the country (though it wouldn't surprise me), but I figured since you've been up here several times you may know more than the average bear.

Specifically I'm wondering about Tin Whiskers (http://twbrewing.com). I'm meeting someone at their tap room Wednesday night.

Damn. Looks like I have separate playthroughs for 100% and commando in Bionic Commando. Good news is that my commando playthrough is about halfway through the game and I dont have much in the other playthrough. Forgot how whacky the controls can get, but when you get a good swing going it is petty fun.

That's 12:24 AM for those in the time zone that matters.
that would be 1:24am, pancakes will back me up on that one.

LOL ESPN just broadcasted on Sportscenter the Woshige fail against Ogawa semifinal match from the Guilty Gear Evo tournament over the last weekend.  For background, he celebrated prematurely by getting out of his chair after winning only his 1st round and thereby giving Ogawa a free combo to take him out during the final round.

I thought today was Zombie Army Trilogy physical release day?

EDIT: Or maybe it is Old Blood physical release day? I cant keep all these releases straight!
I wish that I believed that I could co-op zombie army trilogy, it really looks fun. but alas, being a dedicated co-op partner is not in my cards.

I haven't actually played Helldivers in a while and never even maxed out the level as it was. I don't think I'm high enough level for the bosses either. I should go back and play that.

But last night I tried Hand of Fate finally. Cool game, but the loading times are sometimes annoying. Particularly the shop loading time which seems completely pointless. Just toss up the stuff we can buy instead of putting us in a scene that takes 10 seconds to load, and then showing us what we can buy.

Last night I also played a little Rocket League with randoms. Just a few games. The game was having a little trouble finding players again, but I did get into some full matches. In one I did a bicycle kick into the goal and thought that would give me a trophy, but no. "Still A Show-Off - Score a goal while reversing" I guess doesn't count bicycle kicks? I could swear I was reversing too, but maybe I wasn't actually. Next time I'll just try reversing without the bicycle kick.

Its funny sometimes with that one. You can get it with a bike kick but more likely will luck into it some other way if at all. Similar to the saves it can be picky.

I have too many games.

Also I found out last night that 38+ GB of my HDD is filled with recordings my kids made. I thought about deleting them all, but then thought I'd give 'em a chance to salvage what they want first today. I'm too kind.

I haven't gotten to HoF yet, but I'm having this same issue with Senran Kagura. Every fight has a load period before and after, and most fights only last a couple of minutes. Load for fight, fight, load for fight results (your score screen), load for next fight, etc.. Considering there are 180 fights minimum in the game it gets to be a big of a drag after a while. The load screens aren't that long, but since the enemies die so quickly it feels like you spend all your time loading.

I wouldn't mind the load for the fights if the load if not for the score screen load. That just makes it seem silly.

what are ur limits?

i do 100/300/50 for liability (bodily injury/property), 100/300 for uninsured, 10k for medical payments, 500 deductibles on everything and itll be 1720 a year for me
250,000/500,000 Liability, 100K property, 10K medical, personal injury protection Basic + 100k. I think there is a 200 deductible on the PIP. $1000 deductible on collision.

The real estate company we used recommended an insurance broker. I was like we have quotes from State Farm that seem ok. He said call them if you want it is free.
