Still waiting for the Vita port, but I'll probably buy it for PS4 to show support.Bastion, wow $3.95

Bastion was pretty decent once I got further in. The combat at the opening was weak and left me wondering what the hell people were freaking out about, but after appropriate upgrades it got to be a lot more fun. Probably the thing I liked least about the game was the old man, though. Not sure why people liked his voice; dude was a complete douchebag.Still waiting for the Vita port, but I'll probably buy it for PS4 to show support.
PM at target + 15% off with cartwheel and 5% off with red card. Should be around $45 at the end of all that.
Yeah, I just grabbed it.I'll pick up bastion too, why the hell not.
Don't forget that PM + cartwheel is YMMV, though.PM at target + 15% off with cartwheel and 5% off with red card. Should be around $45 at the end of all that.

Funny that pst.org shows the trophy list as being PS4&Vita.
You still won't buy them.PM at target + 15% off with cartwheel and 5% off with red card. Should be around $45 at the end of all that.
It's quite a decent game and only takes 11-15 hours to plat according to the guide.Great, now I'll have to consider getting Bastion. Thanks a lot, guys.

Just do it. It's cheap.Great, now I'll have to consider getting Bastion. Thanks a lot, guys.

You're alone on that one.Old man was an asshole, right? Right?
I know people loved the guy's voice, but still.
If you buy Bastion, I'll buy Tembo.Great, now I'll have to consider getting Bastion. Thanks a lot, guys.

Still too much money. $10 or less!PM at target + 15% off with cartwheel and 5% off with red card. Should be around $45 at the end of all that.
You're alone on that one.
I liked the narrator. Some of his lines were funny.
I don't remember. But he was cool.Really? I thought he was creepy with the way he kept arguing to abandon Zulf and kill everybody left after the Calamity by resetting time to before it in the hopes it might make things better. Can't remember the specific things he said, but he just had a very selfish kinda vibe.
It was fun, I 200/200'd it on the 360. Takes two playthroughs because there are two endings depending on your final choice but your stats from the first game carry over.Yeah, I just grabbed it.
Who all has played it in here? I know the PC version was very popular but don't remember seeing much chatter in here about it.
That reminds me that I need to play Transistor as well, actually.
regular price: $20Is Old blood a sale or the every day price?
Semi considering Dishonored if it works with the PS+ version. I tried to play it on 360 died a bunch couldn't take the loading screens being so slow and bailed.
Thanks. Will have to pick up some PSN credit then. Was a pretty good drought for me with PS+ but spent a bunch lately.
The Dishonored deal is tempting but I feel like it will drop in price fairly quick anyway with so much other stuff out this year.Is Old blood a sale or the every day price?

Yeah I am 50/50 on it. Might hold out till the next sale. The Dishonored deal is tempting but I feel like it will drop in price fairly quick anyway with so much other stuff out this year.
pssssssh.... I'm just progressing through the normal fanboy stages of something I love. I blew right through the "hopeful optimistic stage", and am now on the full blown hype train stage. That gameplay montage has me excited and I'm boycotting all future videos until release to keep everything fresh for me.I know many here weren't sold on Fallout 4 (Top, you gotta believe)
LOSERMy haul from the Best Buy half-off glitch plus Bethesda's track record for their games being buggy at release mean that I'll be waiting a bit before jumping into FO4.
"I'm a very patient person, and I'd rather build this brand and make it become a thing than make piles of cash. I look at it as a long-term strategy: even if we have to wait until we make Rocket League 2, if it's become a thing, that's the most important thing for me. That it becomes this phenomenon. That people realize we've been making this really cool game, and now everyone's playing it.”http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/248925/Why_some_old_designs_are_worth_revisiting_A_Rocket_League_story.php
Kind of a cool short feature on Rocket League development. Honestly had no idea that the PC and PS4 multiplayer was connected. The gif of that goal in the middle is insane too.
I know a website that reviewed the PS4 version.Yeah, I just grabbed it.

Munky and I played it a while back, it's hard to go back to that game after Rocket League. Although the areans in that game actually have some diversity, which is my biggest complaint about Rocket League. So we got Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars (the predecessor to Rocket League) free with plus awhile back.... anyone interested in forming a group for that game sometime?
Not with me of course, my schedule wouldn't allow it. I'll just live vicariously through you guys by reading your posts about the fun times while I drive around in circles by myself (with special guest appearances by pete every once in a while).
I think for me it is more of which $3 - $10 games will I enjoy. At $3 I am willing to take a chance on almost anything that looks remotely interesting to me. Even flying elephants. It's weird to think that people used to pay $3 to rent a 2 hour movie but we question picking up a reputable game that will probably last 5 times longer for about the same price. And you don't even have to go to blockbuster!
Hah. I did that Hollywood Video thing a few years before they went out of business. It was $20 or $30 a month, I forget which, and you could rent an unlimited number of movies 3 at a time. Ripping them took less time than watching the things. I ended up with hundreds of burned DVDs and never did watch like half of them. Now they're all on Netflix anyway. It's weird to think that people used to pay $3 to rent a 2 hour movie but we question picking up a reputable game that will probably last 5 times longer for about the same price. And you don't even have to go to blockbuster!
It is all frame of reference though. I average around that for the games I rent from Gamefly that are full retail titles. Along with $1 flash sales on occasion and an ever growing plus backlog where the average is less than $3 the bar has gotten pretty damn low in what I am willing to pay. I am glad Pancakes and Stotch helped talk me out of buying Master Reboot just due to PSN purchase withdrawal. It's weird to think that people used to pay $3 to rent a 2 hour movie but we question picking up a reputable game that will probably last 5 times longer for about the same price.
