true story from the week:

I went to mcdonalds for breakfast with my kids so my wife could sleep in before I had to take her to the hospital.  We just kind of messed around and had fun - they have some gamecubes for some reason so we putzed with those.  The whole time we were there, there was an awkward employee I guess cleaning and stocking the bathroom.  He finished up with the mens room and moved on to the ladies room right before we left.  As we were packing up a somehwat boyish looking gal wearing a loose construction company shirt, ripped jeans and a ball cap went walking back to the bathroom.  The man who was cleaning the ladies room was standing in the doorway to the restroom when she arrived.

The two of them stared at each other for a full 30 seconds in complete silence, him blocking the doorway and her needing to pee.

Finally it was the mcdonald's employee that broke the silence: 'man or lady?'

Then she kind of pushed him aside.

 
I can't add New Super Mario Bros. to the cart on BB site. Throwing errors. Annoying. I have some buisness at GS today anyway. Maybe I'll just pick up some high value used games to flip back to them. Mario Party 9 is one but guessing there are more. $45 to buy it with PUR $56 trade-in with PUR and 50% coupon. 

EDIT: Skyward Sword would be the same as well.

I haven't been able to add to my cart since Saturday morning when the last promo glitch kicked off. I had a couple copies of DA:I in my cart, they went out of stock, and I removed them. Since then nothing will add.

I imagine when I am a senior citizen I will ask that same question every day. Hell, I may ask that question tomorrow at this rate.

I just did a private tab and it seemed to work...but nothing in stock near me. I'm guessing clearing cache\cookies etc. might do the same.

In the main forum, some people are saying that GS stores were notified last night that they have to keep physical copies of each 50% coupon a customer redeems, possibly by cutting it from the receipt and storing it at the register. I'll keep you all updated on whether this applies to all stores. If it does, asking for extra coupon codes (whether from me or anyone else) might not work this time.

This reminds me, yesterday I had a dream that I was playing baseball again. Any of you that loved playing sports when you were younger can relate to me when I say that dreaming about it are some of the best dreams because it's something you'll never get to do again.

Anyway, I'm playing baseball and, lo and behold, George Costanza is pitching for the opposing team. He's not even in uniform... just slacks and a button up. I was pretty excited walking to the plate thinking "I'm gonna go yard on Costanza!". He threw one pitch to me in the dirt for ball one... and then I woke up to my kids screaming at each other. If you've never started your day this way, I don't recommend it.

I realize this came out a bit ago now, but I just watched some PS4 gameplay for Wander for the first time. The pop-in is absolutely terrible even at short range, causes flickering, and the texture quality is really bad. How the hell did they think they'd get $25 for a below-average walking simulator?

Fallout 3 is such an awesome game. I wish I'd have played it when it came out, and I didn't have such a huge backlog, so I could play out all the various scenarios...I now have my own house and robot butler!

Yeah. Or if you put it into offline mode. Or if you live in a shitty part of the world that has constant rain--the blog post made it sound like you can't do some stuff in the rain, so would that impede your ability to progress through levels?

Okay...I woke up in the middle of the night to the (ex) wife making some weird noise. I asked her what she was doing and she swung around and almost hit me. She says she was asleep...

fuck that. She could have moved out.

Our third bedroom only has sofa so we dont have an extra bed in the house. When I first filed she started sleeping on the couch in the living room. Cause I certainly wasnt going to do it. We both have back problems. She realized after about 3 days she had to sleep in a bed.

And whats with all these guys that are "kicked out of bed" or "kicked out of the house"?  I am bigger than her.  Good luck kicking me out of anywhere.

Not to say you don't have the right to get a divorce or anything--it certainly sounds like you have cause--but I have to admit that if I decided to end my marriage for some reason I'd view moving out of the bed (and eventually house) as my responsibility for that decision. If she decided to initiate it I'd feel like she had to leave. Fair's fair.

Glad you're finally getting around to it; now you can start to see why there's a lot of high expectations for FO4... I need it to have at least half the personality FO3 had and ALL the personality that NV didn't have in order to be satisfied.

Capcom has had great success with their HD remasters. RE1 HD did great for them. Mild and I discussed it, they're pricing them at pretty fair prices and I think that is helping with their success. I expect we'll see a ton more of their pre-PS3 stuff over the new couple years. Hell they're even giving us Mega Man!

Nothing is that simple. Circumstances necessitate me staying in the house. And she has her own reasons for not wanting to leave right away either.

I took the couch because its in the PlayStation room. Also bed is better for her jaw/neck issues.

Crunchy asked about the PS4 version of Flame Over, sounds like it didn't pass QA and they have to fix a few things before it goes back into submission. Probably a good thing, the Vita version does have a couple annoying small issues that need fixing as well. Plus the fucking glitched trophies.
