Weird. Is your PS4 hardwired or wireless? How about your laptop? Does your router support 5Ghz or just 2.4Ghz?
Everything is wireless. The router is around 7 or 8 years old at this point. I get normal (for my connection anyway) download and multiplayer speeds on my PS4, and I can stream everything else just fine on my laptop.

Any of you Sucker MCs have Dead Rising 2: Off the Record in your backlogs? I saw it at Target on clearance for $5.
Sadly I have Dead Rising 2, the one without Frank West or sandbox mode. The trophy list sucks and the time limit really hinders the enjoyment.

Probably too old for 5Ghz then. I was thinking maybe the 5Ghz network works better (PS4 doesn't support it). Weird it works well with iPad via wireless but not the other two devices. I would try if possible to run an ethernet cable to the PS4 just for testing and see if it makes a difference. Wireless is really great when it works right and PIA when it does not.

Anyone have an opinion on if this is worth a go or not?
The time limit can be annoying, but its really fun exploring the environment and the boss fights are really cool. Really creepy characters. I enjoyed both DR2 and off the record though I actually think I liked DR2 best.

Jets QB Geno Smith got sucker-punched in a locker room fight with some scrub. Broken jaw, out 6-10 weeks. The other dude got released.
I was just about to post this. I cant believe this happened the day after everyone had their panties in a wad because Cam Newton got in a fight in camp. How stupid could that dude be?

Instead of cutting him they probably should be thanking him. Fitzpatrick is pretty much a joke, but Smith seems like a bigger one.

I think I've heard "cold cocked" about 5 times on ESPN in the last 10 minutes. Also when I first heard this a half hour ago my immediate thought was someone was paid to do it.

Why DR2? Most people I've seen comment on it liked OTR better.

And I also have OTR in my backlog.

I thought cold-cocked him was knocking him out. Sucker punch was more hitting someone when they were not looking. Wonder which it was.

I think most people like the newer one since they had the sandbox? Also a lot of people may have played the first DR and liked that character? I didnt play the first so I wasnt attached to him. I got more attached to the new guy.

Not a bad price on BF:Hardline on gamefly. $14.99 and free shipping. Trades in for $15 base at best buy if you just wanna play the campaign.

Doesn't sound too bad. He kinda wasted half that review on complaining about DLC and microtransactions and Uplay instead of talking about the game. But he said it has a pretty "meaty" campaign which is good. If it's more of the same (and a bit more challenging than Cold War) than I'll definitely love it.

And I agree, $15 for four extra armies is a bit much. But $15 for the core game is a really good price.

Yeah, if anything that review makes me wanna pick it up sooner rather than later. But I really should wait for a sub $20 price on it which I'm sure will happen in a couple months.

It is an Ubi game that is starting out at $30. I give it a month tops since most $60 games from them hit $20 in about that amount of time it seems.

I've never heard of this, but apparently it'll be on sale and I imagine at $3.75:

This as well (probably $2.50):

Neither has a plat. Anybody know either game? Worth playing?
I think the prices listed there are the sale prices. Pretty sure they've both 50% off their MSRP of $15 and $10, respectively.

Damn, you're right. Drakengard 3 also has a base price of $40, which is ridiculous. I was hoping it'd go further on sale and the DLC would get a drop too, but apparently not. I was also considering Lord of Arcana, but $10 for a PSP game that looks like that is way too much.

I got the impression that he bought the game at midnight, marathoned it and rushed out a review. The whole thing felt pretty phoned in.
