10 years ago coming back from NYC driving way to fast (132 according to speedo anyway). All of a sudden a loud air rushing sound. At first I thought I blew the engine but it didn't sound like engine noise. Opened the sunroof shade and the glass was gone. Got home and noticed a chunk of paint missing on my right rear fender. Guess the glass panel almost cleared the car but not quite. Anyway took car to dealer and it went back and forth between state farm and dealer. State farm said it looked like someone tried to pry it off previously. Anyway finally got it replaced. Didn't leak but didn't line up right. Took it back several times before saying screw it. Eventually went to a different dealer paid out if pocket for them to fix it right. Haven't had an issue with it since.

Oh gator my store is having a clearance on all the big bottles of beer today.  You need to recommend me some. I just bought 2 bottles of Tank 7 for only $3.50 and a bottle of Duvel for $3.

I just sent gator a list of what to try. Might as well get one of each since it's only like $3-4 for a 25-32 ounce bottle. Sad thing is that they won't be stocking it anymore. Going over to another store and see what they have since a co-worker said they had a few more bottles of Tank-7.

Pretty sure the krogers I've been to don't carry those.

Catching up on the thread. I wonder if wren has bitched about Duvel yet. I am glad you already bought it. I would not have suggested it for you, but now you might as well suck it up and give it a try.

Damn I just saw the word Belgian and snatched it. I think I'll try it tonight.

You, sage, chewy, and zimm would have loved this sale. There are a bunch of bottled IPAs on sale.

Pancakes the duvel is alright. You can drink it. Ita just a bit hoppier. Not nearly as good as those others like tank 7. Although I did have more Jai Alai last weekend I still enjoy the Belgians more.
 


Managed to make this my 1500th trophy.  Wanted a plat for the occasion and this was the game I had closest to it.

Pitfall, maybe you should go for the million again...

You know what's a damn good IPA? The New Glarus Scream Double IPA. I know only Crazy can actually buy it and it's damn expensive ($17 for a 6-pack), but it gets you happy quick and is damn damn tasty.

This has been my single biggest problem on eBay, it's astounding. It doesn't happen often, but when I get that buyer message that's all accusatory I always know the first thing to ask: "is this your address?"
 
I started Trine on PS4 tonight. I dug up the CAG thread for the original PS3 release.

Reading through it, it's funny because the whole thread is all HYYYYYYYYYYYYYYPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE for over 100 posts, and then the game keeps getting delayed to the point where no one even posts about playing it once it's actually released.

Also, CAG used to be way more active back in the day.

I had a legit 1.2+ million score on Firepower but after I drained ball 3 the bonus count kept counting forever. I couldn't tilt or anything so there was no way to stop it but exit out. So I should be #1 there, but Pinball Arcade struck again.

I did get the wizard goals done with it, though.

Harry, wtf are you doing posting outside of this thread? I click notifications out of habit without looking at them and today I found myself in the cag 3.0 thread. I fully expect you to adjust your cag posting behavior with my bad habits to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Added Twitch to my PS4 and streamed for the first time. I was playing Lords of the Fallen so anybody watching would have seen me lumbering around all slow as hell. Did a bit of reading and realized why my character is so incredibly sluggish, but takes a bit to fix.

The Twitch sidebar showed me as having 9 viewers at one point, but the browser I had open to it only ever showed 2 at most. It never showed more than my name in the viewer list, so I'm assuming the extra 8 and 1 were anonymous or something. I'm not sure why the PS4 and my Chromebook session were reporting different numbers, though.

Any way to hide that sidebar on the PS4?

I had to! There was an issue and my report got it solved. I fixed CAG.

Yea man, that stuff is so good. I usually see it in 4 packs or singless 12 oz bottles...so..I sometimes sneak one into a build a six pack
 
I didn't expect the Kung Fury game to be so fun and addictive, but man, it isn't going to be easy getting the last two hi-score trophies. My highest score and combo are ~130k and 80-90x, respectively; it seems like once the red ninja start to show up, all hell breaks loose and I lose my sense of rhythm.

Thanks for letting me get a few matches in before work. Not sure wtf is up with my mic, must be missing a setting somewhere. I assume you guys could hear me because pete could when we played tomb raider but I thought it was his mic fucking up.

On a side note, took too much time off from rocket league and it looks like I forgot how to play... this is why I hate waiting for dlc.

It's amazing how much longer the vita battery lasts when you turn off bluetooth and WIFI. Didn't quite get through the first chapter with one charge but easily got through 1.5 chapters when I turned those off.

Yeah I'm learning things I never knew were possible when I was a buyer only. A woman somehow paid me, then refunded herself. I was under the impression once you paid you had to ask the seller to refund or file a case. Also some guy just purchased a game from me with "Buy It Now" yet hasn't paid. Every time I did that If I didn't pay immediately then the purchase wouldn't happen.

You can choose to set up your listings so that when someone uses Buy it Now that they are required to pay on the spot or else the listing stays active. Personally, I just leave it normal and put a disclaimer in my listings that says something along the lines of "Must pay within 24 hours. Your purchase is a commitment." I've never had anyone not pay within 20 minutes of buying.

I have no idea what you're talking about with someone refunding themselves.

Yeah, it's a big difference. I also keep the mic disabled, though I've never left it on to see if it changes anything.

Can hide the sidebar in the streaming options menu. I always hide mine. Viewer count on the PS4 is always weird.
