There are a lot of people at the top that watch that shit like a hawk and will report them once they go insane with the hacks and push their way up. Then the person will get kicked off, hide all those trophies, and get right back at it again. I will save my $10.

While I like PSNProfiles for their cards and the game information on their site being well organized, their leaderboard system is shit compared to PSN Trophy Leaders.

 
Can anyone make sense of why people are upset about the Deus Ex preorders? You mean if enough people preorder they'll release the game before the weekend? Oh my, what a horrible idea.

What's that? Pre-order and you too can have some in game stuff that you will ditch within an hour of playing? Or get some mp3's? What is there to even complain about, other than most of the items being non-essential?

No you can buy those too, it's physical gift cards like Gamestop Gift Cards you can't buy. Which sucks.

 
Can BB Reward Certs be used on gift cards?  I thought I remember hearing that was a thing now.  I have a $20 that expires next week.

Thanks I knew it was something and just stopped thinking to use my credit there for anything but actual physical items.

I think on more then one occasion I wanted to buy a $3 - $10 Amazon GC to buy a game from someone on CAG and had to use my credit card while sitting on credit. Probably what was confusing me about this.

Yes as long as the total of the gift card is as much as or more than the reward cert amount. So if it rings up at $19.99 you'll have to add something to that order or you can't use the $20 cert at all.

I used a $5 towards a $10 PSN card the other day. They don't sell Amazon GCs or anything else interesting anymore I don't think. They used to have more options. Not sure if you can use it towards a Visa GC. $5 or $6 in fees anyway I think.

Yeah that tripped me up once or twice.

I have a $5 birthday code/coupon (in store only). Will probably see if it works on a $10 PSN card.

You can't use the certs to pre order a game unless you pay for it in full at the time either.

Yeah If I can't do a regular BB gift card, I'll probably just do a PSN $20 card.

I didn't watch yesterdays episode. fuck Verizon Fios (this one is for Gator) has been out for just over 24 hours now. Lazy bastards finally working on replacing the downed line.

Actually I don't care about the spoilers. The show has gotten so predictable the last few years.

I've had TWC for about 13 years, and have no complaints. I have their 30/5 internet and it works good for me. Any time I've had a problem, they've been quick to fix it. Of course, I've heard stories to the contrary, but you'll get that no matter who your service provider is.

Just make sure to get the 'Free' premium channel upgrade for the 'Free' soft-core porn.

I did a 2chic show from 5-7 and then a 3sum show from 11-3ish. When it rains, it pours. vig - surely this isn't a thing, right? you can't (still?) buy visa cards with bby gcs anymore right? that'd take all of the hassle out of finding flips for the gamestop blue vita thing.

I guess I missed the announcement and subsequent outcry yesterday, then. I just can't figure out what the problem is. This isn't retail "exclusive" pre-order bonuses like Arkham Knight had. It's bonuses open to everyone as long as enough people pre-order. About the same as most pre-orders, except presented in tiers that you're not having to pay extra for. Maybe some people are too stupid to read about what the tiers are and think they're locking certain people out?

And complaining about the game possibly releasing 4 days early seems the most laughable part. I would love if more games came out on Fridays. And it's not the first game to do an early release for pre-orders. Seems pretty common with MMOs to give early access to those who bought early.

Probably the worst part is that none of these game writers have enough knowledge to realize Steam has already done this. Tales of Zestiria has pre-order tiers going on right now. Bioshock Infinite had a similar deal: get enough pre-orders, get more pre-order bonuses.

 
Tyler, Munky, and I are planning to stream some co-op Zombie Vikings at 8pm Eastern tonight.  Assuming that does not go too late, I will probably stream more Grow Home after we finish.  At least the Grow Home part should have a parental advisory for explicit language, but I would expect the same is needed for the Zombie Vikings part too.

 
It's mostly just interesting because this game is getting all of the hate despite not being the first to do these things.

Maybe there was just a national shortage of things to bitch about yesterday so they decided to latch onto this. People can't help but feel offended about something 24/7 and if there isn't anything available then they'll make something up.

 
Verizon changed its logo and while I normally dont care about logos either way their new one looks so...amateurish?  I mean I could have come up with that thing.  It looks like a 6 year old drew it.

Not that easy with her job. Has to have some kind of state congressional order to remove her from office since it's an elected position. And since it's an elected position that she's using to defy the Supreme Court, being found in contempt is appropriate.

Been working on that for a while... the hardest trophies is the score 600 points online and subsequent trophies before it. I'm up to 175 points... then the career mode is ridiculous because you can't sim as long as the newer ones let you

Are people talking about boosting the points?
