So in other words it looks like someone just kidnapped my ing soldier but no one's there. In fact, one of my other soldiers was standing right next to him when it happened so I decided I would make an example of him for his shitty patrol duty but I can't even use my gun at the base. I don't see any enemies running around my base and I can't find any evidence that anything happened other than what I heard/saw... everyone is just carrying on as normal. I don't know how it works, but I'm pretty sure I just unlocked the multiplayer stuff after completing mission 22. You might need to progress that far before getting to it.
