So disapoint in these Chiefs. GB able to move the ball regularly. And Chiefs offense took too long to get going.

If they can weather this first half storm, maybe GB will slow down and the Chiefs D can get a few 3 and outs like the first drive of the game.

Get the running game going grind the clock and keep Rodgers on the sidelines. Easier said than done though.

Again with the refs messing up hard counts. My.god. The Green Bay lineman is jumping up pointing at the defender BEFORE the snap. Dead ball.

*Still salty.

That's cute.

Seems Pack should be up by way more. They're dominating this game.
Also lol at Andy Reid's halftime clock management.
Yeah, but they are in such good shape. They did pretty much whatever they wanted. It all looked casual. Even if Chiefs can somehow put a few scores up, their defense just looks so feckless.

As long as they don't hand off to Starks. It's raining hard now and he's a known fumbler. Keep it in Lacy's hands.

Will be kind of boring tomorrow with no football or cereal talk.

ESPN constantly shows the worst angles in baseball games imaginable.

This is pretty great.

Warning: Theres a sorta spoiler at the end of the video if you haven't reached the end of the campaign yet. It actually flashes warning about it on the screen, but really fast.
Bookmarked.

I was just thinking today how much MGS V does to make things easier and less time consuming for the player...
wormhole extraction?... fuckING WORMHOLE EXTRACTION?!?! HELL YEAH!
... then I hit a mission that reminded me why I generally hate stealth games.

It was one of those "full stealth" levels that doesn't allow reflex mode and if one enemy sees you it's game over. So sloooooooooooooooowwww... thankfully there isn't many of those in the game.

Finally got around to watching Fury Road, it was very intense and technically impressive. Did they dub over all of Tom Hardy's lines, whenever he talked it sounded really weird. Maybe he just isn't good at doing his own ADR. It was good, but I don't know if it's the type of thing that would be very rewatchable.

Do you normally play with Reflex Mode on?

BOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Not very "rewatchable"? That movie is non-stop watchable!

............. you can turn it off?

My problem with the level isn't the "no reflex", it's the game over when an enemy sees you that sucks... it just makes me play a little slower than I normally would.
You can turn it off under Options, I think.

Yeah, by the sound of it, it'll be just as fun as those VR missions in MGS2... :wall:

Yeah, i failed that mission twice at the end... last checkpoint is at the very start of the mission so I had a little mini-rage moment.

What's the point of turning off reflex mode... higher score I assume? Is it substantial enough that it's worth doing?

Eh, not really. Time is the big factor for those sweet S rankings and the bonuses for not getting spotted/no kills. Perfect stealth bonus just means you never used reflex mode. It really depends on your playstyle and I left it on, since its a fun mechanic even if too generous at times.

I'm very insane, so I decided to plat MGS V before MGO comes. When I started checking what I'm missing besides the mission task grind, the game does a super good job of you getting to explore it and coming away with the collectibles. They needed a better system than the mission tasks in my opinion (ripping off Assassin's Creed with that stupid 100% sync, of all games) but the rest has been great.

Maybe I just didn't read it since I hadn't played the game yet, but weren't some of you talking that the Foul Play plat is easy? This shit isn't easy at all.

And that fucking in-game cloud saving shit is just straight up stupid as shit. Just save my fucking game save to my hard drive!

Since you are talking to a diabetic, I think I will go with him on this one.
Knowing he's diabetic was the impetus for the post. Both of my parents are diabetic, and my mother has severe neuropathy. She's also facing amputation.

Anyway, fruity pebbles has 12 grams of sugar, raisin bran and a banana is 30+, size and ripeness of the banana can push that higher. Total carb count is similarly lopsided. As tyler alluded to with the yogurt post, foods hyped as healthy alternatives to breakfast are often as loaded or more loaded with sugar than the unhealthy options.

Simply counting carbs isn't the be all end all of how I structure my diet. It is a huge part, but not everything. I'll get more nutritional mileage out of bran and fruit than I would from Fruity Pebbles, which only provides a large spike in my blood sugar.

I've successfully managed this for nearly a decade now, so I think I've got a handle on it. If you'd like to be my health care provider, go ahead. However, I imagine your schedule is pretty filled, what with your full-time position of being an asshole.

If you have a large container and you fill it with exactly 80oz of water to drink daily it will have a huge impact on how well your body processes sugars. You'll know you got the right amount when the jar starts to glow light fuchsia. Give it a try.

Also if you're into working out you should do this every day for an amazing transformation:

  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Squats
  • Run 10k

I don't think anyone said it was easy. It was just implied because I did it.
