Foul Play is a lot of fun. I like the timing aspect of the parry and the combos. Also its great to play a game where I can see whats going on for the most part. After playing Zombie Vikings and Dragon's Crown where I had no clue what was going on this is nice.

Killzone Mercenary looks nice for Vita and is fairly fun too. No way will I grind it out in MP or worry about finding all the intel. Too much of a PITA and grind but I will finish the story and get any easy misc trophies at least.
KZ Merc was really freaking good for a vita game.

peggle 2 plat get. piece of cake with the dlc to help cover the 180 achievements, just a little time consuming. But I like peggle. Definitely worth the $5 or whatever I paid.

Yeah I mean it looks hella better than Resistance did thats for sure. And it seems to be just as fun gameplay wise. The cut scenes are epic still too!
The only downside to KZ:M (for me, at least) is that it seems to suck the battery life out of my Vita much faster than other games, probably because of 'dem sweet graphix.

It's free game day, I have two perfectly good ps4 games from the library at home, and yet I'm still thinking about going out and picking up transformers at lunch today.  why would I do that?

edit - unrelated note: did anyone else get destiny the legendary king added to their ps4?  it showed up as if it was my most recently played game this morning (but it has the little download icon on the picture).

Sort by most expensive items first so all the RB DLC goes to the end pages?
it's a mix of new collections ($20), smaller collections ($10), even smaller collections ($5) and individual songs ($2). I figured out that I could filter by genre (although then I can't see all the hilarious new themes/avatars) but I had to stop because seeing all those tracks made me want to pick up rock band today too.

Okay I just checked and the full albums are nearly $20 each so you cant even sort by price.  So glad I dont play Rock Band.  Looks like a big money waster.

Saw that as well... is Sony seriously pulling an Apple and loading the icon on people's systems without their approval to purchase? Kinda dumb, deleted it quickly.

I watched maybe 30min of gameplay for transformers yesterday. Really want the game now, how high are the chances of that getting a drop by BF? I hate buying stuff this time of year lol, factoring in possible sale prices sucks.

You can choose the media type. So pick themes and avatars if you want to browse that wonderfulness, Mild. Or just games if you want to see games. Now game add-ons. Any of those are going to be buried in Rock Band.

Wait, so does that mean that we all have Destiny in our library forever now?! RAGE! Who do I call at Sony to complain for some free Amazon credit?

4200?!? That's a lot of people sitting there watching you with their wangs out.
yeah we have had 6000+ before, but it's been awhile. Worst part was we were 1st on the site and then about to do a ticket show which usually brings in $100+ in a few minutes and then she had to go home. I am used to camming late at night but this girl has a 7pm curfew in the week and 11pm on the weekend, so lil bit difficult to get used to.

Better make sure her ID is legit.
we never have anyone on without verifying their id first. We don't wanna get banned or in any trouble. She is 19 and totally legal. She already wants to come back today, but idk. We made $120 for mostly a 40 min double bj, so im fine with doing that often. She said she wants to just start with double bjs and do a ticket fuck show, but my girl likes to chill and flash for a bit to get viewers instead of just jumping to it. I wish I could post some pix in here but i know this site is strictly anti tits, so that kinda sucks. oh wells

Really good, betting its 30 on BF.

If was published by Ubisoft itd be 20.

also that is awesome that some of the Home trophies are Nine Inch Nails songs. I'm a fan of Reznor so seeing a warm place and eraser made me happy. It would be awesome if they were all songs tho like closer and terrible lie and the fragile etc

If I get it I'll be banking on the 25% off deal at target (putting it at ~$35-40 after redcard+tax) being as cheap as it gets for a while and that the tiv will hold somewhere. It won't get the $40 tiv but maybe $30 for a couple weeks.

this has never happened. I know it's a gag, but there's this weird mythology people on cag believe every year where the AC game (or whatever ubi game) that releases in the fall will magically be $20 on black friday a few weeks after it releases. I think the earliest an ubi game has hit the $20 mark used was something like 4-5 months after release (someone in some deals thread researched this once I think) and it's usually a full year before you can snag it new for $20. Any glitches/scams/etc notwithstanding. it's weird, I just don't know where it came from.

interestingly rayman legends is one of the few ps4 release window titles that still costs on average $40+ used or new.

Just realized that my library could potentially get Transformers Devastation since it's not M-rated. Checked. Not there. :( But they do have Blood Bowl II in the system. I put a hold in for that, but I'm 3rd in the waiting line.

For some reason, my library also hasn't ordered TD. I'll probably fill out their Suggest a Title form if they don't add it themselves within a week.

Didn't at least one Ubisoft game plummet in price within 1-2 months after its release during last-gen (PS3/360)? It seems like it takes longer for their games to drop in price now that we're in the PS4/XB1 generation.

Yes I remember at least one game dropping really fast and that caught everyones attention. Add to the fact that Ubisoft does drop prices on their games (even if it takes a year) and the perception stuck. Most developers dont drop the prices of their games like Ubi does. I think its smart to drop MSRP and think more devs should do it more regularly.

I dunno, it would've probably been ac revelations if it was anything (since I think ac3 hung on for a long long time). there was one year where something weird was going on with tru - I remember mortal kombat was being sold for like $20-30 off a couple weeks after release and I think a couple other games (including rayman origins and maybe ac:r?) got the same treatment. that may have also been the last year they did their b2g1 free; it at least seems like it's been a while. which sucks because I have $15 in rewards to burn and I'd definitely pick some stuff up this year.

Maybe Watchdogs? I know that was pretty poorly reviewed. Didn't seem like it held its value long but maybe I am wrong.

Here's one review I found http://metro.co.uk/2015/10/06/transformers-devastation-review-bayonetta-in-disguise-5423610/

From the portion of that hour long gameplay I watched yesterday I thought it seemed very Bayonetta-ish: dodge at the last second to activate slowmo, equitable weapons, temporary powerups/health potions, item crafting, combo juggling, etc. After reading the review looks like it's pretty similar, though a little more simplified.
From what I read on GFAQs, TD also has a Parry move similar to Bayonetta's (tilt the analog stick towards an attack before it connects).

I remember making comments about hey it's an Ubisoft game, it'll drop in a month. Maybe Driver SF, some of the ACs and some of the Tom Clancys.

You guys are the worst, like tyler says.

That bit i said about dropping to 20 if a ubisoft game was mostly a joke, but I dont think it needed so much discussion.

Did Pancakes say anymore about Transformers? I'm hoping he's been playing since midnight so he can give me a thorough review before I go and do my shopping after work. I can't imagine feeling too burned by this one just watching the gameplay. I also got a Bayonetta vibe from it, making it much more likely that I snatch it up.

Sorry I didn't get that far. I passed out from a 12 hour shift. I probably only played an hour so far.

Besides digging the gameplay, I really, really love the loot system. You can find common, uncommon, rare (I haven't got one yet but I assume there is on) weapons and you can even combine them to level them up. You can also raise the skills for the characters and buy skill attachments which increase things such as character health, loot drop, attack, etc.

In the first chapter (or am on two it doesn't really tell me), it is actually a lot less linear than I thought it was be. There seems to be multiple paths to get to your objective which is kind of cool.

that review guardian posted is pretty good (and looong).  sounds like a 4-5 hour campaign plus challenge rooms.  it definitely looks like fun.  all those higher difficulty+no damage trophies are probably pretty tough based on what I've seen but if the dodge/parry mechanic works well enough it should be fun to try.

Yeah combat works really well but hard + no damage is looking to be pretty insane right about now.

Also one negative you could say is that there are a lot of recycled environments

Oh and a lot of collectibles. I know people love that.

Far Cry Primal coming February 2016. Perfect timeline from announcement to release.

And it doesn't sound like there's going to be dinosaurs, which is a gigantic misstep.
