In non-football news, I'm happy with my haul from today:

I've had my eye on those two World of Nintendo toys for a long long time, but they've both been floating around $30-$45 online, so I could never bring myself to buy them. So my brother had to go to Michael's today so there's a Toys R Us right next door so I went in there and browsed a bit and bam both of those were sitting right there on the shelves! Was super excited and grabbed them right away.

Avocado plushie is from Axe Cop and cost $0.98 so I couldn't pass on it either.

I mean I do feel bad for him and all in his big record day.

But part of me wishes instead of only needing a yard for his record and getting to celebrate it in front of his home crowd, that rather he needed 100 yards, and before the game everyone just assumed that of course he will get the record.

But then he plays this bad he can't even throw for 100 yards and everyone wondering if he can even break the record today.
 
Unless he's playing with an undisclosed injury, I think it's time for him to hang it up.  It's hard to watch decline like that.

 
And shit, now he is pulled from the game. Might not play another down this season.

And before you think I'm joking, what if Oswilerwhatever throws for 3 TD's the rest of the way.

Brad johnson wasnt great but he wasn't bad. We didn't have a good run game so he had to throw a bit at least. Dilfer just handed the ball off and watched the greatest d of all time take over. They had a monster run game too with lewis.
 
I still need 30k kills for the plat in dead nation so while I will finish co op with pancakes some day who else wants to start a coop run tonight with me. Mild? Zim? Someone else mentioned it too I am sure.

I did two whole playthroughs and half a play with pancakes and some dlc and that got me 23k so I figure three more runs on co op would do it. Give or take.

Grossman put up worse in 2006. 2/12 33 yards 3 picks, -1 rushing yards, 1 fumble, 1 fumble lost. That would be -8.1 by my math if each pick is -2 points, 0 points for passing yards, -.1 yard rushing and -1 for fumble and -1 for lost fumble. A little less if you give him .04 points per passing yard but still worse than -6.6.

Of course I ordered Battlefront before the free Funko came up, but I was using it as a way to get the free bluetooth speaker so hopefully that works out. I'd re-order but I used a gift card and not sure BB wouldn't screw it up somehow.

 
Pouring them points in the CAG League and riding Charmander West and Jeremy Langford hard on my IRL league. An Eli interception seals the deal.

Shit the Packers won the Superbowl and some people still called Holmgren "Holmgrum". I'm not sure what kind of respect you are looking for but Eli won 2 SuperBowls and...well...yeah congrats on those 2 SB's but he is still Eli Manning.

Remember when Kansas City started the season 9-0? Probably not, but even if you do that team went 11-5 and lost in the wild card playoff game.

Thank god Eli went down that time. Still bad clock management. They could be down to 1:20 or so on the clock and in this same position kicking a FG.

 
Tyler, how much were those World of Nintendo toys/figurines? I didn't know Toys-R-Us sold ones like that, and that Metroid looks awesome. Did you notice any others while you were there?

They were $15, those were the only two big ones they had. Lots of the smaller 2 inch and 4 inch figures.

 
After a shitty day of football and trying to get a large settlement to 100% on fallout 4 and failing... I need something to soothe my rage. It's either sleep or porn, and it's too early for bed.
