Look, lets not get crazy here.  The Seattle defender had the ball and went to the ground with it.  It was a pick.  Done.  That was the right call.  Just because other calls were fucked up doesnt mean they should fuck up this one. 

 
I just finished up playing Tales from the Borderlands again and ended up with an entirely different group at the end.  Between the 2 playthroughs I somehow managed to have every possible character at the end.  It was really cool to see the differences.

The PS3 engine does still suck ass though.  I am sure everyone likely knew that already.

 
Purportedly amazon is going to have some 15% off preorders deal tomorrow. Even more purportedly it'll be applied to existing preorders. I'm guessing not actually, but I'll be prepared for a good laugh with those cheap uncharted 4 or kh3 preorders.

Is Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth1 worth $6?  I already kind of hate that it's not PSTV compatible.  But I know relatively nothing about these games.

I think my furniture building days are over. What a pain in the ass. The TV stand is done, though. Taking everything off the old TV stand and setting it back up will have to wait for another day.

Yet the retired official that they consult during the game said he didn't maintain possession through the end of the play and was out of bounds so it should be an incomplete pass.

Well going by the letter of the law of the new rules yeah he is right. But its a dumb rule. The dude had it and controlled it long enough to me that its a catch. He made a "football move" by taking it to the ground with the other guy on him but whatever yeah the new rule says thats not a catch. I am just going by what we used to call a catch for a hundred years. Its getting to the point where I am close to saying get rid of instant replay except for scoring plays. I am tired of all the complaining. No matter what people want to complain so let them complain without having to look at every fucking split hair.

Which doesn't mean it's absolute truth. The announcers had a good point comparing it to balls and strikes in baseball, it's all subjective based on who sees it and at what angle they see it at.

I agree but that illustrates my point. They can't even agree after review because of interpretation, which appears to be getting worse and even more inconsistent.

Corpse Party: Blood Drive is OK so far. Only 2 characters (out of the 10 or so I've seen) seem likable because everyone else is stupid and/or an a-hole. It's annoying how there's a loading screen when anything happens or I pause the game.

I don't even really care about that specific play and it's effect on the game, I was making a joke due to the fail mary that screwed my team a few years ago. I'm neither a Steeler nor a Seahawk fan or hater for that matter. However all this nonsense of interpretation is ruining the credibility and enjoyment of NFL games.

This is why try to limit my complaints about the specific Packers "issues". I'll shut up if you prefer.

 
2/3 of the zombie army trilogy complete. this game is good stupid fun. I've had really good luck with randoms joining in on sniper elite which is good since quick match never lands me in a high difficulty game (why can't difficulty be a search option?).

dust on the other hand, not my favorite so far. the constantly regenerating enemies are a nuisance. not that anyone but me would care, but having the right stick mapped to dodge is annoying over remote play since it's incredibly easy to tap it when hitting cross on the vita.

I knew what you were referring to. I dont mind discussing it. I just wish we went back to the old rules of did he get catch the ball and get two feet down? Thats a catch. Who cares what happens after hitting the ground.

I "played" it tonight and it was awesome. None of the characters annoyed me during my under 1 minute platinum playthrough :)

Yeah I was being sarcastic anyway, I'll never shut up! I hope people don't think I am angry or serious when I make comments here. I can't keep putting "lol" after everything dammit.

We have Tom Brady and his fumble/open hand/tuck rule to blame for all this interpretation. As a lifelong football fan I believe I know what a catch and a fumble/incomplete pass is, yet pretty much every week I am proven wrong.

Not so sure its a bad injury for him, he was putting weight on it and moving it before getting on the cart.

WTF is up with the 4th timeout? Denver player injured, no to left. They put 40 back on clock and then wound the clock. If its a timeout its then a dead ball youd think.

Either way, still got the FG and gostkowski nailed it.

Apparently it's storyline is somewhat meta with a lot of video game references. the 4 clans (who have been in constant conflict for years) represent the four major Video game systems manufacturers: Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, and Sega (Lowee, Lastation, Leanbox, and Planeptune). Each of them worship a God, a Console Patron Units (CPU). One day 3 clans decide to get together to wipe out the Sega surrogate and their God is defeated and loses her memory. You play her, Neptunia.

That's what some people are assuming, but that's just the Demon's Souls PS3 Deluxe edition box. It's all the Sony Soul game exclusives stacked together. Could mean something, or not. I would think it would make more sense to remaster Dark Souls 1 before DeS since it would bring all of them to the same console and could be sold on Xbox. Unless Sony is going to pay for it / do it to have something else on the system (cheaper than developing a new game from scratch) and possibly drum up interest for a sequel since they own the Demon's Souls IP.

Back from the game and catching up on the thread.

If I wasn't clear, I'm not calling for less flags to be thrown at my team. We have been near the top of the league in penalties for several years in a row. I'm OK with that. Refs get some right and they get some wrong.

I'm not ok with the apparant whistle swallowing that happens on whoever plays the Seahawks week to week for the last few seasons. Whoever the team is, they miraculously have a banner day for clean playing.

There are articles, statistics and Carroll has talked about it. But anymore, the only thing he says is I don't know what to say about it, or I can't explain it.

Don't mind me. Just typical fan bitching at its best.
