The only good thing about freebirds is their monster burrito, which I always regret after finishing it in one go.

I was going to to go to Qdoba after it being mentioned in the thread but got some Dominios since all pizzas are half off whoop whoop.
I usually get the bowl and some chips to mix in. I've had Bullritos a couple of times but think Freebirds beats them.

alright all should i continue with Narcos even though I think its boring?  Will it get better?  Or is this new Jessica Jones show worth trying?   Is the chick in it hot?

I can't believe I'm thinking this but I'd rather stream the PS2 games for $20/month through PS Now than buy them again outright.

Full List of PS2 games launching tomorrow:

 • Dark Cloud — $14.99
 • Grand Theft Auto III — $14.99
 • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City — $14.99
 • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas — $14.99
 • Rogue Galaxy — $14.99
 • The Mark of Kri — $14.99
 • Twisted Metal: Black — $9.99
 • War of the Monsters — $9.99
Prices kind of suck IMO.

A little higher than I thought they'd be. Wouldn't mind playing Vice City for some trophies, but I'll probably hold off for a bit. Maybe wait for the inevitable PS2 20 year anniversary sale in 2020....

I stopped by Target and while there was a bunch of new clearance stuff, the only thing worth grabbing was a PS3 Lightning Returns: FFXIII steelbook for $9.98. Would anyone here be interested in it? I already own one.
are you with your lady friend or did you "accidentally" go into the ladies room first?
Lady friend gave me a full report from her extended trip to the bathroom.

I might be. I'll drop by a local store on the way to/from work/near home/whatever/now I'm just being annoying and if there isn't one there, I'll hit you up.

Do you have the DPCI by any chance? Might pick it up if there are any in my area.

Edit - Nvm, stopped being lazy and found it in the Target thread. 207-24-0811 if anyone else needs it.

Think I'll spend the evening seeing if the kids want to watch the 1st Harry Potter movie and giving them baths.

Just another thrilling Friday night.

It would be nice if those who purchased the previous version of the game for PS3 could get a discount when purchasing them for PS4, but I guess that's a pipe dream.

I started Hatoful Boyfriend and this game is... (spoilered for dramatic effect)

By the by gamedealdaily is selling those psn 20% codes for $3.50. There's an iffy history for some there but if you're thinking about a digital splurge it might be worth rolling the dice.

Yeah, I told htz he might want to run posting deals for that website by cheapy since dr frielgood was blacklisted from posting deals for his site for that minecraft fiasco.

What this PS2 business may also be about is trying to restart IPs that either didn't have releases in the previous generation (like Dark Cloud, Mark of Kri, War of the Monsters, and Rogue Galaxy) or who had sequels that were not well received / sold poorly (Twisted Metal).

I really think this whole thing was a marketing snafu. When they were teasing this, they never should have said they were bringing emulated PS2 games to PS4. They should have just said they had plans to remaster more PS2 games, add trophies and release digitally. Talking about emulation got everyone's hopes up, and now we have people acting like spoiled children throwing temper tantrums because they can't get everything they want for free.

GAF really shocks me. That place has gone in the shitter in about the last 6 months. Now we have people who were perfectly happy with their PS4 when it didn't play PS2 games, but now that it will play a handful of them they think it's the biggest travesty in the world. I can't wait to see what the next invented outrage will be about.

But enough of that.  I really want to see gameplay for these GTAs to make sure they aren't mobile ports, and I want to see trophy lists!  I think I'm definitely picking up GTA3, Vice City, Dark Cloud and Rogue Galaxy.  Maybe I should chance one of those 20% off codes.

I'll probably grab Rogue Galaxy right away. No way I'm touching any of the games I bought as PS2 classics until they go on sale for a few dollars or less, though.
