TFTB Plat get.

Rate it above both TWD seasons, but still not as good as TWAU to me. Would definitely play season 2 of it though.

Got GoT to play too now, prolly take a break from telltale though and play it in a week or two.

FInally wrapped up the Mad Max story tonight...I have one region left to clear and I think I'll be done with the game.  Not gonna bother with all the archangel or optional camp stuff at this point...

Sounds like you hit the wall with it same as I did. I only had a few trophies left for the plat but just couldnt bring myself to play it any more, especially to clear all the spots for the one trophy.

I liked the game pretty well overall though.

You can do it! I haven't been gaming much between work, traveling and the holidays. When I do it's Fallout 4 on XB1.

Speaking of traveling... I'm heading up to Phoenix right now. My sister's going into labor. The baby should be here sometime tonight. If she's born tonight she'll share a birthday with my good friend. Otherwise tomorrow is her official due date and she'll be born 4 days after me, 7 after my cousin and 5 before my mom. Lots of December babies in the family.

Yeah pretty much....I'll get another 3 or so this weekend (scarecrows, snipers, and camps) but what's left isn't all that appealing especially with so many other games in my backlog. Plus I need a decent amount of scrap to finish building all these stupid archangels which I'm too lazy to grind for.

She's still working on it. Going natural without drugs. I give her credit for being a trooper. It's still gonna be awhile.

Fallout for life! The avatar everyone else is sporting was my original avatar on CAG. I didn't change it for a few years. It's an oldie but goody.

We should have a category for best new IP. And maybe best remake/remaster/rerelease/whatever.

Is it wrong that I'm happy Tomb Raider didn't chart? It ranked in the #20-30 range and only sold 200K copies. fuck third party exclusivity deals.

Also PS4 sold 1539K consoles and One sold 1296K according to a guy from the GAF thread.

Yeah Pete that Battlefront footage is nuts.

Talks with the ex got a little rough at one point but we left on the same page and I think we're finally close to putting this mess behind us.

 
If I had pitfall pockets I'd buy that Retron 5 for $80 from Newegg. It's something that interests me but I see it as more of a novelty item than something I'd actually use alot.

I think a lot of us bought it earlier this year. It was $2.99 in April. If the same approach holds true, though, you'd have to re-buy it for a version with trophies.

Yeah of course I know I'd have to re-buy it, but that'd give me more of an incentive to actually play it. I have a pretty impressive lineup of PS1 rpgs from PSN sales but I just don't see myself ever having time for them. Such a shame.

Maybe one day when Vitas are dirt cheap I'll finally grab one and use it for an rpg machine when I don't have time for my main consoles.

 
I was looking through my download list for stuff I've forgotten to re-download after swapping my PS3 hard drive a while back and spotted Duke Nukem 3D. I now have a strong urge to play it for some odd reason.

I received two for the same weapon (good). I need to get 5 headshots or 10 kills with the CS22 misfortune weapon. I did an air drop for that weapon this morning and tried to get 10 kills in 5 seconds but ran out enemies the few times I tried for it. Will have to work on a base or something with it.

I'm pretty much done with solo collectible hunting in the first third of zat. Playing the game solo is an entirely different experience. I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone, it's certainly not as fun. But it does make me appreciate the game more. You basically do one thing over and over for the entire game (shoot zombies in the face) but they somehow make it interesting.

I played through half the campaign and intend to get back to it. Every other person in the thread who fired it up hated it, though. The maps haven't aged very well--everybody keeps having to look at guides just to figure out where to go since so many of the keys and doorways are hidden in weird places.
