Full disclosure almost messed it up the first time, but I hit preview on posts before posting actual spoilers because who wants to be the ass that fucks up a spoiler tag?
Yeah I've been previewing all my posts as well. It's just the responsible thing to do. I didn't really want to get it started here, but I wanted to talk about the movie, so I did. lol

That's why you just don't start with shots. Shots are for 3-4 drinks in when it doesn't matter any more.
Unfortunately I am too old to do it like that now. I had Fireball for the first time and other shots after a few drinks a few months ago when I went to that FSU pub crawl in Ybor. Bad decision.

Its pussy, get it right. Also no I have actually tried a cosmo and it was pretty gross. If I could have one girly drink it would be a Shirley Temple. Sadly, the non alcoholic kind. At Red Lobster. When I was 10.
I dont use that word, its a microaggression against women.

And cats.

You lost me at microagression. Did you just make up that word?
http://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/seminars/Tool_Recognizing_Microaggressions.pdf

Unfortunately I did not.

"Microaggressions are the everyday verbal, nonverbal, and environmental slights, snubs, or insults, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative messages to target persons based solely upon their

marginalized group membership"

Absolutley if you havent played it. I am thinking of buying it if I find it that cheap and I already beat the PS3 version. I really enjoyed it. But didnt you just say you thought the new one on X1 was just okay? If so, it wont blow your mind since they are similar.
I like the new X1 version for sure. It actually reminds me less of Uncharted and more of TLOU without the zombie element since you're constantly scavenging, upgrading weapons, etc. I had completely spaced though that I have TR:DE on my X1 cause of Games with Gold and I'm trying to avoid double-dipping on current-gen so I will pass for now. My store had 3-4 copies though if you're interested I'll pick one up for you tomorrow.

Thanks man, but dont worry about it. It isnt a must have. Ill get it if I happen to see it one day otherwise I already played it on PS3 so I am good.

What a bunch of idiots. Forbes.com has a new splash page that tells if you have an ad blocker or not and cant see their site unless you unblock them.

Goodbye forbes, wont miss you that much.

I am in the parking lot next to Target and am tempted to buy it again. Must resist. Played it on both PS3 and PS4. Didn't get plat though.

We're all fucked since that fucking CISA deal got thrown into that budget that Congress passed and Obama's going to sign off on.

Gator I'm about to grab a 6 pack even though I haven't heard back from you yet. My last experience with an IPA was Terrapin Hopsecutioner and I couldn't finish it, but I see that the ibus are lower for the sweetwater ipa so I'll give it a shot.

My only problem with the new star wars is that Jar Jar was only in half the movie when he should've been in every single frame.

But for real, spoilers:

I think they could've stuck a loooooot closer to the new hope formula.  So I have no problem with the amount they did.  The original movies really set up the framework for how a trilogy goes, so even if they weren't trying to tap into nostalgia and make everyone remember the originals (and forget the prequels) it was going to stick close to it.  Other than BB-8 (who is an astromech droid so complaining about him being too much like R2-D2 is like complaining that there were spaceships in this movie and they already did spaceships in the previous movies), the new characters, personality wise, are different from anything else before.

I had no problem with Han and Leia continuously saying "son" about Kylo.  For the characters, that's how they still see him even after everything, but for the script it gives it more impact that you first hear his real name when Han calls out to him.  It's also just emphasizing how the whole saga is all about family and whatnot.

As for Kylo Ren himself, I'm unsure.  I have no problem with the actor.  I think it's all going to depend on what happens with him in 8 and 9.  In the first half of the movie, he's a total badass that you don't want to cross (when he catch's Poe's laser shot in the very beginning was sweet), but then he's kind of an emo chump in the second half.  The fact that he was trained by Luke and Snoke and he lost in a light saber battle to someone who had never used a saber or the force before that day was...not great.  I think if he gets more pure evil and less wishy washy for the next movies until his eventual redemption at the end of 9 (or they at least have more Snoke and show how powerful he is so there is some sort of big bad for us to focus on), it can be ok.  They'll also eventually delve more into what happened with him turning evil and killing all the other jedi trainees, I assume, so that can also up his intimidation factor.  If they keep showing Kylo struggling with his identity and being a baby, in 10 years, we'll all be saying "yeah, the sequel trilogy was passable, but Kylo was such a little bitch" like we do with Anakin in the prequels.

They obviously do imply Rey's parentage, but then who's her mother?  In Empire, Vader being Luke's father, and not just someone who killed his father, was actually a big surprise when it first came out.  I'm hoping they actually do something surprising with this too, but we'll all see.

Yeah just try it man. It is a good IPA at least. I hate IPAs but have gotten more used to them as I drink more beers. I still dont love them like Gator thinks I should/would but I can drink Jai Alai now without much trouble.

Mix six or all same? Grab Founders Breakfast stout if they got it.

Price matched a BlueRay/CD set at BB. Was told they don't scan the BB rewards card when you price match? Is that true? Doesn't really matter since I paid with gift cards so no points anyway. Just never was told that. Might just to add it on their website anyway. Doubt I will make $1500 this year anyway.

Not true.

Didn't think so. He is usually pretty good at his job. Will Chalk it up to holiday madness. He dealt with a ball buster for like 30 mins before me. Manager was still dealing with her when I left.

Anytime I've ever price matched at BB they scan the rewards card anyway. Just add it via the website.

Early impressions of Sweetwater ipa are good. It's bitter but it fits if that makes sense, since there is lots of grapefruit flavor with this one.

those no-rush shipping credits you get from amazon, do they work on PSN cards?

Anyways, they have the complete series of Seinfeld on sale for $50, couldn't pass it up even though I don't watch DVDs very regularly anymore.

Damn, thats a great deal. I got the DVD set by itself for that price back in March. One thing to note is that the packaging on this is really shitty so I hope you have a DVD binder you can store the discs in. You also should test all the discs to make sure theres no issues right away.

Yeah I put the card down. He ignored it. After he got an override I ask him to scan it and said we don't on price matches. Gonna add it online.
