It's already sold out, actually.

There is this uber-depressing St. Jude's Hospital commercial that has a bunch of young children with cancer on it. It airs on this Buzzr game show channel all the time.

So I'm watching Match Game where everyone is just being crazy and stupid and having fun and taking it easy, and then BAM a nice stern reminder that thousands of children get cancer every year.

Thanks Buzzr.

More like Buzzkillr.

The Gillette Company is suing online razor supplier Dollar Shave Club in federal court for patent infringement.
The lawsuit filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Delaware claims that Dollar Shave Club is selling products that infringe on patented technology, including a blade coating used on Gillette products such as the Mach3, Venus and Fusion razors. Boston-based Gillette, a subsidiary of Procter and Gamble, says it owns all rights, title and interest in the patent. A spokeswoman for Dollar Shave Club, based in Venice, California, says the company is looking into the lawsuit but has no comment at this time.

Not exactly shocking Gillette would do this since it reeks of "Hey yous dollar shave guys are cutting into our overpriced racket."

I just saw a more upbeat St Judes commercial with Jimmy Kimmel and 2 little bald girls. It only got depressing when they showed Marlo Thomas and her disgusting plastic surgery face at the end.

They must have gotten sick of Dollar Shave Club shaving off their profit margin.

New Japanese trailer for that World of Final Fantasy game on PS4/Vita:

This looks...better than I expected, and perfect for Vita.

Amazon has a promo for a free code to get a digital copy of Kung Fu Panda in HD.

When you purchase any other Movie, TV show or TV episode on Amazon Video you will get an email with a code to redeem for a free, digital HD copy of "Kung Fu Panda"

However, I pre-ordered the Force Awakens Blu Ray and the promo showed up in my email.

I'm sure world of final fantasy will be fun. Most of those non-mainline ff games are.

I got a star wars related trophy tonight so my trophy card could participate in the hype.

My brother bought a wireless mouse on our shared account and I got a copy of kung fu panda.

I bought a bunch of books for Christmas presents and got the code.

Mission to Mars is a terrible movie, but the wife and I can't stop watching it. Connie Nelson is easy on the eyes, though.

Yeah I got it this morning too and have no idea what I could have bought that activated it.

Im a pussy. Straight shots of anything burn so I like mixed drinks. #dontcarecallmeapussyallyouwant
Whatever gets the job done homie, when I drink I absolutely need a chaser for the first few and then it doesn't matter anymore. I rarely drink these days at all though, I'd much rather be crumbling the herb.

Just got back from Force Awakens. It was good. The script was miles ahead of the prequel trilogy and quite a bit better than the original trilogy IMO. The new characters were good (mostly) and the returns were solid as well. The pacing felt super fast, maybe a bit too much so. There were lots of small dialogue bits and action bits that were very fun, which definitely called back the feel of the original movie but better IMO. Overall I liked it quite a bit and this gave me hope for the remaining movies.

Story/character stuff:

The black dude looked weird as hell in his stormtrooper armor. It just didn't look right at all--he's a big guy and it just didn't work on his frame. His other outfits were fine, but that one was goofy as fuck .

Darth Solo started out really cool and his initial show of force powers was neat and felt much more impressive than what we'd seen from earlier movies. Unfortunately the powers and his character both kind of fell in quality afterwards. He seemed badass at first but by the end felt more like Anakin from ep2 than Darth Vader. He was just too whiny and insecure and I didn't really buy him as the bad guy he'd supposedly been for years.

The movie borrowed too much from ep4. That was the weakest point of the film by far. The script was solid, the actors and characters were good, the action felt much more visceral than any of the other six movies, and the tone of adventure and humor was spot on. It was all brought down a notch by the overwhelming feeling that the movie was just regurgitating what had been done before. Still a good movie, but that hurt it.

After Death Star mk2 got blows up and they flew the Falcon back to Leia was really the only absolutely terrible scene in the movie. Leia walks right past Chewy, who had been Han's best bud for decades, and instead gives a hug to the girl who knew Han for like 10 minutes.

I'm not sure if the girl is Luke's daughter. I just don't buy him leaving her on a desert planet to fend for herself for over a decade. No idea whose kid she could be if not his, but if she is Luke's I don't know if they'll be able to sell me on the abandonment angle.

Not a perfect movie by any means but definitely worth going to see in theaters, I think.

Here's what you've been waiting for, Tyler:

This looks great. All the cinematics make me really want to start playing the games. I've got 1.5 and 2.5 but haven't started either yet. KH3 gameplay looks gorgeous, too. A lot more active than I remember BBS PSP being.

I wasn't aware that KH3 is coming to XB1. Not sure how that works.

I bitched about her walking past Chewy for a solid 15 minutes

Anyone try that F2P Casino thing on PS4?  I played it for about an hour earlier in the week, reminded me too much of Home, same chat menu, same options to dance, etc, the Bingo game didn't seem to work, buggy where there's massive frame rate drops and slowdown when leaving a table and trying to move for a few seconds, seemed to freeze up after a spin of the Big 6 wheel so I quit.
