Putting dlc codes in GOTY or complete editions really fucks up selling used games (I know, I know...that's why they do it that way). Unless of course you are a dick like 50% of the sellers and say you never tried the codes (bullshit) and they may or not work. I'd love to pass along this Far Cry 4 complete edition but it's just the vanilla version. 

The Yeti dlc was ok I guess, nothing special. It's mostly searching for weapons and defending your base from attacks at night. Fighting Yeti is kind of cool, especially when you aren't aware they are there and suddenly they start chasing you. Once you get one of the top weapons though they are too easy to kill.

In comparison, according to TrueTrophies, I unlocked 1322 trophies in 91 games.

There was just a lot of people checking each other out, groping, etc. I often get the sexy looks from the ladies when I'm carting around 4 kids solo and we're not miserable (my wife explains it as some female fuck and run instinct which I don't understand) but it was pervasive today. Probably a gas leak as others noted.

Utah guy catches the ball off of a screen and gets called for travelling. Nitpicky since they don't call it often but, ok. Duke guy does same thing in OT and nothing is called, no mention by Dukie V at all. I see why it is so easy to point shave in basketball. This shit drives me nuts, I'll stick with the half assed NFL refs.

Did he even touch him? Dickie V keeps criticizing Utah but nearly every bad play he's been wrong about. The center wasn't even in the low post to throw the ball to. The refs are giving every and any call to Duke When possible.

That would be a foul on Utah if roles were reversed.

It really is. It's sad too because as a kid it was my favorite sport. Lets just remember how bad basketball referees are when we watch the NFL playoffs.

I think it was mostly guacamelee and project spark but even then I think theyre including app time because I mostly use the bone for sling and espn. Crimson dragon was my most played game and ive never fired it up
 
If anyone decides they want to go to the trouble of getting the 150m trophy on star wars pinball, I highly recommend the Darth Vader table. I actually had to let my last ball drain after a while because I didn't want to play anymore and I had already crushed zimm's score so badly.

We don't watch a ton of DVDs or Blurays. I think for the most part they are cheaply made no matter brand. Sony owns a good chunk of the movie studios so we bought one of those maybe 4 years ago. Moved a year ago and haven't hooked it up. We have a off brand one hooked up. It will play any region DVDs. There is some times a bit of static on the screen. Oppo makes some higher end stuff but for most people I think most of the name brands should be fine.

I would probably stick to a name brand and get what is on sale.
 
I am such a fighting game scrub. Truly awful. I think I won 1 out of 10 or so this afternoon with zangief.

If you like olden days street fighter though this might be worth picking up. It seems like they've toned the base level complication down (there's generally 4 special moves per character, execution seems more lenient, etc). Online will still be painful of course but at least in my 9+ losses I could hang in there.
 
Free Summit Brewery tour gave me four free sample tokens. I'm feeling pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty good.

Then Rollergirls roller derby in a couple hours!

After finishing Jessica Jones I wasn't sure what to watch next on Netflix. Last night I started Broadchurch which also has David Tennant. It's about a boy who is murdered in a small coastal town where only minor crimes happen. The murder rocks the town.

I watched 2 out of 8 episodes in the season and it's been interesting. Everyone has their secrets and is a suspect. I'll probably finish the season over the weekend. There's a 2nd 8 episode season on there too but I'm not sure if it's a different case or what.

I liked the second season a lot more than the first. Same characters, different case + happenings which are fallout from the first case.

I end up mostly with disc only games that are missing from my collection like lost planet 1, I went ahead and got that silent hill collection too, Pure, and then I picked up Spider-man: Web of Shadows for $11 and a few other misc..

I've never watched Broadchurch, but I watched Gracepoint when it aired on Fox. I guess it had a different killer than Broadchurch S1. By most accounts that watched both versions, it was worse than the British show.
