Why do you need a college degree to contribute to a conversation though? Plenty of smart people don't have degrees. If there is shit you are interested in and want to talk to others about look shit up and educate yourself on that subject so you can talk intelligently about it.

I wouldn't say I HATE my job. But if I hit the lotto like pitfall I would put in 4 weeks notice. I would give my boss a chance to get up to speed with what I am doing. I might consult for a few months (if they wanted it) to get the new guy up to speed. I am under no delusions that I am unreplaceable but it would take them some time to go through the hiring process. What are you doing, content-wise? Focusing on the story missions or side stuff? Outside of getting swarmed I don't recall the game ever being particularly difficult so I'm curious what you're doing to be having so much trouble.
I don't recall having much trouble with this game. I would say the beginning is the hardest part, only because as you unlock more upgrades you become almost hilariously overpowered. Go find some collectibles and stick to side missions that aren't too frustrating. You'll get some decent upgrades soon. You will of course have to do some story stuff to unlock new abilities.
According to the tracker I have done 7 story missions. This morning I stayed away from other story missions and was picking off some of the captains or whatever they are. Unlocking some skills and points. Got the one for stomping the ground where it blasts everyone near you.
Ah dang. I guess when I checked at around 730 it must have just finished up. Oh well, extra sleep was worth it.
As long as they don't magically somehow lose the war you'll get said gold trophy for completing a planet in a successful war when the other 2 races are defeated and that's the last community trophy.
Can I report their shitty trophy list here? After playing it they could have done so much better with it instead of throwing the lazy minimum at it.

I think the assault on the homeworld planet should count as one, but to play it safe you can always complete another planet by doing a couple of lvl 1 missions.

You don't have to do anything. If you've completed a planet (which you do when you do a defense mission, homeworld assault, or complete all 2-3 missions on a planet in a normal sector) then when the war is done, you'll get the gold trophy.
