To replay a level after seeing the score select load. It resets your progress to what it was at the start of that level you are redoing. So if you finish mission 4 and retry mission 2 you will have to replay mission 3 and 4 to get to 5. So best to decide if you want to retry for a heroic victory before moving on to the next level.
That's the way my grandma would make them, which is why that's the only way I'll eat them. My mom being a transplanted mid-Westerner she can't stand collard greens, so the only time I had them growing up was at grandma's.
