That was me, actually. And after setting that time, I received word that my grandfather's chemo treatments were ended due to ineffectiveness, pulled a Mild and slept for about 30 minutes, started work at 6 AM, got in a car accident at 3:30 PM, got home around 7:30 PM PST and immediately slept for about an hour.

Fully expecting to get fired tomorrow, break up with my fiancee, and become homeless in the process. OK, so I'm not fully expecting it, but I'd laugh if it happened.

RDR: Working until late evening Friday, but I can do the Saturday/Sunday evenings.

The new Doom is looking pretty badass. Wonder if I should toss Doom 3 out of the ol' backlog and just wait for the new one.

Well the ex and I are all set to sign our final agreement soon, but now based on what my kid is telling me I'm having second thoughts. I'm pretty sure her brother, his wife, her three kids, and her new boyfriend have all moved in to the two bedroom mobile home with them. He says he can't even get into his room because it's such a mess, and I guess they're all piled in his room sleeping in there because he says he has to sleep in the bed with his mom and her new boyfriend. He never gets to play the PS3 I just bought him because they are always playing it. All this would bother me more if he was actually down there much, but she usually doesn't pick him up until 9 or so from my Mom's house IF she even does. Just long enough for him to sleep there and go to school. He cries actual tears every time he has to go back. He won't even take his DS or his tablet down there because he's afraid one of those kids will break his shit like they have most of his other stuff. I really should be cutting my Mom a check for child support each week as she feeds him every meal he gets during the week, picks him up from school, and bathes him. And he's either with her or me on the weekends; I don't pressure him and let him go where he feels like being which usually ends up about 50/50 between me and his grandparents.

The thing is if I go to court just my word against hers, I'm almost guaranteed to lose. My parents don't want to get involved really because they're afraid she'll turn vengeful and they'll lose him. At this point my best bet may be to just sign the agreement and get it over with and just resolve the matter through other avenues if she keeps screwing up. Thoughts and prayers needed, PSNOT.

 
Backlog: Document all that. Everything he tells you, everything you see for yourself, everything she or her family says, etc.. Even if you can't do anything right now with enough ammo you might be able to. Also did you confirm with your lawyer that you don't have a chance or is that just an assumption you're making?

She already has the leg up since she lied to a judge to get primary custody at the beginning of this whole thing, so yeah without some credible witnesses (my parents) in there with me I'm toast. If they'd interview my son like some states do I'd call right now for a court date, I'd win without a doubt. Sadly it doesn't work like that in Ga.

Definitely get all of that documented. ASAP, every time he mentions it. Have your parents document as well. I know you said they don't want to get directly involved, but they should be able to at least help you document for now so you have a better chance in the future if it becomes necessary to take action. If you can show the judge and your lawyer that you're very clearly doing what you're required to do as far as picking him up on time, support payments, etc and also can provide clear documentation of where she's failing as a primary caretaker you should be able to regain custody. Regardless of her ovary having status.

Like Therm said, I'm not sure how much you've spoken with your lawyer about it, but you might want to bring it up again. If they can't help you push for custody now, they may be able to better lead you in the right direction for what exactly you'll need to make sure you've got the best shot in the future.

Well no shit something was left unsaid. Dropping that show to make that steaming turd John from Cincinnati still pisses me off. I am happy to know they are doing something to at least attempt to wrap things up, but I am pissed they don't just bring the show back. I realize anything at this point will probably not be close to what it was back then though.

If nothing else we should get a couple more Swearengen cocksucker exclamations at least.

 
I also played through magic sword for the first time this morning (as the B side to the final fight double impact psn release).  that game isn't that great either, I was pretty surprised since I thought I'd heard positive stuff about it.  I never saw it in the arcades as a young'un.

Had you never played Streets of Rage before? If so then I get it. But if you played it when released and didnt like it....thats weird. Like not liking pineapple weird.

For instance I played Final Fight, but not when it released. Only after I played Streets of Rage. And I thought Final Fight was a much more basic Streets of Rage. Which makes sense since Final Fight was an earlier game.

yeah, mostly I'm just fuck ing around because I remember that there's a lot of love for streets of rage in the thread. I'd seen it before but never played it until the past couple years and didn't actually play through the whole game until this morning. I played a lot of Final Fight as a kid though. I'm not sure either one is more basic than the other (streets of rage has some extra moves and an extra playable character but seemingly fewer enemy types and (my opinion) waaaay crummier graphics). they're pretty much the exact same game, but I definitely have the nostalgia for Final Fight (and the fact that Capcom carried forward a lot of the characters in to fighting games later).

Such a good show. I'd be happier if they confirmed a new season, even an abbreviated one, but I'll take what I can get.

Well of course nobody expects him to do that. I am the only one that unstable. He will use a turbo controller to afk some fighting games though and those trophies are worth a lot more points than that shit I have been playing.

Not to mention 1400 points is one semi-decent platinum, not 3.

 
yeah i got 1700 points from that patton history plat and that only took 2 days. It will probly drop tt points soon, but not too much. I can't believe I'm the only guy to plat that game since last march

 
You could make up 1400 tt points playing all episodes of TWD S1. I could have made my tt goal if I'd bothered to play it over the holidays. But I couldn't bring myself to sit through all that... adventuring?

Can other players mess up your game in diablo 3 with the items they give you? I remember in borderlands you would have to be careful cuz if you joined keep your insides inside mission or something like that it would glitch your game. Some guy jumped in my game last night (actually my sons game) and started dropping all these viper legendaries and firewalker boots etc. I was worried they might mess his game up or something but he was so happy to be getting all these yellow/orange items. just checking, thanks guys.

also bums/vig, do you guys have co op partners? Derek/Mild/Wren/Cro already have their hardcore team locked down and i dont think they are co op ing with anyone else. Iv been playing with natewayne and sillycrazymonkey and achtungcastile, some clan buddies, but hit me up if you wanna co op it. peace
