PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

I noticed that a couple nights ago, but since the game was so cheap, I just deal with it.
I cleaned the screen and that helped to reduce the touch screen errors some, but some of it is just a matter of design flaws such as the meat bins being smaller than the size of your fingertip so its easy to accidentally grab the meat that is above the bin you want. Either making the meat bins larger or creating thicker barriers between the stacked bins would have helped with that. The order up stations also being about as narrow as your fingertip and pressed up right against each other makes it much harder to deliver orders if there are 3-4 orders waiting.

It's always depressing doing the taxes after I add my wife's income in.

(For some reason her income decreases my refund by 2/3 rd.)

My mood improves when I get to the rebate and credit part and the refund goes back up to where it was.

You know, I think I read so much on GAF over the years about how Uncharted hasn't aged well that I started to believe it.  Well, as usual, they're full of shit.  This game is still crazy good, and I can't wait to replay the next two as well, especially the second.

Time for Brutal.  I think the only part that's going to really suck is the jeep chase.

Love the name of this trophy haha

I think im getting quite a few trophies through sheer dumb luck. Didnt even try for this one, it just popped for me randomly on last mission.
So are you enjoying Helldivers? I saw you playing yesterday afternoon when I finally launched the game for the first time. I only did the tutorial stuff, though. Unfortunately, none of my other PSN friends have been playing that game as far as I've noticed.

Anyone ever used an ethernet switch like this?

http://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-TL-SF1005D-5-port-100Mbps-Desktop/dp/B000FNFSPY/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1457309509&sr=1-1&keywords=ethernet+splitter

I'm assuming I just plug in the ethernet cord from modem to this and then use the ports to connect to my wired devices?
Yep, and yep. At least I assume you mean router when you say modem. Maybe your DSL modem has a built in router though.

Assuming your DSL modem is really a router that should work just fine.

What is currently plugged into the DSL modem/router? It only has one Ethernet port on it?

What is the make/model of the DSL modem?

Gatored..

If you have 4 ports on your existing router you can daisy chain this switch and get 7 usable ports out of it.

You guys have inspired me to go through my movies and redeem all the digital copies... sitting at a little over 50 atm.

For anyone with experience dealing with this... is there a way to use the old digital disc copies (that instruct you to use windows and itunes) and combine them with the uv library?  And if so, is it worth it?  Seems like there would be a lot of hoops to jump through if it was even possible, but I have quite a few of them that I like a lot.

Finished Shadow of Mordor this afternoon.  I might try the DLC tomorrow.  Is one better then the other?

Game is much better after you level up.  But as others have said once you level up it is almost too easy.

Yea its a good coop game. I mostly just jump on for a little bit at a time and get into random missions, quicker to gain xp by going with a mission thats already started.

Send me an invite if you are playing and im online.

I enjoyed them both. They both have time trials that are by far the hardest part of the game (the Lord of the Hunt one moreso), but they're both optional unless you want the trophies for them (they're not part of the story).

And then there's even more hoops to jump through depending on where you want to watch your movies at.

Vudu isn't avaliable on FireTV so you'd have to switch over to Roku if you have movies for that.

Disney movies are only on the Disney Movies Anywhere app (which is integrated with the FireTV so you don't need to switch to an app to watch the movie)

And then if you've bought the movies digitally through BestBuy's CinemaNow or something else, that's the only spot you can watch them at usually.

And of course if Vudu goes out of business, or gets bought by a competitor, etc, you may lose all that content.

You can watch Disney movies through Vudu. They're the first 2 digital redemptions I had between Monsters Inc and Up. I was surprised when they showed up in my digital library when HDDVD was still on the market.

I don't like Walmart but they better stick around so my digital movies do!

I just heard an owl hoot outside my window. Three times. I'm not sure I have ever heard an owl while at home before. Where am I in the woods?!

Looks like Techland (or whoever's handling the remasters) actually put a bit of work into the Dead Island Definitive Collection:

There's no way to get those old windows/itunes copies into your UV library. If any of them are Disney, you can set up a Disney Movies Anywhere account and link it to your itunes one. That'll get you those ones. But for every other studio, those copies predate UV and they didn't make a way to retroactively add them to UV. Your best bet is to try the disc to digital program on vudu with those.

Vudu not being on FireTV is the biggest instance of companies not playing nice that I know of. But if you're not on the sharing end of someone else's library, you can still link your UV library to flixster and watch through that on amazon boxes, I think. Your DMA account can be linked to your vudu account just like UV can, so you can watch your Disney stuff through there. As long as your UV account is linked to as many accounts as you can, you should be able to watch stuff anywhere (that's the whole point). On any store (vudu, cinemanow, flixster), it'll show a UV icon so you know it'll go into your UV library and be accessible from other sites. Target ticket went out of business recently and they made a deal to let you transfer all of your stuff over to cinemanow, so hopefully any other company would offer a similar option.

When I first signed up for DMA I was really surprised they let you link to itunes since apple usually has such a closed environment. But I got a whole mess of stuff because of that, it's great. I'm also not a fan of walmart, but I started liking vudu better than flixster just in general. Vudu also lets you share your UV library, the disc to digital prices are the best (solely because of the 50% off if you do more than 10 in home), you can do the d2d in store, and I am not worried about them going out of business as much as some other companies.
