PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Is anybody actually looking forward to Avatar 2? Hits in 2018, supposedly....9 damn years after the first one which wasn't even that good. Can't imagine it doing near as well as the first which was more a 3D vehicle than anything else.
Lots of people. With plans to make 3+ sequels, Cameron must have a good story cooked up. Add in 4K and dive into the money bin.

Are you playing Axiom Verge on Vita or PS4? If on Vita, how's the port? AFAIK nobody in here has played it in here so far.
Vita. Only issue I've seen with it so far is that it will freeze for about a second randomly while I guess it loads something off screen. Had that happen 3 times, usually in a long heightwise section. Other than that, there's a touch control with the green electric weapon, not sure how it works on the PS4.

So many people hated the first Avatar. That's why it barely made a gillion dollars. I mean if you adjust for inflation, it hasn't even made close to what Gone With the Wind has!

Stopped at the Paisley Park Prince memorial in between brewery stops. That place is powerful. Couple of pics spoiler'd for size.

What whiskey? Pappy? If so I have a bottle of 20 year with very little of it drank I would likely sell for much less :)

Beltre had the quote of the night.  Sideline reporter chick asked him what happened and hes like...."uh...did you watch the game?"  it was awesome.

I just dropped a mostly full bottle of captain morgan on the tile floor in my kitchen.  It was like slow mow as I excepted it to shatter everywhere and maybe jam a piece of glass in my leg thats how good my weekend has gone with things.  But nope the bottle held up like a champ.  I do have a nasty gash in the middle of one tile though.  Oh well.  fucking tile.

When the time comes I am replacing the tile in our kitchen with something that ISN'T tile. Several cracked tiles. They weren't installed properly in the first place. One of the things we hate about this house actually.

The guy that talks to you in Doom sounds like Optimus Prime.  It isnt him unfortunately but he does sound like him.  But hot damn that Optimus Prime dude must get paid well.  He hardly does anything else since 1986!

Ahh, it's bullshit that The Rotten doesn't get hurt by the flaming pools that are in his chamber since he is made up of a giant mound of (presumably) flammable corpses. He wandered deep into the pool and stayed there which caused both NPC summons to follow him in and they stood there hacking at the boss, roasting themselves until they died.

The Rangers always have the best fights in baseball. I remember watching the game on live TV with my parents in the early 90s where Nolan Ryan plunked a very young Robin Ventura who decided it would be a wise decision to rush the most legendary player in the game at the time. It was not wise. That old man put him in a damn headlock and proceeded to teach him a lesson about respecting his elders. It was amazing and I'll never forget it lol.

I dont know, Nolan Ryan knocked the shit out of robin ventura's punk ass quite a few times.

damn you grows.
yeah he got him in a headlock and hit him a few times but the punch this guy put on Bautista came out of nowhere and it landed solidly. More solid than any one of those Ryan punches landing I believe. Either way Nolan Ryan is a bad ass.

So just got an email about mighty no 9 and said take a survey to choose which digital copy you want.

Link is to survey monkey, click the link, says it doesnt work.

JFC, cant they get anything right with this fucking game?

Seeing some reviews trickle out for Shadow of the Beast:

Polygon: 3/10

US Gamer: 4/5

Was ready to pre-order today for the free dynamic theme, but that Polygon review has me worried. They say the combat is bad/unresponsive, though I feel like they blow things out of proportion sometimes and give extremely low scores as a result. Hopefully a few more reviews surface to indicate whether it is an actual turd or not.

Never forget that Doom video from Polygon. Waiting for more reviews is definitely the way to go.

He was the voice of almost all of the Disney Afternoon cartoons, as well as cashin dem Disney checks for being Eeyore.

IMDB is your friend.

Hopefully we'll see some more reviews roll in pretty soon, but yeah Polygon likes their outlier clicks.

Played some more Ratchet last night and got to that part that infuriated me on the Vita, outrunning the rising water. But I did it on the 2nd try. Did they make it easier in the new version or do I only now have skillz??? Also, this game seems to pretty much be identical to what I remember of the original game on the Vita. I thought it was going to be more of a new game. It's pretty good but nothing great. Probably would help to have nostalgia for the original, but I don't.
