So we are at a bar, and before the kick I lean over to my wife and say, you just don't miss a kick that close. Next thing I know my wife somehow jumps so high in the air, and what seems above my head, toward me, and I'm catching her in the air, and the place is pure pandemonium.

This exactly. I'm not fired up for a playoff game like I usually am. We have no business being in the playoffs his year.

I mean I hope we win but I don't think we will.

This weather in the vikes games looks absolutely miserable but they're looking solid. Just wish Bridgewater would at least attempt a pass over 5 yards. But if Walsh keeps nailing kicks that'll work too.

So you've finished whole first season? Ok, full season spoilers for The Man in the High Castle. Major spoilers

The Man in the High Castle is Hitler. The films are a window into the multi-verse as each shows a possible future if events had happened differently. How or why or where they come from we do not know.

Hitler likely found one early in the war and immediately became obsessed and began collecting them. Every film he watches gives him a better sense of what pitfalls to look for and through that knowledge he was able to win WW2 and keep enemies among his ranks at bay. Since the films are the key to holding onto his power, he doesn't care who brings them to him. The resistance, the Germans, the Russians, the Yakuza, etc, he trades information (such as the location of a few prisoners for them to rescue) to any party who has a film and plays them all against each other. Anything to keep the films coming in.

It sounds like if you have just 2 people going for the trophies and get trapped in the loading screen, one person can exit to the XMB to give the other the win by default. If someone else needs those trophies, I think I'd rather go that route to make things simpler. I also still need the 10-Assists trophy.

On a related note, did chat work for any of you guys? I had my Golds on the entire time, but I couldn't hear anyone despite having the chat volume turned as high as possible.

Nope, other than random babbling from a few randoms I could see your indicator blinking like you were supposed to be saying something but I never heard anything. Vita/PS4 party chat is pretty much a must in order to get through it. Even just to pass the boredom as you watch someone capture bags of gold for 4-9 minutes per game.

Congrats! The first six months are really pretty easy once everyone gets into a routine. All they do is eat, sleep, and poop. I miss those late night feedings followed by falling asleep together on the couch. Or those afternoon naps together on the weekends while the wife's grocery shopping. Enjoy it while it lasts. Wish we could have had a few more.

 
Patriots are a default win because they're our home team.

I don't argue the logic, I just let her think about it for a few seconds and she gives me an answer.
