wasnt unanimous, convicted on the one charge and not another, forget what the two were, but basically a compromised verdict
Speaking of jury, funny how the court was in calumet but the jury was still manitowac county, should have both been another county to me.
I'm not sure what you mean by a compromised verdict and it not being unanimous. Do you think the 2 jurors tricked the 3 that were undecided and 7 who were for not guilty by saying, OK, let's compromise. Let's convict him of 2 counts which will send him away for life, and we'll say not guilty on the 3rd count. Sounds like a good compromise to passify those jurors who thought he was innocent. I'm sure you didn't mean that, so I must have misunderstood what you were trying to say. The way you said it makes no sense. To me at least.
