Look like by Best Buy response the delay emails were a error. This was just posted on the forum and other reps say the same on Twitter:
Hello friends,
We are aware that there may be delays with some orders, and we are very sorry for any disappointment this has caused. At this time we have no reason to believe that any of you won't get a copy of the game.
This is being reviewed here at our corporate office as I type this, and you should see updates via email going out soon. Thank you for your patience in the meantime. Thank you too for the passion you bring to gaming with Best Buy.
